>>1944824Why are they doing the Avengers thing?
>>1944831Why not? Maybe that's how all of them look while they're waiting to be deployed. Monmusu Assemble!
AI translation guidehttps://pastebin.com/ePz6bQBSI've made this, if anyone could check it and see if its actually works then it'd be nice.
>>1944877Were you able to unfuck the text or get any text hooker like Texttractor or SugoiTranslator to show the text on a floating window? It's kind of unusable in it's current state due to the atrociously bad wordwrap.
>>1944905No, not yet. Reading the story will have to wait, its only for playing the game which is the main draw for me.
>>1944913Isn't it the other way around? It's super easy to play the game and memorize the UI without a translation but the one thing you'd need a TL patch for is reading the story or what the characters say.
>>1944922The UI is one thing but the character pages with their skills are most important to me, without that I'd be spending forever looking each one up over and over until I've memorized them.
>>1944938>The UI is one thing but the character pages with their skills are most important to meYou'd just use a wiki, it's what I do with other Japanese games always. It's what I've always done with stuff like TSK or BA even.Honestly you get so used to it that it's easy to forget the game is in Japanese because eventually you know the entire UI and game by heart and habit. The real problem where you can't just wiki everything is story since you can only read that in game for the full experience and that's where a patch would come in handy.
>>1944947>>1944938>>1944913>>1944922I know it's not the same thing as an in-game patch, but I've translated the prologue and Chapters 1-5 (the Wraithon Arc) and tried to put in some effort to cleaning up some of the dialogue so it's more accurate, and while I know I can't guarantee that it's gonna be perfect I'd be willing to just give them all another look over to see if I catch anything else and then dump all of them into pastebins if there's any anons here who just want to at least read the story and know what they're saying there. I'd probably try to better organize them if I did this though so it's more easily to separate the scenes in each chapter.I'm currently making my way through translating Chapter 6 this way, but I've only translated up to Logica's game show and the cavalcade of comedy that whole thing was.
>>1945022I would like to read it so any pastebins would be appreciated. No need to tidy it up too much either.
>all your tokens are now unicornshey hey, isn't this some kind of population crisis?!
Don't worry about it. It's just Year of the Horse.
>>1945302it would've been neat if we'd gotten a horse girl centric event for the new years thing. maybe one of the horses will get an alt at least.....this is pretty ridiculous though lmao
>>1944829i wish i could be that cozy
>>1945282Is it gay if the horns touch?
>>1945563as long as you say 'no yuri', it's not gay
Chocolate girls
>>1945316But they did do a horse girl for new years. The Umamusume kind though
>>1946884I know Kirin got an alt and she 'kinda' counts, I just meant I wish the event had been centered specifically on horse-girls for the new years, rather than just also having one horse. There's a year of the dog, so that event would've made a lot more sense if they had saved the idea for a year of the dog.Which would've been.....well, quite a while away I guess maybe they just really liked the idea and couldn't think of anything to do with horses.>>1946437Oh, neat, so Ticka and Vorpal showing up was actually hinting towards the valentine's event, that's pretty cool. Glad the Gargoyle Girl finally got something too.
>someone drew fan art of the confident heroine turning into a monster girlVIVI HIRE THIS SHOTA
Move aside Kirin. It's year of the boar now.https://youtu.be/ZXZsGnnJfEc?si=b0S1JCA_qwff3NxE
>>1948798You will never convince me that this wasn’t caused by a typo given the sheer level of bugginess and errors that keep cropping up in this game these days
>>1948844If you think about it really hard it would be lore accurate to have all these bugs pop up because the updates and changes were done by Vivi.
>>1948844What's specifically happening here is that when Difnilla is retreated, her flame patch DoT calls for enemy HP instead of her attack value. This is likely caused by not correctly placing the call value function before the attack is executed. Rather than a typo, it's caused by the code being in the wrong order. The actual worst case scenario here is the game outright crashing if it can't find the value it's looking for, so it could've been worse. If you're the guy who thought the initial 200% value was a typo, the values shown in a unit's textboxes have no direct relation to the actual code implemented. As in they must be typed and put in separately. Since they matched on inception, there is very little chance of a typo causing it to be inflated. There might theoretically be a miscommunication if the person who decides the numbers made a typo when giving the unit blueprint to the person who codes the units in however.
>>1949397they keep making typos between both the description value AND the actual code, hell we even just had another example this collab because the dragon girl's not supposed to have a fixed attack speed buff and it's getting changed to the multiplicative one it was intended to be. Either one of them got into a miscommunication and thought it was supposed to be 200 and not 20, or they intended to add 20 but made it 200 by mistake since an extra 0 is rather innocuous compared to other kinds of typos despite how much of a difference it makes. I could very easily believe they put that extra zero in both of those on accident and just never caught it. I think they don't even bother to check or test anything anymore. It would explain a lot.And yes I first saw that explanation from the game's oversea players on the wiki, and I just think it makes the most amount of sense.>her flame patch DoT calls for enemy HP instead of her attack valuethis is so stupid lmao how does this even fuckin happenwould've rather had the game crash so they'd get forced to at least fix some of this shit, but they're just too damn busy with their domino-checkers chinese gambling game
>>1948918i knew it, it's all her fault!
>>1949397For some reason it requires the enemy to enter their attack animation first and then have her retreat for the bug to occur
It's not her fault that all she could afford was a roll of dutch tape!
where's the money going, vivi?
>>1949540to what everyone truly wants....
>>1948304AIEEEE NO ROTTY DON’T LOOK
>>1949467There's likely an array that contains the stat values somewhere and the enemy calling its attack values bumps its HP value to where Difnilla's attack value was in memory. That's a more complex bug.
>Fixes Mahamut's attack speed buff>As a result breaks everyone else's attack speed buffs to stack like Mahamut's before fixlol
>>1950831I guess the Japanese are getting into the trend of AI coding stuff too
Oh nooooo! Contact with KuruSta is causing the monmusus to awaken to Celestial power. That world is absolutely doomed if they realize it...
>>1950831Wait...if everyone else's attack speed buff is stacking how do we know her attack speed buff is fixed?
>>1950831>>1950843>>1950863hoo boy........it's AI hours, isn't itI'm not one for doom posting but it would definitely explain what's going on at this point
The new TD is most likely made by the same team that codes Aigis, Monmusu, and Castle so the team doesn't have enough people and it appears the decision was to sacc Monmusu. Would explain all the issues in the past year.Aigis did a big one with their hero banner and did a huge compensation.
>>1950881That's genuinely sad if that's truly the reason behind it, and I think that's undoubtedly a very very likely explanation for what's really been going on. I sincerely believe that MMTD's a better and more fun game than Aigis (which makes sense to me now having played both, since it seems to have built on and improved off of it, hell TD's even somehow harder than Aigis is), but it's also far younger than it is and Aigis is their main moneymaker. If they're throwing the island under the bus for that cthulhu game and it ends up getting completely fucked over as a result it'd honestly piss me off quite a bit.why does it feel like this always happens........I've only ever played two 'gacha' style mobile games, both times turned out to be around their third year of life, and both times that's also the year where things started going awry for them. I just hope this doesn't end the same way as Dragalia Lost did.
>Playing new event>Suddenly every single girl deployed slows down to a crawl while the enemies continue to move fast>The girls deployed can barely attack>to the point that some of the bees just move out of their range entirely before they can even finish their attack animations, causing it to cancel/loop, and make them just never attack at all>go back and check the bees>bees make no mention of anything, they just poison>the level description doesn't say anything about such a drastic molasses level attack speed reduction; it simply says enemy attack stats are buffed>go back in>place Okyuu>'It'sa Crazy Octopus Party!'>Place Lucretia>She immediately fucking cripples the entire team>Move Lucretia away so no one else is in her radius>All allied Monster Girls suddenly go back to normal attack speed>Move her back>They slow down again>Whatever the fuck the Developers did has caused Lucretia to become completely fucking bricked>She's now actively SLOWING the teamGODDAMMITFIX YOUR GAME VIVI OR SO HELP ME
ok admittedly the fact the gimmick stacks with Aqua's and makes her become three times bigger is kinda funny but I'm still pretty displeased, and also pretty baffled as to how they've fucked their entire system up this badly. In a similarly inexplicable way when I tried using the Lumyuda (the alien cat girl with the poison radius) for one level, she was suddenly moving significantly moree slowly even without Lucretia there, and I realized one of her awakening bonuses is an increase to her attack speed. When I reset all of her awakening bonuses to remove it and then used her in another level as a test, removing that one bonus caused her to behave normally again. Aqua is also supposed to slow down when she attacks while giant, and while I think she's still "slower" than usual, the decrease in her attack speed is much more minor now when prior there was definitely a noticeable pause. But, I cannot tell if SS!Okyuu has any changes to her when I've tried her out, and I don't think the Idol Beastgod's skill that gives the attack speed boost feels much different either.I really don't know what they did, but at the minimum it feels like everything that had a 'fixed' speed boost value has been completely fucked up.
I tested Nazuna as well since her signature weapon also gives her a minor attack speed buff, and yeah, Nazuna is clearly slowed down now instead of sped up due to what they did. And putting Lucretia there just exaggerates the slowdown even more. I have no idea how many girls are effected by this but I would wager every single girl who has a flat attack speed buff for themselves in some capacity was fucked by whatever they did.
Pink haired loli with psycho eyes looks peak
>>1951007huh, never really saw her as one in the original outfit but i can kinda see it in this one
I messed around with XUnity some more today. Reading the documentation this time, I noticed that it has a TranslationAggregator hotkey>ALT + 1: Toggle Translation Aggregator UI.This hotkey should bring up a window that has the translation in it which in theory should perfectly solve the issue MTD has which is of text cutting off and not being able to be fully displayed.Except, it doesn't work. I can't tell if it's a problem with my configuration, if it's a problem with my Bepinex configuration, if it's a problem with my plugin or if it's just a game issue but the bottom line is that it doesn't work for me.If anyone can find how to enable this or make it work then a translation should be very possible since the translation would be on it's own window and not subject to MTD's engine limitations so sharing my experience from today here in hopes someone smarter than me can figure out a solution or do something useful with it.
