Sephiroth's nonelemental buffs the whole party so when you have a secondary DPS you get more mileage out of it. Sephiroth's fire weapon is the best fire weapon but elemental damge is the most replaceable, creepable thing and when they buff Zack's 6 month gear it will probably wind up 90% as strong anyway, so I wouldn't do that one.

With a squad of lvl 100s, and a new memoria up to lvl 7, I went back through the old challenges.I was finally able to complete Ramuh, and the Ramuh-Shiva duo.Still can't quite get there with Ifrit, Titan, Odin, or, of course, Bahamut.Don't think I'll be able to finish off floor 100 quite yet either, but I've got at least one more team build to try when the game comes back up.
