I can't decide what type of parent to aim on CM20. Late have to bear the Kris tax and all the late that have heal in their kit didn't have speed bonus or vice versa, the one that have speed bonus didn't have heal in their kit(except for xogger privilege). The safest blue is probably to aim for wit sparks instead but I don't have confidence in neicha wit for it...

Ryan/Dober/Seiun can very well contest Oguri with their full duration 0.4 accels and paces have strong gambles with descent+nimble+potentially angling+head-on lottery.