>this day, MC is summoned by Yuil to the forest who greets them with very heavy and awkward flattery that both MC and Vivi comment on>asking why she had them come, it's Valentine's day, so everybody's making chocolate and when she finally came to making her own, there were already no ingredients left>Vivi remarks that the battles for Cacao are especially fierce>Yuil fearful of that battleground, asks if they might know of any substitutes>Vivi asks Yuil why she's making chocolate and she embarrassedly says she can't>Vivi ponders her boldness in being able to ask MC to help make the chocolate that will presumably be given to him, but holds her tongue>MC honestly really can't think of any way to substitute cacao out of chocolate>Vivi concurs as chocolate without cacao is as different as margarine and butter>Yuil thought aren't they the same, but holds her tongue in fear>Yuil has heard of some chocolate leaf so she wanted to investigate it in hopes it might help her make chocolate, so we go help her find it>monsters>Yuil says she wouldn't taste and her meat's probably very tough as it turns to stone a lot>Vivi says regardless of Yuil's taste, there's a delicious MC right here>MC says he isn't delicious to eat either>Yuil thinks otherwise to the point MC notices the greedy look on her face>dealing with the monsters, Vivi noticed they seemed a bit hyper>MC wonders if it's the leaves Yuil was talking about as chocolate is a stimulant>the monsters seem like a good lead, but Yuil is fearful>Tikka runs by with the standard I'm going to be late routine and Yuil notices she smells of chocolate, let's follow her>Vivi finds it a bit too convenient and grills Yuil on if she's just saying that because she's afraid to fight monsters>Yuil swears she isn't combined with her best flattery so off to follow Tikka
>catching up to Tikka, we ask if she knows of any chocolate leaves>are you talking about Chocoleaf?>that's a surprisingly straightforward name, however even Vivi has never heard of it>Tikka explains it's from the mirror world, also she has to hurry as she's going to be late>when Yuil asks for what, Vivi claims she's just pretending most of the time as there isn't anything>monsters>blocking Tikka after we deal with the monsters, we ask about the Chocoleaf>they're plants that grow in the mirror world>while they look unremarkable, if you boil and melt them, they turn to chocolate>Yuil demands some from Tikka>how rude, and I don't have any in the first place>Yuil claims a liar, a she can smell the chocolate on her, give it!>Yuil then turns to stone surprising Tikka>Vivi explains to Tikka that Yuil does that reflexively when she gets embarrassed>you must've been the cause>Vivi then pressures Tikka into working together as she surmises she's also probably trying to make chocolate>as Tikka side glances at MC, Vivi knows she's got her on the hook>if we work together, maybe there will be a chance?>or is it you doubt me, Tikka?>t-there's no way!>assertive towards those below her, humble towards those above her, reading Tikka's psychology of wanting to be led by those in power, Vivi took control of her mercilessly>with that, she joins the party and leads us to the Chocoleaf>...then we remember the petrified Yuil and come back to get her
>walking for a while, MC wonders how much further to the Chocoleaf>Yuil panic petrifies at the thought of having to go to the mirror world>Tikka tells her to cut that out and that Chocoleaf isn't exclusive to the mirror world>one, two, three napes, I'll cut off your heads!>Yuil petrifies in terror>Tikka asks why Lapinus did that>if you don't make an impact with your appearances, you'll be eliminated in the world of monmusu with high turnover>Tikka wonders if she's being too inconspicuous in contrast to Lapinus and Yuil's gimmicks>asking Lapinus about Chocoleaf, she surprisingly reveals they grow right over there>wait, no, where was it>well it's hard to tell from appearance, but you can tell from the smell and when you eat it, it's like->monsters>after fighting them and taking advantage of Chocoleaf, MC finds himself grown giant which turns out to be a side effect of it>won't that make chocolate made with it also grow people>cooking it removes the giantification effect, but it leaves the aphrodisiac effect>as Vivi asks if Yuil can manage to make chocolate with this, Lapinus overhears and gets excited at the prospect of MC making chocolate>while MC says it's Yuil who's trying to make it, Tikka and Yuil also get excited at the idea, so Vivi tells him he's got no choice now>if it makes everyone happy...!
>spotting some Chocoleaf, MC asks Lapinus how she can tell>maybe she should compose a poem and MC will be able to sing the difference after losing his head>on top of telling the difference, Vivi also wonders why it's suddenly growing so abundantly on Gespenst>maybe because it's Valentine's>actually a decent possibility as Valentine's has caused various things like chocolate rain and meteors before>Tikka is about to say why the Chocoleaf is growing before>monsters>after defeating them, we finally secure some Chocoleaf>not a lot though Tikka and Lapinus point out>only enough for something that can fit on your pinky, a small bud's worth>as Yuil overwhelms herself thinking of presenting her bud, Vivi says we can just get more as there seems to be plenty growing>MC asks Tikka what was she going to say about why the Chocoleaf was growing here>because she planted them>she?>who would go to the trouble of getting plants from the mirror world to plant on Gespenst>she pops up, being Liddell and Urunella>an unexpected combo>Liddell was mainly just carrying her own supply, but Urunella contacted her as she was interested in growing them on Gespenst due to the "enlargening" and "stimulating" effects>as Urunella lives off bodily fluids, MC growing larger and being stimulated would increase the amount...>the other monmusu gulp>we explain our chocolate quest to Liddell and Urunella>Urunella comments about the fierce cacao battles reaching the peak of their chaos and getting to the third round>who's directing that!?>Liddell notes word about Chocoleaf hasn't spread too much yet and she's happy to give us as much as we need which we're very thankful>Urunella asks for body fluids then>...uh, I'll consider it...>Fris suddenly drops in telling Liddell it's a disaster>apparently she was also helping and was in charge of temperature control for the plants>also, the disaster is that poachers are now hunting for Chocoleaf
>>1944829Important Notice: I realized I messed this up on accident and forgot a " at the end of the sentence. >the day they released an update that broke their game was also the same day that they added the dumpstor event to the archiveit's like poetrytruly she is the demon that brings ruin to the world......
>>1950881why would they even make a fourth game if they can't keep their shit straight with three of them?
>>1951895She was only trying to protect us
>>1951904Because they're crunching on a new game and not just small updates. It should be back to normal once the new game is released and the player base settles.
What are the bear tickets for? I know they say to hold on to them but I don't know why
>>1951949i can't even use half my preferred team of girls because of their flat attack speed buffs, and i either have to go through and un-awaken them to get rid of it or just bench them because it's baked into them like from a trait or weapon. and certain enemies now just cause characters to become completely frozen and incapable of moving or attacking at all. i dont have to deal with the harpy queen problem at least, because i don't have her, but this shit's just still inexcusable. apparently some players have been able to abuse the new mechanics to also just cheese everything with certain girls as well due to the multiplication getting fucked, but i don't have those characters. hell the events aren't even worth it, they didn't even bother making the collab have a girl to get and they cut down on the stories a lot. and instead of just hiring more people they've been burning money on fucking mahjong. i doubt it's going back to normal even after that new game gets crapped out. because they're just gonna continue to focus on the new thing and will simply ignore the game that's falling. i really wouldn't be surprised if they're just trying to make an excuse to kill it off at this point, because that's what it's starting to feel like.
>>1951954you need five to get anything out of them. you get three per collab game, of which there's five, so you have to also play the other four games to actually get the rewards. or you can just buy them directly with cash money. if you don't feel like playing any of the other games, then they're worthless.
>>1951957But anon!Think of all the compensation we'll get out of this!
>>1951995>your 300 gemmies, sir
>>1952002It's a shame they're massacred poor dear Lucretia, because otherwise I probably would have been able to match that somewhat, but I don't have any other girls who have shared attack speed buffs.Still thought it would be funny to at least try while I'm able to though, fuck it why not? My favorite character got turned into a brick, so let's give Okyuu the power of GOD and watch her animations break but honestly seeing the thing get flung back down the hallway by Rycliff was also a pretty great part to it.
Collab seemed pretty boring but this certainly made it interesting. Thanks Mamu.
>>1952035it's kinda sad (but also funny) how the collab was so shit that this ended up being the best part of it. the dragon sucks, but the result of her inclusion is at least pretty funny.
>>1952043>the dragon sucksI mean yeah, her special ability is a black hole. Those things tend to do that.
>>1952035>>1952043I'm sure we'll all look back on this and laugh when we get our TDF Four-Way-Collab that's definitely happening this year. I hope that game ends up being good at least.
If I wanted to start playing and got this, who do I focus on or what do I do?
>>1952045really? her special seems to just be throwing a flail at people. but hopefully her terribleness will finally get the devs off their asses to spare some mahjong money for the poor unpaid code-vivi that they chained to the computer. it's great beast god abuse I tell you.>>1952046i wouldn't bet on it.>>1952047that's a pretty good starting hand at least if that's all your legendary girls. i can't actually tell you how good the dragon's still gonna be though since she's what broke the system currently. she'll probably still be good if it gets "fixed" in the way they were intending her to work. otherwise the frost giant, medusa, iron golem, spider and the psycho bunny are probably the best things you got.
>>1952054>i wouldn't bet on it.I love lovecraft man, let me hope! Okyuu getting to be in that game would be kino. If it's truly the reason behind the current situation it would at least be nice if the game we got out of it was good.I also ended up pulling the one who seems to be the "main girl" for it on the second or third day which was also kinda neat too. But I guess I just think Okyuu has a better design than any of the girls in it I've seen so far.
>>1952054>really?Yeah. Her abilities in TSK are always "Black hole <insert word here>".
>>1952059'death storm tail' doesn't sound like a black hole.i just think she's an extremely lame dragon girl though, design wise. pretty half-assed. all the dragons in TD are far better.
>>1952061Well yeah, it's kind of hard to beat the Monster Musume game at monster musumes since that is this game's biggest strength. She's still cute though.
