I think the setting is pretty boring. I'm not a big fan of "Vampires are a protected species", "OSIC", "Umbria university finest Bibliomancy program". I think magic that isn't mysterious pretty lame. The character conversations are not making me hyped for the future. Even that Geist novel felt like they were just copying TF2's administrator gimmick but instead of australium it's bodies.
