How do I make beta sin really come online? I've been using The Paper card (rune) set and a mix of archer skeleton and size runes on swappable weapons. Damage is okay at the moment but I'm struggling to surpass 4k per double attack venom knife throw, though I've hit as high as 6k on specific mobs with enchant poison. I'm at about 300 cards.

beta sin here and kirito'd until 430 venom knife is a trap, use venom splasher, they do AOE asura damage with carded dual dagger, also paper set is enough for everything because it gives +5 str and the gemstone cost null is nice to have, you can ditch paper rune if you cant reach 130 str.
another trick is make sure to always enchant poison and cloak before casting venom splasher, its forced neutral but still got boosted by cramp card

oh and dont worry about poison resistant or ghost mob, venom splasher still deal unreduced damage to them for some reason even with enchant poison. make sure to max venom react too since it boost splasher damage and with argiope rune + gremlin card, it can easily clear MVP's summons by just standing there.

Depends on the availability of armor I'd say.
When its something I can farm easily like magni hats I try to get to +6 with regular elu.
For stuff thats more annoying to get like Odins I go to +5 and then start using enriched elu.

Tanking is about having a wide variety of gear to deal with all the bullshit endgame mobs throw at you
Fire and dark armor are super important and maybe holy armor for valk
Strong Shield for mvps with knockback skills
Marc armor and Nightmare hat so your autocounter spam doesn't get interrupted
other than that just get as much def and res as possible, perfect dodge doesn't really matter since autocounter and SW spam means regular stuff never hits you anyway

Three people got moderated over the course of three servers.

One of them broke the rules(editing sprites) and posted proofs on his group's discord. Then, he backstabbed that group and went surprisedpikachu.jpg when those proofs got sent to me. Nobody is free from the consequences of their own stupidity.
The second one saw what happened to the guy mentioned above and thought that I would only enforce rules if "the clique" was involved. So he did the same thing(edit sprites) and posted them in the thread for all to see, entirely convinced nothing would happen. Turns out he was wrong.
The last person to be moderated was griefing the server with the explicit and announced goal of making people quit. I presented that player with the opportunity to dialogue with me, to try and find a way to mend the many bridges that they'd burned with players in the events leading up to this development. But they refused and tried to turn my efforts into a public circus. So I gave that clown a 10 year time-out.

I could have handled these issues differently and perhaps even have been a little more/less lenient. On the other hand, the servers had almost no rules, and so if you decided to break them AND got caught, you were entirely deserving of it. And as for the narcissistic saboteur, I believe the Punishment Log I wrote for him puts it quite bluntly:

Auto-casting Steal Coin in particular is quite good. From a player's perspective it doesn't feel like much, stealing less than 1k per monster. But over long periods of time, thousands of mobs, and weeks of gameplay, it's a very powerful economic boon.
And it scales with mob levels, so it's even more busted when paired with the downported content that we had.

Plants don't need costume, though it gives an extra 30% chance to not consume plant bottles.
Alpha is for bombing damage, Beta is potion pitcher support. I guess Alpha has a STR bonus that would add an extra 100 atk for mandragoras and 20 to hydras.

Our LK's 2-handed capabilities were great, thanks to the buffs of Aura Blade. But I was never able to make Spiral Pierce reach the same levels because it's a skill with a hard cap on damage. It's not an easy problem to tackle.

It may be a harsh truth to some, but you can only expect people(that actually play) to actually NEED to party for the first 2 weeks, so if you are too busy during that time you are simply out of luck, and your parties will be be mix of you being hard carried, big 3 and/or ET.

I'd like to host a series of MVP runs this weekend, focused on nailing tougher MVPs for people who need cards, or just want to get their hands on something like a Bison Horn.

Proposed targets:
Ifrit, Randgris, Bee, Hibram, Ktull, Gloom, Kiel, Detard, Tanee, Vesper

These all have a 50% or higher chance to drop a card and as such shouldn't take too long, or a lot of coin.
It'd be nice to get this sorted and then start working on bio3 completion for people.

As a side note, if you still need ET reach out with what days / times you're available and I'll try to organize something.
