I think druid feels better than paladin in every way but being a bear all the fucking time is visually boring. That's my main issue with anything that's not paladin/warrior. At least on the plate classes you get a visually distinct armor set and a lot of the premier "cool" weapons are swords/axes/maces. You play as a leather wearer and after you shapeshift back to nelf/tauren you're wearing a random set of leather with a stick.

Plus you get sweeping strikes at 30 you can pop in battle and then drop into defensive stance and land a fat cleave which does the job for the most part. I'm really not concerned about it, I 2h tanked all the time in classic and never had an issue. Ironically, I found the rage generation with a 2h while leveling on beta was BETTER than it was in 2019 classic. Just a vibe feeling for me

Outside of being one of the best levelers in the game and getting free spots due to literally just summons/stones it was a shittier version of mage (who could aoe farm and aoe level and were the least shit of the clothies for dps) for the average person. Also soul shards were mildly annoying to farm but I feel most people never even rolled a lock to find that out.With demo potentially being one of the best dps it might change but warlock is often under represented because people who want to be a caster just go "oh a mage". I think it's as simple as some casual being presented with "you can be a wizard or you can be a witch" and they're going with wizard.
