My biggest problem with jungle is that it's the ultimate "nothing ever happens" map.Other maps will eventually have something interesting happen due to a combination of the claustrophobic nature of being in a space station combined with random events and the fact that the vacuum of space is dangerous, this will eventually culminate in a shuttle call or breakdown of order regardless of whether any antags are actually doing antag things or not.For jungle though, a lot of random events either don't happen or have practically no effect, there's no risk of any catastrophe caused by depressurization. At least Snaxi has the harmful cold, but with jungle your only threat to your life are the easily avoidable hostile mobs, or other players, and a lot of players just aren't proactive enough when antag to make jungle interesting. It seems to me like the map only ends at a reasonable time when someone decides to self-antag shart or murderbone.This might be because I'm mostly an engineer player and much of my job content revolves around interacting with space in some way and repairing breaches, but I don't feel like playing a 4+ hour long round on a map that has nothing interesting to do, just waiting for someone to finally get fed up and start griefing to force a shuttle call. It's like whoever made the map doesn't fundementally understand how a round of SS13 is supposed to go.