Sad we didn't get Mauro and Mamu interaction.
>>1952063disagree, but w/eat least the fox was good
>>1952047Step 1: Get 1 character to 120.Step 2: Search for Friend with Chupina and add them.Step 3: Have Friend's Chupina carry you til you get enough Gold(Major limiting factor)Step 4: If you have 7 day beginner mission try to complete it. You get a subskill that you can't get again once missions expire.
>>1952047Do the seven day start dash as soon as possible. But otherwise just enjoy the game and use the girls you like. Don't feel the need to cheese levels per >>1952068 unless you really get stuck on something. Use your red tickets for the EX missions on the one for gold and you'll get a pretty good amount of it.
>>1952070>>1952068If there was a 7-day mission then I most definitely missed it many eons ago. In exchange, I'm sitting on like 3 gacha pities? I expected the number to go down but I got rather lucky rolling on collab and valentines so it did not.
>>1952074Don't bet on it, I started ages ago for a day then came back a few months ago and still had the 7 day beginner mission to do.
>>1952078What's the icon or banner for it? I probably missed it still since I've been doing the Kumafes logins and it's been 7 days since then.
>>1952079If its still there it'd be on the left of the main screen around the paid button parts
>>1952079NTA, but here's how it looked when I was doing it; the icon for the Seven Day Starter Dash is the one with the Vivi and the '7' on it.
>>1952081Yeah I don't have that for sure, I only have the two buttons below it.
>>1952082Well, they you shouldn't feel the need to worry anon, just enjoy the game and have fun at your own pace. Take it slow and don't rush through it. It's a good reward ability, but it's not one you'll be terribly off without. I'd just organize a team of the girls you like the most and go from there.
>>1952084Yeah, so far I just smashed every LR unit I have into a team and called it a day. Slowly figuring out the game but the fact that character deaths don't count against me is really nice because I remember people randomly dying and ruining my chances at a 3* was a problem in Aigis.
>>1952087Don't forget you can move all your units around after deploying them, thats a huge bonus too.
as an aside it's funny how the strongest character i currently have in aigis (besides Eftra probably) turned out to just be Lulu in a hat. I swear this artist must have some kind of love for oversized boots and gloves.
>>1952087Also while you might not need to yet, you should probably put a healer in there eventually; Donne and Rin are good enough if you're still starting out and have no one better. Donne can still see use even later on though due to her stun mechanic.
https://monmusutd.fandom.com/wiki/Monster_Musume_Tower_Defense_WikiAre there non-dead wikis? This one seemed cool but it's dead
>>1952219check the OP anon….
>>1952219I put a link to the japanese wiki in the OP for convenience, so hopefully it can help you.I think it's pretty cool that wiki has all the voicelines for the girls that they did put on it though.
>>1952054>otherwise the frost giant, medusa, iron golem, spider and the psycho bunny are probably the best things you got.Is there a particular or specific reason those units are good?
>>1952567NTA but>Iron GolemAiren deals a tremendous amount of damage with her skill and when she's deployed, and is relatively durable, and can be recalled and then redeployed to keep using her as a bomb to clear things out. She's very powerful. Also, once at a high enough level, there's a combination you can make for her without paying any money that can allow her to activate her skill before she's actually deployed, which causes the damage of her bomb drop to skyrocket to obscene levels.>Spider MaidenKazune slows down enemies and can shorten the skill recharge times of ranged units deployed with her skill, which is just really useful.>Frost GiantNarkepahune is extremely strong and durable, slows enemies down during her skill with the blizzard she calls, and her craftable weapon gives her an extra block and regeneration during that blizzard which makes her a very efficient frontline character.>MedusaLauren petrifies everyone when she's deployed and then petrifies everyone again when she activates her skill, and in general she just hits really hard and can get a lot of bonus damage off on enemies who aren't immune to poison or petrification. Her craftable weapon also increases her damage to petrified enemies off skill as well as giving her the chance to petrify with her normal attacks. She pairs extremely well with Charis (the Cockatrice Girl), as Charis has a ridiculous 2.5x damage bonus on petrified enemies (although Charis works best with her EX II skill), and they can help petrify stuff for each other. So if you end up using Lauren it's reasonable to pair them together.>bunnyI don't own her but I tried her out, she's kinda fun and a self-sufficient blocker similarly to Narkepahune, but more focused on just single-target damage. However her instant kill gimmick can be used to cheese some things, like the big boss enemies in the labrynth.
>>1952588Thanks, that is very helpful.https://monmusu-td.wikiru.jp/?%E3%82%AA%E3%82%B9%E3%82%B9%E3%83%A1%E3%82%AD%E3%83%A3%E3%83%A9Is this up to date? Should I try to go for the recommended event characters too?

>>1952594You're welcome anon, I'm happy I can help you out!And I would consider that pretty up-to-date yeah, as I also referenced that page myself when I was first starting out (albeit a bit later on).As for the suggested rentals, I agree with their list, but one thing I would rectify though is that I disagree with it's assessment on Okyuu's Gun form feeling 'underpowered' in 'later content', as I'm going to attest to you that from personal experience she very much does not. On the contrary she's probably my favorite girl to use because of how ridiculously awesome she feels to just octuple shot rapid fire through so many things, and her unlockable EX II skill allows her to switch between massive focus-fire DPS and clearing huge swarms of enemies. In fact the reduced range of the second skill even came in handy in the challenge stages where enemies reflect damage while unblocked because it allowed her to not shoot them too early. The paygated anniversary version of Raikon didn't get included on that list either, but she's also currently the single strongest character in the game, and will basically kill everything in any level on auto-pilot bar anything immune to physical damage. Besides her though I agree with the list: SS!Okyuu, School!Nigryu, and Anni!Rin are supremely powerful units (just barely avoiding being broken), and then Chupina's probably the strongest character who isn't Anni!Raikon. You have as much time to go through the event archive as you need so you can either do it in order or just grab whoever you want the most. However I'd also suggest training up Hariella, the Harpy Queen, from that archive, as her EX II is incredibly powerful and useful in any situation, letting you withdraw and redeploy all units for a set period of time at the swiftest rate in the game.
>>1952604Hey I was right, her instant-kill can cheese even more than I expected! It seems even more efficient than the previous one did since it requires less extremely-specific limited/hard to obtain units to be able to pull it off; only two there are limited. I really have to wonder what they were thinking with Yano but apparently they also pulled a lot of their staff off for the castle game and it's had a lot of maintenance worked on it so their bug fixers or testers just seem to not be around. But still, they tried to prevent her from insta-killing bosses and she ended up being able to anyways.I love a lot of the bosses and find them very fun and well-designed fights when you're fighting them "correctly" (i.e, the way the devs probably intended you to do so) but it's still undeniably impressive to see stuff like this anyways, even if I'll never use it myself. I'm just happy to see Okyuu and Rycliff there. Kinda funny given I just used those two yesterday too. But apparently a lot of japanese players hate Aurum for some reason despite how awesome that fight is. I guess that's why he showed up in such disrepair in the last alien event.
>>1952604I thought this was the third or fourth.
>>1952621It's the second 'true OHKO' that kills things in one hit.
I feel like I'm learning a lot of how unity games work against my will while trying to get the translation plugin to be actually readable
>>1952807Give it up, there's too much work involved. Just because it feels close doesn't mean you should keep going.
>>1952807>>1952841Even if the reasons/motivations are completely different, that there's now a second anon who's learning stuff about coding directly because of this island is kind of funny to me. It's truly a special place! Hope you get it to work.
>>1952841I'm so close I can almost taste it though, I probably would have been demotivated and went back to my other games given that I already met the kumafes tix requirements if the game didn't keep hitting my weakness of cute small girls on every loading screen which game me the motivation to give it one more attempt.I need to pass out for today but my findings/misc ramblings are:- Bepins version of the plugin are terrible. It feels like mission impossible to get anything that isn't Google TL working with it. It works beautifully if you feed it replacements like "このゲームでは音声が再生されます。\r\n音量にはご注意ください" to "This game plays audio.\nPlease be careful about the volume." since it knows what to do but the translation quality takes a sharp nosedive the second it switches from the premade translations to the MTL.- Melonloader WORKS. I could not get anything working with Bepin but I was able to get Melonloader to recognize and load an external translator (SugoiTranslator) and use it to actually translate lines on a different test game but I haven't tried feeding it to MTD yet since I need to pass out soon and I don't want to stay up doing this and there's a lot of other things I want to test.- There used to be a Mist Train translation that used MelonLoader which is where I got the idea. I know DMM doesn't seem to care about Bepin or Hachimi so hopefully they don't care about me using Melon for this game if it ends up being a viable solution.Required links to get Sugoi working that aren't listed on the pastebin another anon provided are:https://archive.org/download/sugoi-toolkit-publicDownload the Sugoi Toolkithttps://github.com/Vin-meido/XUnity-AutoTranslator-SugoiOfflineTranslatorEndpointSugoi Translator Endpoint + DLL for XUAT
I've realized now that I had completely forgotten about actually putting those note transcripts into pastebins; I still probably need to clean up the other five main story chapters but for the prologue I just saw some small things I needed to correct and straightened out the names.>https://pastebin.com/zLpRrPRLI'll try to remember to get to the other chapters of the wraithon arc; it's probably not perfect but it should hopefully still be good enough.
