I buy a welkin every month and the only time I ever pulled R1 on a character debut was Mavuika, partly due to AQ hype and partly for sweaty meta purposes. All other 5* weapons have been on reruns of characters I really like. I don't think it's worth it to pull weapons just for meta when it costs about as much as C0 for an entire new character.
