First of aptitude is additive on the haalvu so if you're running that with something else thats something to consider secondly if its level 1000 enemies specifically that you're running into trouble solely on level 1000 enemies and weren't just pulling that out for a cheap argument win I'd consider swapping aptitude out for some other source of base damage since your problem would be that you can't consistently build and maintain stacks at the guns base level of damage. If that's the case you could run a hybrid build and build into crit a bit as your source of an extra multiplier with aptitude gone it easily goes over 5x crit damage with just vital sense. I'd also advise build your stacks with the auto fire mode first before going into burst if you're planning to stick with aptitude due to nature of how the targeting works in burst fire mode

alright here is my progress after buying gyre BP hildryn BP and Revenant BPas you might be aware i already had rev, hild, sat there ready to go so all i had to do was click build once i bought the bps, for gyre i was just missing neruoptics and i managed to get it in under 10 runsfor styanax i needed systems, and i waited around in recruitment chat for a full hour with just one other guy that joined immediately before we were able to find 2 more to run radiant relics for it, the relic itself was c10 i beleive, which contains a corufell prime part, and was what they were all there for, i had 4 relics rad, and got systems immediately off someone elses relic in the group, i did 3 more runs with them anyway and the corufel prime part never dropped, it feels SO good to see my foundry like this after previously seeing it like this >>584423657 for liek 10 months or more... now i wish i would've just bought the blueprints i needed ages ago