I couldn't unfuck the wordwrap issue but I managed to get a better non-GoogleTL translator working.I tried the Melonmod method I mentioned above in my sleep deprived state but the game refused to load the translator mod using melon so I applied what I learned to Bepin and it worked out quite nicely. It requires using SugoiTranslator though which in my opinion, is worse than Gemini or DeepL but better than Google Translate. The problem seems to lay on the fact DeepL deprecated support for various API methods so the DeepL support for XUAT is dead and broken until the developer of it finds a workaround or a fix but if the fix requires signing up for a "Free" (Requires Credit Card) API then it's going to be a lot worse than before.I also wanted to attempt implementing support for Gemini as a custom translator but Gemini seems to have slashed their free plans by a LOT so the plugin would reach the limit of calls in less than an hour of reading so it wasn't worth it. Didn't feel like messing with the other options and Sugoi seemed good enough so I went with it.Installation instructions are basically just >>1944877 except you want to grab the links I posted above and add SugoiTranslator as a translator to the config file likehttps://pastebin.com/z22J0Vtt
>>1953167Also, as an additional thing, you can hide the BepInEx console if it bothers you by going to the BepInEx.cfg and changing the setting located at [Logging.Console] to false. It'll hide the console window but still translate the game and prevents clutter on your task bar.
ok I admit turning School!Agyro into a dragon spirit machine gun is kinda awesome to watchI think at this point I'm just really bummed that Lucretia can't participate in the fun
Argyro's like a speedster in bullet time when you slow down the game.
>>1953167I'm glad you managed to get it to work anon! hope you're enjoying the story.or at least finding it funny in some way.

>>19539471,000 apology gemmies instead of 300?! Truly they are generous!
Finally..........peace has been restored...........!
>>1953719It only barely works and it's honestly pretty fucked. It's so fucked that I think it'd honestly be better to just play without it and use some sort of OCR software to translate the story.Game is pretty fun and charming though, definitely a good experience.
>>1954235Well, that's unfortunate to hear but I'm glad you're still having a lot of fun anon!I don't know what OCR is but what I've been doing is>scan text>inspect anything that stands out to make sure it's accurate>work out any erroneous or unusual translations by hand>reference SFX Japanese guide for assistance>put in doc>repeatand that's basically how I've been doing it. Trying to rely on a translation tool results in a lot of things, mostly gags, getting lost in it's attempt to translate them. Some of it is just character skills or speech patterns, like more formal or informal behavior, but others are things like "Ameri wants to fish out the master's soul from his body for love making time", "the 'english numbers' are actually spelling out extremely lewd sex messages in japanese", "Mauro accidentally called Raikon a drug addict bum when she got powered up", etc. Also the latter has become even funnier to me since that anniversary event, because I think in hindsight it was meant to be a reference to the very first time Raikon appeared in the story, where she actually WAS trying to buy drugs from a shady dealer in an earlier event under the belief that they'd fix her self-image issues with her arms only to realize she was getting scammed when they got exposed as poachers and she subsequently went berserk at them. I'm not into lolis, but I think those two are still pretty entertaining characters to watch anyway.Do you still want me to post the translation efforts I've done for the first five chapters, or are you happy enough with what you've got now?
>>1954294>Do you still want me to post the translation efforts I've done for the first five chaptersWould be great for sure and thank you very much for your hard work with the translations.
>>1954410You're welcome anon. Though I'm not sure if I'd go that far yet; I'm not the one who's posting the summaries in the threads, and while I have translated some gags like that there's some that don't really carry over well.I'll consider it hard work when I finally get around to re-writing all of Okyuu's dialogue to be properly filled with brooklynisms due to that being fucking kino the best possible way to translate her gloriously thick kansai accent.
Ok so I finished combing through Chapter 1 to correct all the leftover spelling mistakes and name inconsistencies and while I missed a couple of the optional choices the main story as a whole is still intact so I went to upload it, but APPARENTLY pastebin has spontaneously developed "standards" between the prologue and now and told me to go fuck myself.I set it to "Unlisted" because private is blurred out and unusable, and I'm not sure if a second attempt will ban me or something because I've never even heard of this happening before, but regardless of what it specifically was it's refusing to allow me to upload the transcript and given what happens in some of the later chapters it's pretty likely that it's gonna ban all of those too. So I guess it's just the prologue then.Sorry anon. Not much I can do here really.
https://litter.catbox.moe/2rfai07frn7udvg0.zipI think I managed to datamine parts of the story scripts? I couldn't translate the ingame text so I pivoted to datamining the game and I think I had far more success with this. The file is on a 12 hour timer but should hopefully be enough for anons to grab the files and check them. There's still like 90k json files to go through so if this isn't enough then let me know and I'll continue searching.>>1954483Your issue is simple, you used Pastebin. Pastebin automatically flags any suspicious paste with pretty strict filters which is why most generals of this site switched to using rentry. Just make sure you're using the org version of the site because the co version of the site will get flagged as spam by 4chan.
>>1954525alright, well i never knew pastebin had issues like that beforehand but i guess i had to learn at some point. thanks anon.while you're datamining do you have the ability to find any of the girl's cgs? or at least the assets for them? I know some of them are flat pictures but others get reassembled to make them move.
>>1954540Yeah I got everything. I couldn't specifically find what I wanted in the viewer when I was looking for the story scripts and I extracted everything which includes the images.I have no idea how to make them move if they aren't already moving though, I just extracted them as a side product in my quest for the story text.
oh neat, would you be willing to dump those too?I don't really care about the movement, all I want is the stills; I just want to mod some of the girls into something and need their stills for that and none of them have good renders that are as high quality as what's in the game (much less without their backgrounds), especially Okyuu who always looks too blurred compared to how she actually is.
>>1954553https://transfer.it/t/X6EEmi5hmJaKI hope this works? I'll delete the file in a day or two
>>1954568YES THANK YOU ANON YOU HAVE DONE GODS WORK FINALLY>Most girls are actually fully assembled contrary to what I was told, and are almost entirely contained into a single file, sometimes two>Okyuu takes up four because she's so based and three of those are just her detailsI'll get right on what I'm doing but holy shit thank you so much man I really can't thank you enoughIf you have any monster girl who's your favorite in-so-far as you've played at this point name her and I'll put her on my to-do list if she isn't there already, that's really the least I can do granted time may vary Aqua took me a little over two months to finish but some of them didn't take too long at least
>>1954593huh, oddly enough Aqua seems to be missing from this. Maybe it's because you don't have her? But I know she does appear in at least a couple of the other events in the archive. There's actually not that many girls in here as I expected, though I am very grateful Okyuu is. It's definitely an extremely important start at least. So thanks.
>>1954598I actually don't have Okyuu. I don't have many LRs really, I barely have enough to fill a team. Who's in there or isn't in there seems completely arbitrary so it's out of my power if someone's in there or not.If the Android version of the game uses unity too then I might try datamining that instead since the PC versions hide files in mysterious places that I have no idea about while the android version can only place folders in very specific spots. It could also be like old games where it only partially downloads files and stuff while it only does a full download when told specifically to do a full download or when you obtain that character.Alternatively, I could simply post the steps on how I managed to get the images because I've been learning how to do these things for the sole purpose of trying to translate the game. The knowledge of how to do so would also help me in the future and I haven't had much to do lately so this gives me a fun way to pick up a new skill.Step1:Download AssetStudioModhttps://github.com/aelurum/AssetStudio/releases/tag/v0.19.0AssetRipper exists too but I found it harder to use so downloading the GUI version of AssetStudio should be easier to use.Step 2:Open the GUI exe and point it at your game folder which should be called "mnms_td_r18". On PC, it's installed by default at your user folder. So if your user is called "Anonymous" then the directory you're looking for is C:\Users\Anonymous\If pointing it at root doesn't work then point it at the data folder found inside the game folder.Step 3:Wait until it loads. Tell it to show everything or select everything then do Export -> All Assets.Wait a while since it's processing every single thing in the folder and it's a large amount of files it has to go through. Once it's done, you'll have a full dump of the game files on your PC.
>>1954609i can feel myself getting confused already, but would this even work with the browser version of the game? that's the only version I've ever gotten to work, and I wasn't able to find the file specified when I went to search for it. I'm assuming this is being written with the DMM Launcher or android versions in mind. And since I've just been assuming you're >>1952047 I figured you didn't have Okyuu, and that was why those girls were in there, and I'm assuming Lulu and Okyuu are in your files because you happened to play or watch something that featured them, or just looked at them perhaps. That's the best explanation I can think of anyways.
>>1954634It is for sure being written for the PC dmm version of the game.Remember you absolutely need a Japanese VPN to even open the DMM games launcher so I'd suggest a solution likehttps://gist.github.com/tilda/d52a8c7fa3f161de6cc45bbd2a1cbeecand keep it on at all times while DMM games is on. Once your DMM game of choice properly loads then you can turn it off.It wouldn't work with the Browser version because it works completely differently and I haven't verified if it works on the mobile versions of the game yet.
also I want to ask if these got used anywhere because there's a handful of drawings of Master with funny expressions that aren't as detailed that seem like they were cut for something
So, anyone got any newbie guidance?Like game goals, stuff to be pushing, things to be working on and so on that isn't just reading the story?
what now
>>1955613Sure! My to-do list when I started was>Progress through the story>Beat the event archive>Level Up Best(Favorite) Girls>Clear Boss Challenges (Very Fun)>Delve into the Labrynth>Beat Labrynth Missions (if you clear the level with a specific restriction you will get a slab to craft a special sub-skill, ranging from tier IV versions of the normal ones to unique and very strong abilities)>Clear challenge stages>And of course: spend time with Best(Favorite) Girl(s)At this point I have also been going back and re-playing both chapters and events that I already cleared in order to translate them properly at this point since it's pretty fun to do that and also relaxing to have my preferred team just breeze through something. The stories are fun enough that I think it's enjoyable to simply read them again for that.Don't feel the need to rush though, you can burn yourself out too easily. Once you've accomplished everything there's not much else to do but either read/translate stuff you've not done yet, refight stuff you found fun or just wait for the next event. But I think that's true for most games like this anyway.
Oh also thank you Okyuu for blessing my rolls, I pulled the girl I was most interested in from the collab, she was the best part of that archive event besides the gags with the bear trio lol
>>1955628Any suggestions on how to properly use stuff like Transcendent tickets? There's a stage for every mat with these tickets. And how hard is it to get more of these?
>>1955625whats the final veredict on Mahamut and Higanbana after the bugfix patch anyway?
