Don't invest in characters/weapons you're not going to use. Don't waste resources fishing in the general banner to fill out your pokedex early. etc. etc.

Also, to save problems just install the .deb from steam directlyinstead of the flatpak since that can also have permission issues.

The only non-pass skins that aren't on the shop are the two on 'Next Store' (cash only), Kalina's golden bunny suit (free in your mail on a new account), Kalina and Chae-Young's orkean officer uniforms (Spec Ops), the anniversary reverse bunny suits for Chae-Young and Sow-Boo-Hee and the HG's suit (Anniversary event rewards, not available). To my knowledge, they've made no statements regarding if any skins will ever leave the shop or there being any kind of rotating availability.
