It's why characters like gourdy and yatta are so solid and used, you just outspeed most things by just walking and they dont even have 4 speed. meanwhile you can go to 1-2 speed and it feels like your stamina doesnt matter at all because you are ALWAYS running, or at least, a lot more often.I think scraps is actually a character that can cope with low speed, but her ability would need to be far more usable without a toon/machine visible. let it hit walls, maybe make hitting machines give a small extraction buff and toons a small movement speed buff. theres a lot of things they could do that would let her be a lot more viable (i think she can work well she just has to work far more than other toons, i do think she is like bottom 5)
