New Yuki feels painfully unnecessary from the gameplay perspective. Tama already had an aoe ice debuff, so you're just rolling for the very small sa damage upscale while losing Aoi's od/invincible. Good for the 31A roleplay comps though, very playable for the characterfags too.Megumi S is useful, because it's actually the first time since release that she got an aoe def down. But it's 10 sp. At this point just give her a rush mode like Byakko or something for stacking, why does her every debuff cost so much.

I believe that unlike other elements, the new wave of fire unit upgrades(except Hisame) is a complete whalebait. If you don't plan to roll them for character reasons, it's possible to just tank it with Misato+Seika/Adel until the powercreep wave that comes after that, whenever it is.
