No. This will only affect shady apk or the ones with schizo dev. If you just want to install apk to avoid playstore's region lock it should be fine as long it's not been tampered.

Chink handhelds will probably be fine, since they will either create their own rom or just just use the old stock rom with android 12 forever.
But the real deal will be phones or tablets, since there are a lot of people that buy a red magic to only play emulators, but also have a lot of people that play gachas and multiplayer slop from play store.
