I'm going Surging Strike 8 out of 10 times over the long range gun because 1. it was nerfed and IMO unless YOU specifically need to be the one taking care of fliers, or your ability to headshot with it is like 90% accuracy, it's not worth it 2. even before the nerf, going half the game without it then switching up from a mid-range scattering spray shot to SLOW AS FUCK hyper precise volleys, feels bad "muscle memory" wise. And 3. the health recovery is just better. Same with the plasma saber restoring shield. It allows you to survive so much longer and switch up a ton. You have lots of mobility you need to learn the limits of and manage a lot and really make use of its OMNIDIRECTIONAL nature. Really got to get into an Armored Core 6 mindset.
