Glenn ignores the elephant in the room which is that people asked for separate queues for custom and prebuilt which would solve certain issues.
They effectively self-reported that the mode wasn't play tested if they thought thanos was fine since thanos is a "semi-champion" inherently (which ignores that thanos isn't even super strong in constructed currently). It take 3 games to figure out that thanos sucks and that space stone doesn't even draw you a card.
