Misato is the overwriter which means that she can make every enemy weak to Fire. Seika is one of the best fire buffers but not a must pull cause you can get Yotsuha but if you do get her then good. Admiral Aoi is another must pull-ish although replaced later with Elemental Admirals, still good. Akari is great for overdrive spam, Iroha SS2 is another god tier fire support, never need to worry about SP.Then you can pick up Ruka SS1 as your DPS and Yotsuha SS1 if you didnt get Seika. Probably might want Yunyun for now cause funnels are a mandatory buff.I'd also do the arena tutorial if you havent, its actually really quite indepth. It'll let you understand what you want in a team and how to use themIf you land on Hisame + Tojo (maybe Wakki) you have the core for a good ice team. This is the team you want to use if you are in love with 31-A and Aoi because Ice gets all the good Aoi memoria + Ruka admiral

I'd recommend to just get fire/ice units that are high on the tier list and wait with rolling until admiral Ruka/Yuina show up. Excluding the p5 collab the JP schedule only had one other banner left (Dark Adel) before they show up. Use green tickets to try to get a LB4 damage style and you are golden for the foreseeable future. If you like Tezuka Nanami as characters you can roll for 1 copy of the current Maruyama banner and try to build a thunder team. Thunder has a couple really strong styles coming up that you can spark with your story gems so you would be at the forefront of the meta, although, you'd have to wait a bit longer to start tackling high level content compared to ice/fire because the thunder banners are further away.

If you play it slow than you only have to commit to an element (or multiple) when the Yuina/Ruka Admiral gacha is nearing it's end. You'll have plenty of time to find your bearings on what characters you like, and maybe you get lucky with an S ticket or a freebie SSR that gives you some direction.