>>1955632Twinkle bad, Flower Knight good
>>1955631Oh the EX Tickets?I save those up for when I either need Gold or EXP to help level up a Monster Girl. I usually use them for gold, but since the EXP one got upgraded it's been worthwhile to use it on that sometimes if I really need to. But in general I think the gold is the best one. If you're really hurting for those cubes that upgrade the E/L Girl's skills though then using one to get six of those cubes is pretty reasonable enough.
>>1955631Hold until half anni when they run drop bonus. If you're desperate then EXP > Gold in efficiency. If you're extremely desperate then whichever you need at that moment or else you can't win.Although at that point just use your Friendly neighborhood Chupina.
>>1955648>Hold until half anni when they run drop bonus.Whens that?
>>1955648isnt the next one the actual anniversary
>>1955648Winning with your girl > using chupinaUnless your girl is also chupina
>>1955677What if you don't have a girl yet and crave overwhelming power on par with the latest Aigis hero units?
Are the other two collab units worth rolling for to finish a spark (40 rolls which means me depleting fate episodes to get them)Uhh the twinkle loli and the other one
>>1955682isnt there two twinkle lolis and two flower knights? you'd have to be more specific
Talking about Aigis hero units, I was surprised to see Lapis in the list of characters but is this Sylvia?
>>1955682>>1955638
>>1955695This game simply couldn't take the true power of a star knight. They tasted a bit of it and the game broke so hard they had to fix it.
>>1955678Then find your girl! But if you really just don’t feel like doing it then putting the level on auto-pilot is probably still fun in its own way. I just always felt like it wasn’t as fun is all. I usually use rentals to try out girls I wanted or liked but didn’t have.>>1955685Also have no idea how strong aigis heroes are in general since the game feels easier than TD is, but that’s Lucifer apparently. Agyro does get a cosplay outfit where she dresses up as Sylvia though. Although I’d rather just have Sylvia herself, like I’d rather have Okyuu in aigis than the cosplay (even if it’s kinda neat still).
>>1955698The father of chaos has noticed the error and corrected it. Only his world gets to have a girl who stacks.

Huh, I randomly found a solution to the "Text gets cut off" problem Monmosu has.https://github.com/bbepis/XUnity.AutoTranslator/issues/805I don't have the coding know-how to implement it but throwing it out there for anyone that does.
oh my god i cant believe someone leaked the next event in kumafes bros

>>1955631>>1955613The coin shop resets weekly, buy out everything but the expensive milk and red keys which are infinite and can be bought whenever you truly need to farm weapon materials. The cash shop has a small section which gives a free chest once a week which can give gems so don't forget to pick it up as well.Remember to gather ranch milk and gold from the Silva button and do the daily greet thing to all your friends(add people if you haven't, it's one way, so just add whoever). The friendpoint shop resets monthly. For daily play, you only ever farm gold from the dailies and experience/milk from ticket quests. Tickets can also be used for skill mats if you need the cubes specifically. The reason you only ever farm gold from normal dailies is because farming gold and buying the expensive milk from the coin shop is strictly superior to farming milk from the normal farming stages. This reverses with the ticket quests where the ticket milk quest is strictly superior to the ticket gold quest. So during non-farming events, you spend all your stamina on the gold daily, use 1 silver key, collect dailies, then spend stamina on gold. If there's an event with dailies that reward stamina, then add that amount. If there's a farming event, mostly spend stamina on that until the shop is empty and only do 2 gold quests per day for the daily. There are periodically generic events which reward currency for a small shop with roll tickets. These shops typically have what the nips have termed trap milk. As in milk that is completely pointless to buy compared to the infinite gold option as buying gold and buying expensive milk in the coin shop is more efficient. So don't buy the milk from those shops and use leftover currency after buying all roll tickets on the infinite gold.Beast God mats and LB equipment are farmed from main story. Farm LB equipment as you need it, but leave farming Beast God mats to when they halve main story stamina use or boost drop rates.
>>1955678https://pastebin.com/TNHvR3fhIf you're willing to read a massively bloated pastebin full of one tryhard's(that does play AK and Aigis) opinions and summaries of units that's been going since near launch, I have this. For a short quick list of overpowered units. You get more detailed breakdowns in the Pastebin. Ephtra is actually fairly gimped here though. Chupina - Has an instant skill that can reach 0 skill cooldown.Aran - More powerful here than in Aigis due to several mechanical changesPhyllis(Asbaal Outfit) - Perma-skill with Asbaal's DP on kill and grants stun immunity to allies.NY Yano - like Morfessa, but has a 2.85x damage taken multiplier. Logdanno - Monks in general, but she's one of the best for bombing and doesn't need a Start Charger(paid subskill)Poison Rin - Giant AoE DoT and massive healing numbers on top.Promestein - Healer that also has a stacking attack buff on heal.Kokonoha - The cornerstone of Youkai teams.Ifijar - Like Angels/Liberators, but can still block outside of skill and one of the best tanks in the game with 50% damage reduction.>broken paid unitsFutanari Idols - Grants -6 second cooldown to melee units. Water Rakion - DPS that cannot be described and must be experienced to understand.Nonoa - Instant skill that can reach 0 skill cooldown that also permanently buffs water allies to the point of hitting attack buff cap.Anniversary Igni - Permanent DoT aura. >AzepAzep - has a janky skill that can be repeatedly buffed to integer limit damage. Mainly for cheesing infinite boss challenge. There's a lot more units I could probably mention, but I can't list all of them.
>>1955922Holy crap an up to date guide. Yes, this is exactly what I desired. I crave information more than anything and this is excellent. Thank you very much. Are there any upcoming events or banners to look forward to or save for?
>>1955925Copypasting a post I made a month ago when somebody asked about how often events and units release. For the most part when one event ends, another begins. The vast majority are 2 weeks, so 2 a month is fairly accurate, but bigger events can be 3, and rarely we might get non-event weeks because a new story chapter releases.Every event generally releases with 2 new gacha units, 1 welfare, and sometimes a new paid pack unit. Youkai gachas are an exception which sometimes also release new extra lower rarity youkai. In regards on what to save for, limiteds are mainly anniversary, youkai, aliens, and collab units. Seasonal units like swimsuits and new year's units are not limited, but NY Ruisha and Yano are limited because they're also youkai. You can bank on anni units to rerun on annis, youkai with new youkai events, aliens with the alien event, and collabs if there's a new collab part.Regarding collabs, there have been 4 partners so far.The most common and could be considered not a collab is the DMM TDFestival which is across MMTD, Aigis, and Oshiro Project. As a publisher backed collab, these are pretty regular. Then there was Kumafes which is a collab across all the dev's games, Flower Knight Girl, Mist Train Girl, Girl's Creation, MMTD, and Twinkle Star Knights. We are currently in the midst of the second one. Then there's Monster Girl Quest. 3 collabs so far and more are probable.Sequel was relatively recent and very unexpected as Rabi and Tirma became the first human units in the game. More Sequel collabs are also quite likely. Regarding what to save for.Anniversary - Poison Rin and True Vampire Veratu.Aliens - Chupina and Slayzel.TDFestival - Aran and Asbaal Phyllis.MGQ - Promestein.Youkai/New Year's - NY YanoYoukai are like the Imperials of this game. I would pick up both Mahamut and Higanbana. Mahamut is still extremely powerful even if her attack speed buff doesn't do silly stacking while Higanbana is a top class DPS.
>>1955935>Sequel was relatively recent and very unexpected as Rabi and TirmaYeah, looking at the wiki I felt like I was getting jumpscared and had to do a double take after seeing Rabi's face in there. MGQ was surprising but thematically expected while Sequel was a large "Huh?"Also, are there any updates to the Mahamut situation now that they (hopefully?) bugfixed things? Does her final buff type stack or not?
>>1955937It doesn't. They just managed to fix things. However, it's still the highest normal source of +attack speed% if she's fully awakened at +70% versus the +50% of Pannier and Space Vivi. That is still extremely strong. If anything, she at least gives you the option of using a different Beast God. She herself is still an extremely strong unit with a full screen AoE and hard hitting ranged AoE attacks.
>>1955940Thank you. Do you recommend leveling either Mahamut or Higanbana to maximum level? Leveling characters in this game seems very expensive at the current point where I am in the game.It was also common practice in both Arknights and Aigis to stop at around 30~40 or so after fully promoting or class changing an unit but I'm not sure if there's a similar parallel here or how the system works yet.
>>1955942Level 120+ is pure luxury. However, you want 1 level 121+(I think there's a 30 level range for borrowing) unit so you can borrow other maxed out units. In general you'll be sticking to level 90 units at CC3(400k cost) for a while. Mahamut and Higanbana are worth taking to CC4. Maxing out is definitely a labor of love. For budget, CC2 is when units are considered usable as that's when the second subskill slot unlocks. Some classes get more out of class ups than others, so the general rule would be core DPS/blockers higher investment and supports/healers lower.Hopefully there will be more Sugoroku events soon which give the most gold and exp in the game by far. Though the last one was relatively recent with New Year's.Also, lower rarity units are vastly less gold to upgrade. This game does not do the weak welfare things. Some of them being strong enough to fit in fully built endgame squads. All the Lycanthropes for example are great when you're starting out.
>>1955954Very, very helpful. Thank you.Do you have any suggested event units that are worth picking up or Commons/Rares worth looking at? I've seen some suggestions and articles about it but might as well also ask while I'm at it.
