Great town of Shor's Stone is pretty much the only good Shor's Stone overhaul since to me Redbag's seems out of place. Great town of Ivarstead is decent but I ditched it for JKs. On the topic of JKs, it's very bloated, and it will harm your FPS, especially if you have a weaker rig, but it is really the only AIO city and town overhaul that touches practically every vanilla settlement, aside from Shor's Stone. If you want a clutte roverhaul that is, slightly, better on performance you can try Dawn of, but Dawn of only touches the main 5 walled cities and doesn't have much patch support as JKs. I would suggest the Cities of the North series as they give Dawnstar, Mothal, Winterhold and Falkreath a unique look.

Well howdy, been getting into skyrim moding again, I actually had help with gemini setting up a list it took a while, but works amazingly well and its just enough for me to be satisfied, without the game going overblown on visuals and dragging the games performance down, Gemini is surprisingly good at helping make a mod list, its been comfy, and I rarely get any crashes.
