I also like Emerald Coast and Twinkle Park a lot overall, for level design, music, aesthetics, etc. Twinkle Park loses points for the minigame at the start, but regains them with the climb in the second act. Ice Cap is another great one, I like how it starts with slower and calmer platforming and then it ends with the snowboarding section
