Chinese players have been coming to me recently since one fan's chinese translation was popular.I'm surprised they wanted to subscribe to Patreon at all given the rewards aren't really worth it but they wanted some way to pay. I upload early access versions of the game there. So, I looked at using Unifans. It seems to allow Chinese payment processors and has a functionality very similar to Patreon or Subscribestar. It's weird, because even the h-gamedevs I know haven't mentioned the site. I guess it's just really recent? Setting up was suspiciously easy so now I'll just have to wait to see if the whole process is legit and it pays me out. I'm particularly concerned it might not account for VAT, which other sites do.