>>1955957Going by event archive numbers(Torse is the 1st while the collab rerun loli Oshnee is 51 for example).4. Thiel - Perma stealth Warlock with insanely strong weapon passive that has made her core to all low rarity guides.8. Tetty - The premier early-game tank. Has extremely massive bulk and regeneration when transformed. Just be wary of stuns which knock units out of skills in this game.13. Harriela - Has one of the most insane EX2s in the game(you get unit's other EX skills from Ranchiki training events which run ever so often). -80% redeploy reduction during her EX2 for all units including herself. This is more for advanced cheese strats and unneeded for general gameplay, but that should give you the idea of unit power in this game.23. Maridura - Water squad buff. Water element has the most squad buffs in the game and it literally propels them a step above the other elements once you have enough of them.27. Swimsuit Periri - Will likely be the first charger you actually use. Chargers being units based around movement damage. Lycanthrope tankiness, permanent skill, and hits things for a lot with easily spammable movement.29. Latzel - The unit copier in this game. Unfortunately balanced by not being able to be deployed at the same time as the unit she's copying. Also really annoying as she copies a random unit from the first 6 in squad(can be reduced to 5 if she's among the first 6 units). Mainly for copying squad buffs. She'll always hit one if the whole first half of the squad has one.31. Halloween Lagos - Laser34. NY Saura - a welfare Shaman. Shamans are just very good when you're starting out.42. Swimsuit Lotona - Extremely strong blocker for a Lancer. The peak of Lancer before higher rarities all getting ranged damage.43. Puck - Very strong and disposable CC on a 0 deploy unit.48. NY Nelly - 0 deploy healer that is also one of the few that can cure petrification.50. Valentine's Shijime - Near infinite disposable tanks.
>>1955964>Unfortunately balanced by not being able to be deployed at the same time as the unit she's copying.Damn, I miss the unit copying shenanigans in Aigis. I remember they gave a free one and you could just do very funny shit with her because of how wild the kits got in Aigis.Thank you, I'll aim to get those. Should I be leveling them to 90 after the event gives me them at 70?
>>1955957>>1955964Low rarity non-welfares to look at.Suzu - Extremely scalable with buffs.Letia - Thiel's sister who also does the perma-stealth off-skill with large buff from weapon thing. Periri - Lycanthrope Conjurer and is basically most player's first DPS.Mima - More of a meme strat, but EX2 self-destruct can solo stages as 1 Nip on my friend's list likes to do a lot.Done/Donay - The only unit in the game with a guaranteed stun if not immune. Stun works on a weird cumulative system in this game and she's the only unit that inflicts it directly as a common healer. Nowadays they're more consistent about making bosses immune outright rather than putting stun resistance at max, but she cheesed a few bosses out of their enrage nukes.Punema - Water squad buff and decent warlock besides that.Anisira - the lowest rarity Shaman and very much helps carry early game while also having one of the few sources of skill CD reduction in the game. You can't go wrong with shamans in general.Anse - one of the few low rarity units with a substantial buffing skill.Diffnilla, Saura, and Lotona - You'll be investing in your lower rarity Paladins if only for the EX Labyrinth(red key dungeon where weapon mats drop) when you finally get to it. For most defense purposes, low and high rarity Paladins are pretty much interchangeable, so it's not a waste.Regarding the EX Labyrinth, it has explicit low rarity challenges among its floors, so you can pretty much invest freely in all your rares and commons as there aren't that many of them while also being dirt cheap. There's epic and below floors(E, R, and C) and a few rare and below floors(Just R and C). It's a good way to keep low rarity investment from ever being considered wasteful. >>1955968If you intend to CC3 them. There's no real particular stat breakpoints with level, but CCs let you put on the next tier of equipment. If they seem like they could use more stats, then level them.
>>1952607>>1955964>two anons recommending hariella nowi guess that redeploy's pretty ridiculous, yeah. you don't always need it but when you need it it's pretty bullshit.also as an aside since the other two anons have pretty much covered the bases for recommended/suggested girls to use I'm just going to say that as far as labrynth subskills go getting fast charger is one of the first things you should probably aim for since -4 off of initial and reuse skill cooldowns is invaluable and with the right set-ups you can even cause certain girls to auto-activate their skill, like letting the majority of monks pull a budget start charger or turn certain lancers like okyuu into instead cost refund on deploy. the game's definitely at the place where you can choose your own difficulty by restricting your party of girls, but it's nowhere near as broken as the other two td games are yet.
>>1955922Out of curiosity, pastebin anon, what is your favorite girl?Design/personality wise, I mean (although if they're just really fun to use that's perfectly respectable to)
>>1955683Meant the two oldest units, so the ones that aren't Mammut nor the fox
>>1956195NTA but I got Oncidium yesterday and she's honestly pretty fun! Her weapon lets her move for no cost, which combined with her class giving her attack buffs after she finishes moving is pretty good, and her skill gives wind allies a huge damage bonus during skill plus she gets a damage buff dependent on her movement speed. I don't think she's broken but she's definitely quite strong and very fun to use.And also very cute. Her dance is adorable.>>1955979Also figured I'd mention that as far as walls go I've actually ended up getting significantly more usage out of Pteria the Hippocampus Girl than I expected to (at least compared to two of those, Rotona's still really strong), so while I agree with you on a lot of stuff I felt like she's worth a mention as well. She's still absurdly durable like the other walls as expected of her class but she's also ridiculously mobile and can easily reposition to just block off different pathways, and her ability to charge without attacking (even though her damage is a pittance compared to a charger like Perili) has also allowed her to avoid OHKO attacks that other walls either got killed by or were unable to escape from due to their slower movement and getting bogged down by attacking mobs. She's been a very pleasant surprise for me, as I didn't expect her to turn out so well and if I'm not using Aqua/Okyuu or Anni!Pelorus at this point it's usually her.
>>1956188Looks-wise girls on the more loli side and personalitywise girl-failures. Damstow is unironically one of my favorites along with Rakion and Chupina. Okyu was my preregistration starter and Lagos was my favorite when first playing the game at launch. I love Pinda and Pupiperuza's dynamic as I really enjoy when a girl has to switch to being the tsukkomi/responsible one. Lapinus lowkey being the sensible type also falls under that category. Fetish-wise, consensual choking is one of my holy grails and I love Mealus for it. My favorite design in the game is probably Mezier because I also like piercings along with Yura who's also quite high up for me, but both are sadly on the more forgotten side of things. Outside of monmusu, Eloise/the Trio are also favorites for the reasons stated. As a guy who's gone over literally every girl in the game, there's a lot of girls I can list honestly. I appreciate most everybody at least and I'm not really the type to dislike anybody as well so I can't say I have a least favorite either.
>>1956339I appreciate you talking in-depth about the girls you like, it's always really nice to see. So thanks! You and I have a lot of opposite tastes, but there's nothing wrong with that. I honestly just like monster girl design as a whole, even if I'm not attracted to a lot of them, because I just think they're really fun. I'm not into lolis, but I do think Raikon has an extremely inventive design. I don't think I've ever seen a hecatoncheires girl before and the greek pillar aesthetic is honestly pretty sick with how she pulls it off, she just looks really cool. Yura is also one of the coolest looking girl too, the way they pulled off the Hydra just makes her look awesome and she's always fun to use. So at the very least you're not alone in thinking she's great.>OkyuuAbsolutely Based; although I admit I never really saw her as a loli so much as a girl with a babyface (although in her moving portrait she does looks totally dwarfed by those tentacles), but she's still easily my favorite Monster Girl in the game by a landslide at this point either way. She's friendly, shockingly sensible, very accomplished and also just hilarious. I'm incredibly grateful I was able to meet her so quickly, judging by how trying to recruit Okyuu seems to be a meme overseas. There's honestly a lot of really cool or inventive designs I like here though so trying to list anything after her would be a really long list. I usually prefer Harpies, but oddly enough there's not actually that many I got attached to here. I guess I just really prefer it when they have wing-arms, and not both arms and wings? There were some I did like early on but that I got put off of eventually for one reason or another, too. Although I still don't dislike them. But I do really like Okyuu and Yura. It's really a shame that they're the only two girls that Orihira has done so far, he's a fantastic artist. Hopefully Yura will get an alt of her own.
>>1956339>Looks-wise girls on the more loli side and personalitywise girl-failures.You're my brother man. Definitely my favorite type in any game I play, I tend to be easily convinced to pick up any random game if I see a cute loli that pushes my buttons though me sticking with it depends on the game itself.
>>1956339Also, I've grown to appreciate Damstor for being the sheer fountain of comedy that she is; the shitshows she keeps causing on the wiki's comments sections are fucking hilarious to watch even if one anon was doomposting over them a while back. Even now they still keep bringing her up. Her introduction was also great. Chupina's a good girl too; even if I'm not into her she's pretty nice and I'm glad she got to make friends with the bumbling scientist. Even if I'm not a fan of her space suit, Chupas are just my favorite cryptid, and if there was going to be anything in this game that's comically overpowered it's nice that it's a Chupa. I can't really be surprised at her winning the last poll, since doubtless there's a lot of people who used her to beat things they couldn't have otherwise, and that's always going to endear a character to a playerbase.>Lapinus>Sensiblethat's the vorpal bunny, right? is she really?that's honestly really funny to imagine. I would never have guessed that.>least favoriteyou know I've never actually given that thought, there's shockingly very few girls I actively dislike here. almost any nitpick I do have with any given girl is never about the girl herself, it's just a critique about the design. I'd have to actually think about it.>>1956399>I tend to be easily convinced to pick up any random gameFor me it's Cute Harpy Girls and I'll be willing to try damn near anything so long as the game itself seems like it's fun.
>>1956391>>1956401Fun fact, I am the one who got into an argument with you about Chupina's design(from a character and graphical standpoint). I am also the one who shilled this game in /mggg/ during the 3rd MGQ collab and wrote up a list of bird girls for you. I always wondered why your focus shifted to Okyu so much over the harpies and other birdgirls.
Should I be farming either of the currently ongoing events as a new player? The Kumafes one and the other one with the healer girl.
>>1956412The other event doesn't really have anything to farm, and you won't really get anything out of farming the kumafes one since there isn't a welfare and it didn't restock, so if you already got all the tickets and gear you need, then you don't really need to do it. if you're new though it might be a good idea to get all the gear you can from it, since it'll save you time later.
>>1956412Star events(clear stages to upgrade welfare) have 0 farming requirements outside of a complete stages 20 times overall by the end of the event which is basically 9 extra skips on the lowest stamina stage or any stage with equipment you might be short on.Shop events you farm until you get everything you want from the shop out of it.
