Part 1Was playing 2fort a while ago, and probably had the creepiest encounter with an “player” ever.> Be me, Heavy> Playing 2fort (HELL)> Guy named Jim joins the server> Another player joined as well. I cant remember "it's" name, but im positive it had to have been after Jim joins.> Valve server fuckery leaves the match to have no new players joining.> It's six players now. RED has me, pyro, and engie player. BLU has some meanass heavy player, Jim the scout, and something something 28, who was the worst trolldier I had ever seen. > I would only learn later that apparently Jim was vote kicking everyone on BLU and was succeeding. > BLU Heavy gets mad at me for dishing his ass. Threatens to kick me if I get autobalanced. > Enter Jim. > Playing multiplayer, you rarely get to focus on a specific player you are fighting unless he is a massive fucking sweat or is really talkative in game chat.> I only recognized Jim because he was one of the only three I was battling. > The big reason I was recognizing Jim more was because everytime he killed someone, numbers guy congratulated him. > "Wow Jim, you sure owned him! Maybe you can reward me by giving me your Jim!" or something like that.> BLU heavy eventually leaves once he realizes the game is NOT getting any fuller> Jim says something really weird after heavy leaves> Can't remember what he said, but it was something along the lines of "its just me now"> Jim then proceeds to drop the biggest bombshell of the entire night"> "Me and numbers guy are the same person"> Me and Red team are sitting there confused as fuck> Jim also starts acting like an asshole and admits hes cheating.> Keep in mind, this is when Jim actually starts to talk. At no point before BLU heavy left did Jim say anything of importance. It was only his numbers “buddy” that was doing the glazing.

But it changes sentences, like how ChatGPT does. > Jim also starts to type like he is a creepy stalker.> “Jim knows where you are at ALL TIMES”.> As a cope, I bravo Jim.> “This shit is straight out of a creepypasta, Bravo”, I typed in chat.> Jim ignores the statement blatantly. I know he read it, he just didn't know how to respond.> Jim then begins to type fast like his bot too.> They are having a full blown conversation.> Everyone on my team is clearly creeped the fuck out now.> We are basically fighting Jim and ChatGPT with wall hacks. LMAO. > I grab the Natasha, and Pyro grabs his phlog, and we rush Jim. > Jim bodies Pyro (sorry), but I was curbstomp Jim’s hacker ass with my slowing effect bullets that Natasha gives. > For a second, I felt like a champ. Red Engie, who has the BLU intel, is hauling ass to our intel room VS a scout going 100 mph to his. > Worst part? Valve’s shitty server system thinks NOW is the perfect time for players to join the match. > Like 7 player join at the same fucking time. I’m still not sure if Jim summoned them or if some very unlucky players just joined into some Stephen King novel. > Red Engie caps intel>”VICTORY”
>>2042557Part 3> Never felt so glad to hear those words. > Get taunt killed by a just joined BLU pyro who somehow has a fire ball taunt ability even though his team technically lost and he should not be able to attack, but whatever. > Next round starts, Jim and numbers guy is nowhere to be found.> Felt relieved even more, and begin telling my story to the Red team> New Player Joins> It’s fucking Jim. And he just joined RED. > He is also under a new username. It’s Jim but with a title, like Jim the Knight or something like that. > Immediately beg my team to kick “it”. I'm not even convinced he was a real person at this point. > Before the votekick ends, Jim speaks. > “Oh, ok then.” and leaves before the kick gets him. > I tell my story to the entire match.> Creepier part is that the only person who seemed to listen was a new teammate of mine and the pyro and engie from previous match. Blue was dead silent.I’m freaked out now if you couldn’t tell. These bots are not as stupid as they were in 2022. They have AI, and can now mimic people. I’ve honestly began to wonder if some of my past teammates in the past year were just bots based on how awful they played. What gets me though is that I don't think the worst possibility is that Jim was an AI. I’m more worried that I just came across a guy who had gone completely insane, and was treating his AI like his fuck buddy.
