I have an idea for a 4chan overhaul and rebrand. Instead of relying on janitors and moderators for most moderation actions, simply have an AI review all newly submitted posts. Inadequate posts are rejected with the error message, "not cool enough". No further explanation is necessary; it will be up to the end users to figure out why they're not cool enough. This should result in a user base that goes above and beyond to ensure that its content conforms to expectations. 4chan will be renamed to Cool Spot, and the AI that reviews submissions will be called Cool Bot. This could be briefly tested on a new board, /cool/, before implementing the changes sitewide. We'll see a cleaned up, more well-run site with fewer staff needed, and I daresay the number of active users will grow tremendously. No need to pay me for my great idea, hiro. Just make sure you acknowledge me in the FAQ.
