Remember how rearmed Reinhardt's inheritable tome came with a Lull effect (lol) while his uninheritable prf gave him a Brave strike? It would be funny how IS is working to undermine the best mechanic in their game if it wasn't so sad. 2. IS doesn't give a shit about Constance. I suspect she's coming up for a refine at an awkward point in time where IS is warming up to handing out styles more generously but it's too soon for this batch. Feels a lot like getting featured in HoF shortly before an important skill would become available. The fact that Coco is getting her refine before Hapi does also hints that IS is going to shaft Coco. Hapi coming up a little bit later means she'll probably get the better refine and Coco can eat dust.
Big shoutout to the Corrin ring, the ice vein + scowl terrain combo is just too good.
