Also the moveset in the demo is probably their complete moveset, aside from their Ultimate and MAYBE a secret extra move.

In the previous games you could swap around secondary job classes, here you have multiple characters that you’ll need to swap out instead. You can customize them a bit with Mastery Moves but chances are, what you see is what you get.

Surprised nobody mentions there's seems to be new bosses for BoA Chapter 7 too. Elfric label is AGM_Boss_Chp7_01_01 to 03 (as he resurrects 2 times, counting as separate enemies), but there is a 7_02_01 to 02_09 with ?? levels (01 to 08 seems to be the same enemy since it shares them same status and the 09 seems to be a minion) and 07_03_01 to 7_03_04.

Also, modding seems to be possible already too. There's people who have localized the demo to Spanish and Russian. Haven't tried it myself yet but it looks like you just have to use MsgPack to turn the contents back into binary assets and then somehow modify the uexp files with the new json files, maybe Fmodel has an option for that.
If that works, I'll try replacing some town NPC with those new enemies, not sure if it'll work though as the textures, animations, etc. all are gone

There's some things that are very obvious to who the skill sets belongs too. Like the lightning song moves that are back to back on the list, those are from Goodwin, count the seven skills and makes sense. There's another that has an omni boost, 2 light multi hit attacks and a front/back heal that also give regen. That's the moveset from the queen, someone said it could be sazantos but that unit has sword skills too, which the 7 skills doesn't have any. Just spells and support spells

You can find the files under Output/Exports in the fmodel folder. The binary assets seem to all be located under Local/DataBase so it suffices to use the script on that folder with the recursive option

The Selector Fragment is awesome! You basically use it to select a chart of your choice. The downside is that unless they change things, you’ll only be able to select from the Chance Encounters. No limited characters.

The Reunion Festival is basically the anniversary. The global server went kaput in January. We are now on SEA’s server only NetEase wants us to forget that. Thing is, our anniversary is in late July, SEA’s is in early December. So to avoid confusion and save face they simply give us SEA’s anniversary and rename it to the Reunion Festival.

Because giving us a SEA anniversary AND a Global Anniversary would be too generous. Especially since December is SEA’s 2nd anniversary and January is Global’s 3.5th anniversary.

My two biggest picks are Jane for dealing massive axe damage and Primrose for being able to regen/buff/boost the Ultimate gauge.

But I can give you a list of others if you're going for the A4:
Nicola - Def down for 3 turns. Good when combined with Signa's A4.
Harley - Atk down for 3 turns. Good when combined with Signa's A4.
Therese - Thunder down when broken
Z'aanta - Bow down when broken
Grieg - Damage Cap up 50,000
Nina-Lanna - Dark down on break.
Hasumi - Increases buffs for an extra turn.
EX Primrose - Also increases buffs for an extra turn.
Eleonora - Dodge some physical attacks. The poor man's EX Ophilia A4.
Joshua - Sword down on break.
Nina-Lanna - Dark down when broken
Molu - Fire Down on break.
W'ludai - Spear down on break
