If you can't afford it or don't think you can afford it, then don't feel too bad about skipping. Like I said, there's no limited banners, so everything goes to the standard banner after its first banner ends. There is a fatty and you just missed her last month, but the devs stated that they're giving away a free character and weapon selector so you could probably pick her up with that. Outside of the previously mentioned challenge content, the game is piss easy as long as you don't autobattle, so meta units shouldn't be too much of a concern. Especially since we regularly get power creep and you'll be able to pick up the new hotness when it eventually rolls around no problem.

Hitting enemies from behind increases the damage you deal massively, they have a specific indicator on their backs to show you if you hit them from behind or not. Part of their circle marker is thicker than the other part.

here are some strategies for newer players:gacha strategy:the regular fairy search is always available and doesn't reset. it has every character in the game except for 3 that are only added once you unlock them in story mode. you can roll it with gold or the yellow tickets. you should only use the yellow tickets which makes it "free" to use. also in the shop menu under rare items you can turn puzzle pieces into tickets so don't forget to check there since you might have a bunch. the other search options are limited ones that last for 2 weeks. you can roll them with gold or pink tickets. the pink tickets are more rare so you will mostly have to use gold. it takes a max of 2m to get the targeted character or weapon. once you find the ex resume you have to buy it with gold or a ticket. there's always 2 ex tickets available per 2 week cycle by playing the event and usually 1-2 more from log in events or something. generally you should only buy resumes with tickets. for ex characters and weapons you can skip duplicates until you are sure that you have enough resources. for ss you should try to collect all the characters first. there aren't too many so after that you can start going for duplicates so you can upgrade them or you can start collecting weapons. for s rank and below you should only get characters. you can get discounted tickets from the store every day so there's no need to spend gold on them unless it's a character you don't have yet. for b ranks you can pretty much ignore them other than your daily ticket.

Sow is good for Manticore+Araha dopamine team, they attack a lot but don't deal much damage, so her def shred is actually noticeable, she's also permanently invisible to not steal aggro from the robot. Other teams have much better and easier to use supports.

Juha has way more starting AP, so if you want to double tap Nari's ult, then you need to fiddle with Juha's AP on the first turn so she has less AP than Nari after a roll. The other major factor that holds this pair back is that their combined deployment cost is 10, which only leaves you with 8 points to build around them. IMO their best use case is combinjng them with Griselda for her backstab boost to one shot bosses or problem enemies. Griselda's gravity field is also nice for slowing down mobs letting you kite sometimes.

It seems like the game literally overclocks itself and often misses certain flags/calculations. For example sometimes when an enemy attacks one of your characters they take no damage there's no numbers or evade/block pop up. Another example is Araha's stealth not refreshing on a kill from stealth.
