I really hope theme park mmos would just die.

Look at GTA and Minecraft. People just want sandbox slop it's literally that simple. People just want a big open box to fuck around in with no real goal.

Been around long enough to have played the original UO and EQ growing up.. I lament the mystery that these games had. I don't think anything like it will happen again for as long as I live anyway. Datamining is too prevalent, and answers are too available.
Tried to convince some friends to try p1999, uo outlands, or Albion or something.
No takers.

RO was good.. great for a time. The music in that game is unbelievable. Hearing the prontera theme sends me into vivid and melancholy flashbacks immediately.
