Are any big mobile games friendly to people who joined late? As in no hyper limited characters or permanently missable equipment?
I joined Exedra a couple months late and all the missed portraits just really bum me out.
I tried Arknights, then saw all the hypers and all my will to continue evaporated.
Is this just all mobile games?

Seems like you have a 100% collection autism mindset, in that case yes, most moblie gachas are like this. One exception that comes to mind is rememento, it puts all its limited banners in the normal pool and allows you to spark it, technically having no true missables.
Otherwise most gacha just try to make themselves playable at any point in time hence all the sidegrade characters they release all the time, precisely so that people aren't permanently bricked for missing some op meta character 2 years ago. They also have banners come out fast enough to not be obtainable without paying, collectionism is a losing mindset when it comes to playing them. Either stop caring about FOMO or don't play gacha at all desu, collection autism is better spent on singleplayer games.

Another Eden has all content permanent or semi permanent (there's a collab that goes for the next year or so). The banners rotate, but if you pull one "style" of a character you can grind and save to unlock the limited alternative styles that may not be on a banner again for months. I can't think of many games that reduce FOMO as much as that one. There's nothing that I'm aware of in the game that you'll have permanently missed by starting now.

Pretty much what the other anon said, almost every gacha game has season limited characters that become permanently unavailable one they're gone. That said, Heaven Burns Red only has two collab characters you can't roll for and the relevant event you can't do anymore, I think everyone else gets added to the normal pool but I haven't checked online to be sure about it

If I could turn it off, I would. I'm just sick of being punished because I didn't hear about a game and missed day one.
Especially when so many never make release news.

I'll take a look at it, sounds good.

While I was playing KF Kingdom it didn't, but it was also abandoned after a couple months. So I thought others might.
