Ranking systems mean nothing because they are often built to let the average 75 iq jeet still make top rank just by grinding the game every day. I am fine with allowing retards in normal games, but there should be IQ testing (minimum 100) to let anyone play ranked modes. It is actually evil to let 1 retard ruin the experience for all other players in a game. Give double digit IQ players their own mode to feel special about and let actual humans have their own space to play without being forced to deal with them.
