The respawn bubbles duration should be reduced or outright removed. They last far too long and I find most of my deaths are due to dying against someone I can't even avoid since they spawned on my flag. Also, the speed boosts you get from getting kills are a little strong.

>>1832825Kit isn't stunned when he's attached. So anything that makes him unattached while he's attached allows his stun to still carry through while he can move around freely. This also works if a water walking brawler is in water (or if Shade is in a wall), since Kit cannot occupy those spaces he'll get kicked out of them immediately but the brawler he attached to will still remained stunned, giving him free swipes on them for a cheap kill.

Need a thrower? Just ignore Grom, Tick, Dynamike and Sprout for the most part. Need a Marksman? Bea has been solid for months now with the gadget rework, Bonnie can also function as an assassin, Angelo has been a top tier sniper since his release. Need someone to bring out raw damage? I was such a regular to this game, I never even worried or even thought about resetting this, but I'm catching myself slogging through log-ins more and more recently...
we need an ethnic cleansing in regards to the hypercharges in this game, something like Clash Royale where they simply turn every single annoying ability into the ground from whence they came
The shitty thing about hypercharges is how little they matter in showdown.

There is nothing you can do against a Kit HC besides dying to it. Kenji HC still needs a couple more nerfs, he also has the same issues as Kaze. Mina is the newest brawler so she's getting the special treatment from jewcell. Draco still melts everyone in mere seconds. Ollie is a teamwipe machine who can farm his teamwipe ability through his tank-trait. Bonnie gets her HC way too fast and the stun is obnoxious. Really, what are you supposed to do against a lot of these? Back in the day you could at least outplay your opponents. You could keep your distance back then, possibly even bait and make them waste their gadgets in the process. In Gem Grab it's basically guaranteed that Tara is going to get her HC super at one point and turn the game around. Then you have huge fucking stinkers like Gene's or Sprouts where their HC is arguably worse than Mina's fucking gadget.

Shoutout to that one schizo from this thread a while back who kept going on about "pokemon brawlers", he really hit the nail on the head. I've been playing Alli recently, and her whole thing is basically just sitting around, circling opponents and waiting for a teammate to get them to half HP before stealing the kill. If you go in alone against like 80% of the brawlers in the game, you'll just waste all your ammo and die

She's also mainly a stat check brawler like you said. 3 ammo = 7800. 3 ammo + damage gear = 8900. 3 ammo and the super damage bonus means she can 3 shot most tanks. Use her gadget to create a ton of pressure and sometimes I like to go invisible out in the open where they can see me. It's more so about sending a message that they should look out for me which can in turn cause them to waste ammo as they try to search for me. Only play her on bushy/watery maps too. On the right map she's unstoppable so her best counters are brawlers that can destroy walls/bushes.

How will this work in practice? Does the amount of super charged depend on the damage the projectile would have done, or does one piper shot and one colt bullet charge the same amount? What about attacks like tick or squeak?

Nani is 100% back in the meta. Just a straight damage buff which also makes her charge her super and hyper faster. I will say that her hyper is even worse now that the damage boost has been nerfed to ground, though.
The upside showdown shit looks incredibly convoluted with so many cards and shit when in the end people will figure out a single brawler can beat everyone with a combination of cards and nothing else will be used
>>1872433It's not convoluted at all. To play a brawler, you need to unlock their deck randomly from the event packs. These decks are set in stone, you can't change anything from them. It's just a pool of power ups that specific brawler chooses from at the beginning of each round. Playing a generally good solo SD brawler is still important, but things are going to get pretty chaotic during rounds 4 and 5.
