You'd much rather have skills that are harder to get on your aces without parents. Stuff that you can't really get from cards and that you'd buy on every ace attempt. Think Head-on, Latch on, Uma stan, Slipstream, racing:stamina etc.If you want to get started on looping I'd recommend borrowing a strong parent from Chrono. It makes it easy to get some valuable skills into your line early. When I was getting started on making pace loops I used the pictured parent because she has most of the harder to get skills. I think most people are looping fronts and lates nowadays because they just have more valuable skills. There's not a lot of valuable breeding material on Chrono for paces but I'd suggest maybe using 901119445783 as well.
