The problem with the cooldown items is that pillow already has a pretty short cooldown, after you put your first point in it's an 18 second cooldown so compress takes about 3 seconds off of it, and transcendent takes about 4 seconds off of it soooo yeah that's not worth 6,400 souls. You're better off buying items that synergize with rems other abilities like the additional item effect time that items get during tagalong. Using focuslens during upgraded tagalong silences for 6 seconds and you can really pack on some damage before the time is up. Also tip for rem, you basically cannot lose lane if you take helpers for first ability and stack as many helpers on the minions as you can.
