We're already nearly done our early beta testing version of 'Warcats', and we've effectively re-created the entire game but without any of the insanity, except we have 43 map variations, more weapons (not entirely vertical progression), and 3 game modes. Plus the game runs way better than Wardogs and they aren't even finished with optimizing this engine yet. Our mod will be available the second the open beta period begins in spring of next year.

Also, some of the other groups are creating absolutely insane shit that the industry has never seen before, because this new modding platform is amazing. Trust me, as of next year, this game is fucking dead in the water no matter what they do (Though I suspect they'll kill it themselves with bad design first)

When I unlocked the Galil I spent about an hour testing out various grips and barrels and seeing what felt good for a reasonable price
And every time I unlock a new attachment I go in and see whether or not I like it more

Yes and no. I have a go to couple of kits. Usually run a shotgun or mosin though even when FOBBing or Logi. Really only have used ARs when I ran out of ammo I brought in and have to swap. If they die to a little bird over and over, they will just keep rebuying the same kit and then complain the game is unfair. And the only way to deal with normies incapable of imagination is to physically take away their loadout copy button to try to force a free thought to manifest in their mind. I started playing a week and a half ago and it's been pretty miserable. No matter what armor I put on I die in a single shot, I have no tools to resolve any issues I encounter. I literally can do nothing to any ground or air vehicle and I can't even build emplacements to resolve that because I don't have the hammer required to do that unlocked. I grab the free backpack, binoculars, free revive, the AK, 1 reserve magazine and enough loose ammo to repack twice. Maybe it'll be better on reset but currently it feels like a korean P2W F2P game.
