Necro is definitely best for new players. Prayer relic is also good for new necro players- spec relic is bad for necro as it only has 1 spec you need to worry about so the only competition is the book relic, which is best for magic. prayer relic will massively help with survivability

I'm a new player but I want to use leagues as an excuse to throw myself at more endgame content to see what it's like since I am taking it slow and casual like on my main.

I have not tried playing without revo++ on, but I have enough braincells to read a guide, and I think necromancy looks absolutely sauceless. Is there any reason not to go melee?

Leagues was actually a nice idea unfortunately it was boring as fuck because… even without relics the game is piss boring and lame so it barely supplied a fresh experience. Maxing was easy because of too many dnds trivializing all xp gains. Combat boring as hell

Just release a proper new iron gamemode with no multiplayer, no dnds, no wars. Thats it the game now can have entertaining content creation and may restore some of its playerbase. Add scaling to 4k that needs to be grinded with no reward other than a title. No boosted rates except maybe a pet? An aura like sanctum? All good.
