Walking into obscure world of some guy in labs and trying to figure out what was happening in his head when he decided to make it a pleasant kind of autism fun. Gets old eventually, but until then, it's a good ride. Other than that, if you didn't play through Into the Radius already, then ItR offers a pretty decent kind of exploration/progression done at your own pace. When I'm thinking about games I felt like I'm "living in", my first ItR playthroughs would be that. Slowly learning the new areas, preparing, exploring, brushing rust off guns with a toothbrush for half an hour while chilling in base, it all felt very much in this direction.

It already has its own gameplay overhauls after all, you just need basic VR and graphics stuff for it.I am sad about the absolute state of native VR RPGs though. It sucks but more vibecoded ports are coming out that look promising like the Cyberpunk 2077 one.
