The game punishes you with cursed endings if you don't pair them up but the game also makes it difficult to attain paired endings due to recruitment system and calendar system along with a limited timeframe. Then they lock any possibility for supports to go further past part 1, technically part 2. I was lucky to get Leda's A support with Olympia before the end of her campaign. But the game clearly favours her and Sirocco so likely Leda will end up single
