If you want to have a hard-ass serious business guild, then you have to be consistent about it. No more people showing up in blue/green gear, or people skipping mechanics causing wipes, no more free rolling for all gear and for legendaries. If you're not going to do that, then you can't complain about people having fun messing around, because you've clearly established that this is not a serious raiding enviroment, and then you can't complain when it doesn't even result in any wipes at all.That one warrior that cried about people not buffing him last raid, he didn't use his own attack power buff even once, resulting in paladins having to switch around their blessings to cover it, when they could have used other buffs. Its just beyond childish to behave this way.
