Wowww I made 240g today in the mailbox, up from about 100g yesterday. I’ve broken the graph, we were making almost exactly 20g per day. And now this happened. I guess I don’t have enough items yet for my income to be a linear line. We’re up to about 800 items on the auction house, with the average price probably being around 2g per item. I’ve been at this for 6 days, for about 30 minutes per evening. Anyways, yesterday I invested into some higher level crafting materials. Thorium being the biggest investment, I spent probably 80g on thorium ores and bars. And these items do sell for a similar percent increase compared to lower level materials. However, they’re selling for a higher price so the increase in gold is a big difference. It’s risky though, it’s easy to fuck up and lose money. It’s also getting harder to mentally remember like every little purchase im flipping, im more or less just going with the flow of things and trusting when i was buying the item, i was getting a good deal and itll be almost impossible to lose money. Anyways ive sold out of my earthroot farm 3 times now. Every time i get tons of earthroot, it eventually just all sells. So this time, im increasing the price by double. Let’s see if it works again. I’ve also managed to collect a massive amount of wool cloth, which is a fun item. Not every item is equal, the power of wool cloth is at least an epic. Wool cloth is an item that every character needs more than they naturally farm through leveling. And it also drops from the second tier of mobs, meaning fresh alts won’t always manage to farm any of it. And max level characters also are unlikely to collect any through naturally playing the game. Light feathers have been another unexpected epic, lots of people wanna be casting slowfall and are prepared to pay a small fee for the right to cast their spells. My engi mats all sold out, that’s great to see I knew it would work. I can probably ask for a higher fee but for

It feels obvious to me that the more reasonable answer is “maybe this game isn’t for you anymore if you don’t enjoy/don’t want to do the questing”, but, no, xp gains need to be changed for EVERYONE to cater to the crowd who doesn’t want to admit their crippling addition to this game might be the problem. The devs have added over 1,000 quests and youse are doing everything in your power to invalidate that hard work.Another reason is “because raids drop in 5 weeks”. Yes…and? The content isn’t going anywhere? Why do you need to be max level & full prebis in time for raids? SLOW DOWN. The execution is lacking, though, which I submitted as feedback. Z-Isle doesn't have enough time / content to properly communicate exactly how much the Skyborne have been forced into 1 of the 3 factions (Windshapers / High Order / Cult of Al'Akesh) due to the loss of their other skylands in order to survive. I think the very first quests before you go to the first town need to be less "look at this new zone" and have a much more desperate, "We need to leave our home and organize at Town before the ground beneath our feet crumbles away" tone to it. The concept of the Skyborne being forced to leave isolation and rejoin Azeroth, like the Kaldorei, works, but Blizz needs to execute it a little clearer.

The original purpose of potions was indeed to provide an oh shit button while leveling. With one caveat, if you were alchemist or would be purchasing from an alchemist, you’d skip about 90% of your eating. And you’d just chug a potion every cooldown. This more or less got scrapped for retail lite where you just chain pull and never stop and you just kill everything on the screen in one button and collect your mega loot drop which is worthless to sell because everyone’s already rolling around with 5 times the dps and 25 times the health the game is suppose to be.