>>1956406I kinda suspected, but never really knew for certain. I did really appreciate you making the list of Cute Harpy Girls however (I kept it for reference), so thank you for that as well anon! I think the discussion over Chupina was amicable enough, or at least I remember it ending amicably enough and you and I understanding the other's point of view. I'd still prefer a "nature's pinnacle of evolution" style chupacabra girl at some point, but even if I don't like how she looks, I do think I've still come to appreciate how ambitious she was for trying to find a way to fuse the two ideas. even if i still think the spear has logistical issues, that's really the only thing that does genuinely bother me about her still at this point lol>I always wondered why your focus shifted to Okyuu so muchYou know it's funny, even though I can pinpoint the exact moment that this started to happen (which was the very first time I met Okyuu, which was EXTREMELY memorable and fucking hysterical, pic related) I'm still kind of surprised that it did. Half of this comes down to just how incredible I ended up finding Okyuu to be and how much she beat the odds by having a lot of things that should freak me out but ending up genuinely lovable and sincere anyways, I could probably go on a while about her.But even at the time, I think there was already stuff about most of the harpies that was just kinda putting me off a bit about them. I'm not really attracted to most of them, either. And there also ended up being a lot of stuff about Charis that ended up turning me off of her a lot, too. I'm still fond of her, sure, but in a 'that's nice' way to me now I guess, which is strange since she was one of the girls I initially liked the most.I guess it's complicated, but can roughly boil down to>I prefer the MGQ Harpies>Okyuu ended up being the most memorable girl on the island
>>1952047oh right now that i'm thinking about it you pulled Yura too right? I'd train her up as well she's genuinely pretty solid and helped me out a lot. She's extremely durable, and her base skill allows her to deal a truckload of single-target damage to anything that can be poisoned, and she ended up being pivotal for some of my clears on harder stuff like a couple of the MAX bosses. Her EX II also lets her deal with crowds of enemies and is pretty good in it's own right.
Haven't posted about patching the game in a while because I've been feeling physically out of it lately but here's my progress and solutions in case anyone else was interested or wanted to mess around with it. Gonna take a break from messing around with this myself but here's my findings.>Problem:Monmosu's text gets cut off during story which makes it impossible to read>Solution:One of the workarounds herehttps://github.com/bbepis/XUnity.AutoTranslator/issues/805Patching the game resources as suggested seems unrealistic so the more realistic suggestion from the thread seems to simply either redirect the text resources as suggested or have the translation already prepared. If you can intercept the source text with a script and simply output it to clipboard then a lot more solutions for translation open up.>Problem:The TL for Monmosu's UI looks -AWFUL->Solution:Sanitize input before sending it to a translator using a pre-processor.The culprit behind the translation getting mangled is tags like <cspace\=0> getting sent to the translator which causes the translator to see <indent\=-6%><cspace\=-1>リ<cspace\=0>セ<cspace\=-5>ット instead of リセットThe solution seems somewhat easy enough to implement and would vastly improve TL patch quality but I worry that using such a wide net might have unforeseen issues in the games which I don't feel like dealing with at the moment.Alternatively, another solution would be to just open the game, have the game auto-translate every UI element and then open the file to manually replace the mangled translations to what they should be so the game isn't translating the UI on the fly but simply replacing the untranslated text with the provided translation one.
>>1956439Auto translating every UI element and then replacing it manually is the simpler method, though it requires you to search up every issue manually which takes a lot of time.
>>1956481It's around 2k~ text lines from what my text editor tells me if you want to do it that way and not every line is broken or UI related. At least it's an one and done solution since it's not like they're going to overhaul the UI in the future and new stuff could be knocked out in five minutes or less if they add new modes or features.
>>1956490>>1956481>>1956439NTA, but would a tool like grepwin be useful for the replacement part? even if I'm not using the DMM Launcher, that tool's been helpful for correcting things like this in other situations for me, so I figured I'd suggest it in case it'd be helpful here
>>1956495Not really because the lines get mangled in unpredictable ways so you'd have to first find the messy line that looks like<indent\=-1.5%><cspace\=-1>レ<cspace\=-0>ベ<cspace\=1>ル<cspace\=0>選択=<indent\=-1.5%><cspace\=-1>Re<cspace\=-0>Be<cspace\=1>le<cspace\=0>choiceThis is completely unusable because the translation is worthless and the line is unreadable to man or machine so first you have to make it readable by applying a regex that removes all tags to getレベル選択=ReBelechoiceWhich still makes no sense so you fix it toレベル選択=Level Selectionorレベル選択=Lv. SelectBut it's still not good enough because the game will be looking for that mess of tags so the end product would end up looking like<indent\=-1.5%><cspace\=-1>レ<cspace\=-0>ベ<cspace\=1>ル<cspace\=0>選択=Lv. SelectAnd then it's a constant process of deciphering, translating, formatting, repeat. Very easy stuff that could be done by literally anyone since even a non-Japanese speaker could simply plug it to DeepL or a LLM but it's also extremely tedious and boring work.
>>1956519>Not really because the lines get mangled in unpredictable waysthat's understandable. I'm not going to benefit from this either way since I play on the browser, I just thought I'd see. Seems it just best done by hand then.>it's also extremely tedious and boring workIt's true, but trying to work around this would probably cause problems. Sometimes there's no better solution unfortunately.

>>1956604Hopefully Airen gets to have some fun on her isekai adventure. They look like they're teasing her for her outfit in that lol.
>>1956431nta but if that was your first time seeing her then i can see how being abruptly told 'oh yeah by the way there's this girl who cuts off her legs to deep fry them for her fast food chain' would be a fucking curveball if you hadn't gotten accustomed to the insanity of the island yet so it makes sense it would stand out. i don't think there's anyone who dislikes her. if you care about 'sensible people' (so, has both common sense/backbone and isn't retarded) then there's only a small number of girls that count for that and i dont think any of the bird girls would counter at all except for fermi. even ather kills him in one of her stories and then resurrects him like she didn't get the problem since she has endless revives.
>>1956613The purple hair girl is their Kuromi-like so she's admiring her choice of outfit.
Any guesses for who will be our second collab partner now that Girls Creation is the first?
>>1956666nicewell judging by the wheel I think Flower Knight Girls is the most reasonable guess, but I wonder if there'll be another MMTD Girl who gets to show up in one of these. Since Suzu's getting featured on the splash art and Rin and Kuromi were in the last one, maybe it'd be her? I think she's a safe bet.>>1956642Oh neat, that's still kinda funny.>>1956624Yeah I>ather kills him in one of her storieshey whoa whoa whoa are you talking about Aether the Phoenix Girl? I ended up getting attached to Okyuu as Best Girl and nothing's changing that at this point but Aether was one of the girls I was originally hoping to run into the most and I've been waiting to look at her stuff for when I finally found the 'original' one. Doesn't this game have no actual death in it? Is this something that sounds better in the bizarro context of this setting or just sounds worse than it actually is?
>>1956671no lol she burns him to death as part of her idol performance and it’s made clear when she brings him back to life that it was an agonizingly painful way to die and he absolutely remembers the experience and understandably is not happy about it. it’s kind of surprising since she’s the first girl and played such a big part in saving him so I never really got why they had her do that. I don’t know if he got killed by anyone else, but that’s the only time I can remember where he just straight up dies.it’s still pretty funny though. she gets indignant about it.
>go read it myself>Atheel (or Aether, or Atelle, I'll go with Atheel for now) asks him to come to the mountain where she's rehearsing so she can consult with him about something>As a "Phoenix Idol" she wants to promote herself by focusing on how she's a Phoenix>I love it when Monster Girls are aware of their unique and special talents and actively make use of them for EXACTLY this kind of thing, to do something special that nobody else would be able to do, so that sounds perfectly fine by me>This is part of why I love Okyuu so much in the first place even for just how brilliantly ingenious her mundane application of all her absurd biology is>But the problem is that Atheel believes that for the performance they have planned so far, the "Phoenix Girl-ness" (that's how she says it) is still lacking>So she asks Master what he thinks the #1 Defining Trait of a Phoenix is>"uh, is it healing?">No, it's Reincarnation clearly>So she wants to work that into her next performance>"But how?">Why I'll light a fire on the stage and rise from the flames a newly reincarnated 'me' of course!>Since Atheel has done this many times and also keeps her memories every time, there isn't a risk of identity/memory loss, or sense of death>But Master panics and shoots it down>Presumably he doesn't know that, so he's just worried he'll lose the Atheel that he knows>So she decides to rethink it since Master mentioned the healing part>Which then leads to her deciding to burn and revive him instead>Atheel is so detached from life and death that she doesn't get why he's freaking out>WHY DO I HAVE TO BE BURNED AT THE STAKE>Don't worry Master, I'll be with you!>THAT'S NOT THE POINT>There's absolutely no danger!>I FEEL NOTHING BUT DANGER>Look, the fire's already ready Master! *points to giant pillar of flame*>WHEN DID YOU DO THAT?!>Okay, get in!>She fucking judo flips him into the pillar of flame>GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA>HOT HOT HOT>ATHEEL>HELP ME ATHEEL>ATHEEL>ATHEEEEEEEEEEEEL
>>1957140>He subsequently loses consciousness and wakes up in her arms>But for "some unelaborated reason", they never used this performanceOk on one hand that's some holy shit levels of bird-brainage right there and I'm pretty shocked that they actually did take it that far, but on the other hand, it's fucking hilarious that they DID take it that far, she's still just as sweet and friendly as the other main Phoenix Girl I know (who also has developed a bizarre perception of mortality from being a phoenix) and the only difference is she doesn't ever kill you, and the only reason Atheel winded up killing him in the first place is because he essentially didn't have faith in her reincarnation ability and Master accidentally talked Atheel into killing him and made her think it was HIS idea and he was just nervous about actually following through on it.I don't know how I really feel about it as far as it impacting how I see Atheel herself but while I feel kinda bad for him it's kind of his own fault on this one lmao
You guys never questioned why there were so many undead humans on the island before?
