Friendly to stormwind? a local priest might just buff you with stamina or such as you pass by as a thank you, or a soldier possibly saluting you based on your rep, etc. This also includes questlines. We're actively experimenting with "Choice making" within 3.3.5, causing you to essentially be able to pick sides in a storyline simply based on you doing their quests. Therefore it may be important to you if you really want to accept a quest. These consequences are character bound currently, As regardless of prestieging at higher levels, you are bound to the reputations that you had already completed/accomplished. This means that different playthroughs technically are possible with who you side or such. This will allow us to later on be able to create more interesting content at level 60 and onwards.

The class balance is a joke on turtle too and it's no wonder PvP never got much traction. It really baffles me the praise that turtle gets because all the way through to 60 it all felt sloppy as fuck, not to mention the dog shit client that you need to mod extensively to come even close to 3.3.5a but now with 10x the instability. I levelled my second turtle character in HC and died to a client crash because of the smattering of shitty dll mods you need to use to make the client not feel like pure garbage, maybe this flies in the favelas on Rio because it can run on an AMD athlon but otherwise it's garbage
