Some more information. Reset/no reset is referring to a mechanic where you can reset your level to 1 while keeping your stats. (I had most success off of Vepars that have a nice spawn cluster at the very start of Atlans).Then deliver the item to her, she'll tell you to fetch a 2nd item depending on your class - just go back to the same location and farm the same mobs. The first item had a pretty rough drop rate for me, I got the second one quite quickly. Hopefully it isn't too rough.
