I've mostly stuck with casual off/on over the years but got tired of the chaos Got placed 4.8k and have played about 100 matches in Premier the last month and I don't know how I could ever break 5k rating when half the people don't talk/co-op or constantly disconnect/troll. It seems like it's just down to whatever team has a better carry/stack. Even with a ~60% win rate, every time I get to the 5k promotion match or close I get knocked down (not to mention it seems like you often can lose a little more than gain on average). I don't even know if going to another color bracket will improve teammates that much but damn the blues seem more communicative
