I tried my best to like PoE 2 after everyone told me how much better this game is than diablo 4. But I bounced off hard. Can i still clear the season pass if I start a fresh character now? I really enjoyed season 11 bros. Maxed out the battle pass, did the seasonal journey and it took me a tad longer than the last few seasons (with the same effort), so it's something. And Paladin is an amazing class albeit a memberberry one, but he actually fits the theme of fighting infernal forces. Sure Castle node scales the damage skyhigh but that is nowhere near slutborn's levels of broken mess at its release. But to the point, very weird to say it but I'm left very satisfied this time around.

I am so fucking confused. I am playing my paladin and recently i started having a lot more movement speed for some reason. I dont know where it is coming from.I just unequipped all my gera to check. have 30% movement speed from somewhere but i cannot make sense of where it is coming from. I cheked my paragorn board. guys, I have done it. I finally have enough runes for an Enigma. I have a 3socket Archon Plate already, but it only has 481 Defense. Should I try to buy a plate with 500+ defense for an Ist or so? The only issue is waiting out someone willing to supply one for that price. Man torment 3 is too easy for my current build but torment 4 still fucks me. Not sure what I can improve on besides more paragon levels or praying for good ancestral affixes to drop.

I must be doing something wrong with gems. I'm 159 paragon and have barely any gems and zero highest-tier gems, nor enough fragments to craft them. How the hell do I get gems?
Cleared pit 100 and it bricked my character. Every bloody NMD key, boss lair and horde compass is now 600% inflated with HP and damage. I had to turn back to t1 and fight Duriel for 5 minutes to kill him. Anything higher takes 20+ minutes. I can't do any seasonal content now. Will have to level a completely new character and only do put until level 99.AAA developer btw

Seeing how devs are handling "Torment V" through those bloodsoaked and bloodied items I shudder to think what sort of calamity is going to be unleashed when they roll out actual new torment levels all the way through T12. Shit, even most decked out players can't even scratch those T5 bosses.Again, they made a mistake making enemies' HP go up instead of making some gameplay mechanic that makes it challenging to fight higher tier of monsters and bosses. Not so long ago we had a similar, but not that horrific, number inflation when they added capstones (on PTS). Difference being, everything was dialed back to reasonable levels before that went live.

I'm staring at some maxroll builds in disbelief here. How the fuck are these people allegedly getting all of these stats at once? How the FUCK are people getting anywhere near 100% crit chance? You need to put crit chance on every gear piece that allows it and then you're missing out on other stats.

Well lads. The seasonal journey's finished, I maxed out Doom reliquary, got almost all transmogs short of a dagger (rare drop on a Pally). The only thing I might sit down and do is the secret title for killstreaks since the highest I got was around 7k.Had it not been for the bugs I might've given it a solid 6/10 season considering it's there to pad out the time. Here's my D4 review as a poe2 player, this was my first time playing D4.What D4 does better than poe2:>GEARINGD4 gearing is so much better and it's not close. Actually getting gear upgrades from killing monsters is literally the whole point of the genre yet somehow poe2 has fucked it up and gear is only good if you craft and luckshit the crafting rng, or trade for it. D4 drops you a good item to start with and lets you keep upgrading it with the deterministic crafting instead of bricking it like in poe2. >end-game progressionThe paragon board is fun and makes it feel like you're always progressing. poe2 leveling falls off a cliff once you hit end-game and you never touch the passive tree again for the most part.What D4 does worse than poe2:>the maps/worldD4 open world is basically pointless. It feels themepark-ish, all zones blur together and none of them have strong identity. poe2 zones are all very noticeably different and unique, and bring a different feel for each of them.>the campaign storyThe original d4 campaign is just boring and unrelatable. I haven't played since launch and was wondering if someone still has to grind all the Lilith statues for the permanent stat buffs or if they've gotten rid of that by this point. I have a level 25 barbarian from the launch of the game I was doing the main story on and I see now that I can make a new character that skips the campaign, so I was looking at maybe express laning to get into farming up the DOOM free drops before they're removed from the game, since I have no idea what to base the grinding on, just that I expect it to be a grind.

anyone know the damage type of the red attacks from the add enemy during the pit boss fights? that shit does so much damage to me. It doesn't look quite like fire but it is red so I'm guessing it's either shadow or fire.

bloodied lair bosses are buggy for me, sometimes they don't show up red on the map, but today took the cake, i selected an andariel lair, and their lair icon disappeared off my map! I had to tp somewhere else to fix it.
