For just leveling and fucking around, SS spam and evis is more than enough. Maybe you lose a couple points of dmg here and there, but unless you're looking to hyperoptimize your shit, it really doesn't matter

They need to add a Language secondary profession. Give it a title for mastering all languages in the game (including demonic) called Silver-Tongued or Master Linguist or something of that nature.There should be books and notes/scrips/texts dropped by mobs in that you can spend time deciphering (make it a minigame or puzzle too for added fun). Slowly building up your language proficiencies the text other players speak will slowly become more legible to you, like at 225 maybe Orcish now looks more like broken English to a Human instead of "kek zug." And there is nothing else behind this profession other than a title and the fun of doing it.Then you can actually have real RP with other faction in Neutral cities like Dalaran/Goblin cities. It would be a very neat idea that 99% of people would completely ignore, but for that 1% of RPers it opens up an entirely new avenue of playing the game and allowing bigger roleplay events (or even just steamy romance) to occur.

It's really not that hard to come up with a reason why they would want lvling to feel smooth and not just like you're two shoting mobs without the ability to die, penance. Also a lot of the things they're changing also effect later levels such as growth per rank and spell power scaling on top of a lot of changes being bugfixes as well.
