And this bonus roll fiasco where it takes a fresh max level character up to 2 months to get their bis out of raid except it's not even truly bis because you need to do 2 months of mythic endboss kills to be fully competitive in the maze (which MAYBE 1% or less of the playerbase ever accomplishes in any tier) is gay and whoever came up with that implementation needs to be let go.
