Genshin only works because USUALLY it's one banner per 6 weeks. Even then it's extremely aggressive at anti shill, where if you don't have dev intended stuff you will really fucking suffer. So 60 pulls per patch ain't enough to get you everything regardless.

Credit where credit is due: Stella Sora's Earth team (0 limited chars) can deal with anything.. though it might've not been intended. But game is young. Genshin wasn't this shit early on either.

If Stella Sora keeps a 3 weeks per banner schedule, around 60 pulls/month is the bare mininum.

First of all, regardless of the reason, I would like to deeply apologize as the person in charge of this project for failing to deliver sufficient enjoyment and satisfaction to you.
As mentioned in our previous apology notice, the entire development team and I are currently making large-scale improvements across the entire game based on feedback received from our Captains.
Although improvement efforts will continue, I would like to share the currently confirmed changes as early as possible through this developer note.
1. Increase in Bonus for Sacred Light Stone Products
The amount of Sacred Light Stones in paid bundles was calculated based on standard summons and new character pick-up packs planned for future updates.
However, excessively high rates were applied during the adjustment process, resulting in prices that felt overpriced and did not meet expectations.
We take full responsibility and will revise the values as follows:
● Current: Highest-tier pack 4,800 + 1,300 = 6,100 Stones
● After Change: Highest-tier pack 4,800 + 2,800 = 7,600 Stones
Lower-priced packs will also receive increased bonus amounts.
Players who have already purchased these packs will receive the difference in Stones.
Further details will be announced separately.
2. Changes to Arcpoints & Extra Moment Acquisition
Ark Points and Extra Moments were designed to convey the appeal of each Liberator through special high-quality interactions.
However, due to high difficulty, it has instead led to disappointment.
To correct this mistake, acquisition conditions will change as follows:
● Before:
○ Unlock viewing/lobby placement after 3 limit breaks of the same Savior
● After:
○ Viewing unlocked at Affinity Lv. 10
○ Lobby placement remains 3 limit breaks
Unlocked content will be viewable anytime from a dedicated menu.

3. Lobby Placement for Main Story & Journey Illustrations
Players have requested the ability to collect and display story illustrations.
We apologize for not providing this sooner.
We will enable lobby placement for illustrations based on story completion and character affinity.
4. Account Reset Policy Changes
Previously, account resets were restricted for server management and anti-abuse reasons.
However, this caused major inconvenience.
Therefore:
● Reset time reduced:
~14 days ~5 minutes
5. Nickname Policy Changes
Nicknames were required to be unique due to global PvP design, but this reduced player freedom and increased reroll friction.
Changes:
● Nickname changes will use a Nickname Change Ticket
● Stones previously spent on name changes will be fully refunded
● All accounts receive one free ticket
● Duplicate nicknames allowed
6. Tutorial Policy Changes
The current tutorial is too long and affects pacing.
Changes:
● Simplified structure
● Skip feature available after conditions are met
7. Early Game Progression Redesign
Focus shifted too much toward idle mechanics instead of story and characters.
To restore narrative immersion:
● Guide players to Main Story EP0 after Journey tutorial
● Unlock Operations after EP1
● Relax story unlock conditions
● Add prompts to encourage story viewing
● Provide natural introduction to Journey content on first play
8. Reduced Requirements for Liberator Icons
Unlock conditions remain too strict even after earlier adjustments.
Changes:
● Before: Affinity Lv. 30
● After: Affinity Lv. 5
All players will also receive materials required to reach Affinity Lv. 30.
9. Incorrect Material Costs for R-Rank Arcana
We confirmed incorrect upgrade costs for Moonlight Water and Gold.
Fixes:
● Correct required values
● Refund excess materials spent

10. Battle Experience Improvements
Players feel combat lacks strategic depth.
Planned adjustments:
● Nova Burst reduced cooldown + increased damage
● Reduce excessive cooldowns for certain liberators

Sadly, nope. It's worse. They've got great animation, but sadly the battle system sucks. The only limitation we have is cooldown and it's too fucking long. So you'll always want to use your Ulti then Skill, then forced to use Normal attack for at least 3 turns(non maxed skill will forced you to use it for 5 turns instead). They've acknowledge it and said that they will fix it, but I doubt it. On the other hand, I think the story and journey story is better.
TLDR; if you don't mind auto battler tier gameplay, then it's a good game.

Most features are from other (mostly) gook games so if you have played them before, it's pretty easy to figure it out

I am sure the uma training system was something that got added later during the game development, since the early PVs for the game didn't show any glimpse of it. At first it was probably planned to be another HSR with mix gender cast (there was a twink in the reveal PVs) but when the game was officially named Star Savior they removed that guy and showed the training system as part of the new gameplay system, they even proudly claimed that "we also have umamusume/gakumas at home" in the interview, so yeah some dumbfuck greenlit that idea and changed the game direction during its development.

The main issue is still optimization. MH Wilds and CP2077 got hit by this problem and flopped. To make matter worse, they can't release the steam/pc version simultaneously, so everyone(including the one with gaming phone) will still feel the lag.
The second most important issues is gameplay. The gameplay is just boring and braindead. Now, it won't be that big of a problem because the skill animation is good and you can leave it on auto. But because the stupid optimization, you can't even enjoy it.
Because of these problems, people become critical and nitpick everything.
