The buffs in Genshin were/are trash because they selected primarily for characters I don't own. Where the fuck is the Keqing buff or Hu Tao buff or Jean buff or Eula buff? The old characters I do own that got buffed like Venti were randomly excluded from free constellation selector, despite the "free" buffs being balanced around rolling for more cons.
