The only content in the game that can provide actual gameplay is a handful of the Dopamine stages, but those get trivialized by the power creep 1 round clear comps that we now have several of. Ultimately this is a problem a vast majority of gacha suffers from, mostly by design.

You want to give her the AP support stigma set. Never use her fan AoE, it doesn't do damge, turn enemies, or eat their counters. All it does is lower their pierce defense a little, which is worthless compared to using her battery or attacking (for a chance to reset her battery if you have her weapon). Her combat roll refunds AP and at a certain level it gives more AP than it uses. Even unleveled it's worth using before any movement because it saves a lot of AP for that short distance traveled.
