MANT, more focused around races and while summer was very important for training, outside of that, you could use items and other things to bend the rules in your favor. Excluding the shop RNG which definitely CAN screw you, I'm just saying this mode is more training heavy than any other mode and rainbows have far more benefit than they do even in URA seeing as how they give you double the currency you need for said shop. Rainbows have never been more important than they are in GL, and if your 100 special priority cards decide to fuck off for even a couple of turns, it will brick your high roll completely. You NEED to have double and triple rainbows to hit the stat thresholds you want. You NEED your 1-2 low priority wit cards to go into wit when the timing is right. I've just never had a scenario that raped me so hard due to bad training options, and the shop can't even fix that.
