How do I actually shut down a carry? I know if there's a Seven or a Victor, I'm meant to find them and stop them from farming, but how do I actually do that? I usually well in lane, sometimes putting the enemy carry down multiple times, but I don't know how to stop them from disappearing for 30 minutes then coming back immortal. Every time I try to catch them pushing or farming I can't kill them before they escape to their side of the map and another enemy ganks me.