>The Shota Hero shows up yet again, good as new>curse you Monster Girl Using Boy!>he has come here for one mission>to use them to make medicine that makes him taller>upon hearing those words the Master BEGS him to tell him how to create the medicine and the monster girls have to pry him back like he's being swayed to the path of evil>>1957245Not really no. Even putting undead humans aside there's plenty of girls who get introduces either nearby or hiding behind corpses. Undeniably there's a lot of girls who killed people at some point. It's just not normally shown, and everyone who did die is implied to have just been a poacher (or imperial soldier) so it just kinda never really stands out that much I guess.
>>1957246If there's a thing that I don't like about this game then it's that I wish the MC was a normal dude and not a shota
>>1957247>I wish the MC was a normal dude and not a shotaHonestly I agree, kinda wish the same. I think the scenes I like the most have him more out of focus or obscured in some way so that it's not really noticeable and he looks more 'normal'.
>>1957254Yeah the scenes where you can clearly see that he's just a little guy feel really off-putting while the best ones are the ones where you can't really tell
don't worry guys I've got a solution>Okyuu used talk!>Okyuu used bribe!>Okyuu used negotiate!
>>1956671What if they do port out Suzu to something like TSK but isekai magic makes her human so she fits with the rest of the characters>
>>1957259The Master has mastered strategy, but can he master the art of the deal?! Now he's joined our side, and everyone gets what they want!I'm not sure if this was exactly what he had in mind, but he seems happy enough so it's fine right?
>>1957261That'd be genuinely kino, Suzu suddenly returning to being a normal human for a period of time would honestly be a really cool idea. It also kind of pairs with Oncidium turning from a human into a Monster Girl when she arrived as well.
Ended up dickrolling for LapurumI am weak
Diphora is one of the monmusus that give him a grim reminder that even the monster girls that can act "normal" are still monsters. Also implies he's been cursed/blessed to be immune to aging even through magic chemicals maybe?
>>1957266You're not weak anon. I spent an entire spark's worth of gems on just getting Okyuu duplicates to power her up solely because I like her that much. Sometimes the heart just wants what it wants. May you find your adorable vorpal bunny girl.>>1957268Yeah, his extreme caution makes a lot of sense given how some things turn out.On the subject of that though, honestly I don't really know what the answer is either, but when you take into account that "Shota Matter" is an actual quantifiable elemental force in this world with real tangible effects that Lico has dedicated herself to the research of, and Master's shotamatter energy levels are powerful enough to exorcise demons (which I think has happened at least twice) I've come to assume the reason is because he's just possessed of such potent divine shota energy particles that he's basically immune to all manner of dark and/or unholy things. He can't be cursed by the tablet or by Diforia because he's simply too pure.
>>1957271The vorpal bunny girl is Lapinus

Does this game do paid only units often?
>>1957312Some of those dungeons definitely seem like they're meant to happen, because they get referenced directly multiple times, but others are completely ignored and even the same characters meeting each other again elicits zero reaction. I think they just pick and choose what they want to keep.

>as Lapinus frolics in our search for Chocoleaf>we find another usual poacher(male swordsman) who is aghast after a sudden beheading attempt>he calls us cowards with no sense of chivalry at the assassination attempt>Lapinus is like that with everybody, we're all under the same threat of beheading, so I don't get calling us cowards>the male swordsman at least demands back the Chocoleaf he was gathering>this was planted by us, also this island doesn't belong to you>poachers deserve nothing, not even a single blade of grass, so let us repel them>yes!>also Lapinus, please don't act on your own>...okay...>the swordsman calls for his men to protect their necks as they won't be able to taste chocolate without their heads>Yuil is amazed that they would be so desperate for chocolate>Vivi notes in the human world, it seems a man's value is tied to how much Valentine's chocolate they receive and that pride can outweigh one's life>Lapinus they still ran off before she could behead them, abandoning the Chocoleaf as well>well even if you have pride, in the end, you can only exist with life>MC thinks it a bit sad>however everybody else sees through him and the fact he still wants to be taller>everybody does their best to dissuade him from unnatural growth>he gets it... he'll give up...>that's the spirit, anyways onto the last gathering spot
>we find the poachers who just ran from us at the last cultivation site>like pigs searching for truffles!>the shota hero yells he's a human>Yuil is a bit shocked at the response, she did mean it as a compliment, humans are difficult to deal with...>leaving aside Yuil's choice of words, it seems they're prepared to go all-out>this is the last planting site, so there's no choice but to work hard here if they really want Chocoleaf>the male swordsman says it's also an opportunity to grab all the Chocoleaf we've gathered as well in one fell swoop>in that way, we could say we received chocolate from a girl!>he's saying strange things>because they're poachers>Lapinus makes fun of them>don't make fun of us!>Yuil asks why's he saying that to her>Fris surmises it's probably because he finds Lapinus too scary to talk to>...I'm not scared! I'm a hero!>then your head will be the first I'll cut~>I'm sorry!! Please forgive me!!!!!>the male swordsman tells the shota hero to not get caught up in their pace>anyways, even if your head gets cut off, you can revive with Valentine's Chocolate>it can do that!?>the hero regains his composure>this sword is for justice!>is plundering justice?>well, they say even evil has its own justice... well I don't really know though>Yuil declares she'll finally be able to make chocolate after this while accidentally biting her tongue
>as the Hero and Swordsman's passion for chocolate is defeated, MC is called the most deranged pervert after the bout>as MC explains the normal and logical reasons we're defending the Chocoleaf, the swordsman goes just what I'd expect such a pervert to say, well, he knows when to bow out and accepts defeat in the face of MC's passion>the hero and swordsman coolly leave in a way that leaves the group feeling defeated somehow>are they expecting consolation chocolate or something>anyways, we now have enough to make as much chocolate as we want>was there that much in the last spot!?>it's like the final question being worth a billion points>makes sense the poachers would focus their efforts here>anyways now to make chocolate>MC too>Lapinus was hoping he would forget so she'd have a reason to behead him>at the cafeteria, everybody makes their chocolate, along with MC, and we show them off>Tikka made a chocolate clock>meant to be enjoyed as it melts, you can't be late while eating it>with contrast between solid and melted, a fun dish, truly delicious(specifically "buono", the Italian word for good loanworded to Japanese to mean delicious)
>Lapinus made a chocolate knife>its motto/inscription is to rip it to shreds from the back of your throat>bitter, but surprisingly delicate craftsmanship, combining practicality and flavor, that's also delicious>Fris went the opposite route from Tikka, freezing hers to make an unmelting chocolate popsicle>ooh, ice cream that doesn't melt, that way you can eat it slowly without it getting on your clothes, that thoughtful consideration, nothing short of delicious>Urunella is up next, she made chocolate to increase bloodflow by combining chocolate and liver>chocolate sauces go well with meat dishes>this dish is highly practical, taking advantage of the properties of Chocoleaf>is there any other word to describe this other than delicious?>MC thinks Vivi's been in a weird mood for a while now>Liddell offers her simple chocolate>Vivi notes she tends to be wary of things from Liddell, but they went simple this time, this contrast, this security, it is delicious>Yuil and MC are left, sensing Yuil's hesitation, MC steps up>he also went simple and it's similar to Liddell's, a simple regular chocolate>Yuil is in shock because she did the same thing and apologizes for the triple overlap>it's nothing to be sad about>of course unique things are good, but so can simple things be>classics are classics>in any case this isn't a competition>all is good and all is delicious>Tikka says didn't Vivi create that sort of atmosphere before quickly realizing she shouldn't have said that while taking back her words>Yuil finally asks MC if he wants to eat her chocolate>of course!>to tell you the truth I haven't been able to resist the smell for a while now and I've been wanting to eat Yuil's chocolate>wanting to eat me!?>Petrification noises>as Tikka tells him he's in the wrong and Lapinus asks he eat her too, we fade to black and everybody, especially MC enjoys the chocolate we made together and have the happiest Valentine's day

If you ever wonder why there's inconsistencies it's because there are multiple writers. Apparently this event was written by the main story writer because there was more long narration text that goes into detail.
>>1957885I thought them having multiple writers was obvious, that just happens with a lot of stuff. the main story writer's definitely the best one though.

I'm hoping for a Girtablullu, just please be a cool part-bird girl
>>1960548>She's not a Girtablullu based on the bird-scorpion iconography of them>She's instead the Mushussu, which is a different Mesopotamian Monster, which has a snake-tailThey cut it off so I can't tell if her tail is bladed or has a stinger yet, but the silhouette definitely looked like a scorpion's tail and it's odd if they gave it one since the Mushussu is supposed to be very serpentine and had a distinct snake-like tail or just an outright snake as the tail. I can't tell if she has wings either, or if that's just her clothes. Either way, I guess I was close? I'll probably pass and keep saving though.
Do birds lay eggs?
>>1961016>t.
>>1961025Think about itThey have humanoid bodies so do they give birth like humans or do they lay eggs to reproduce?
>>1961016>>1961039You know humorously I've had this conversation at least two times before, but while the Harpies involved in those discussions simply told and informed you that they laid eggs, for some (rather bizarre) reason on the island they actually have numerous scenes where the focus is on the harpy or bird girl laying an egg or multiple eggs. I was bemused the first time it happened since it played out more like a doctor helping a patient with a medical issue (egg is stuck, I need help to get it out) but then by the third or fourth time it turned out to be the direction that a scene involving a bird girl was going in I was just baffled that they were so many of them and almost all of them had an identical set-up. whoever wrote the end of Perili's second scene should get smacked by her watermelon-exploding club, it was needlessly mean. Poor girl. It's not even erotic, or at least not any of the times they did it. It's a bit of an awkward mood killer for one scene I did like and then a weird physical examination for the others. Like some kind of episode of Monmusu MD.If you're curious about the logistics specifically, then just remember Ostriches exist. Ostriches are HUGE, the largest extant birds, and yet Ostrich chicks on average hatch only ten inches tall before rapidly growing in size over their first couple of years. Ostrich eggs, the largest extant egg among birds, are also the smallest egg-to-bird size ratio as they're roughly the size of an open hand.Given adult Ostriches are generally larger than the average adult Harpy is often depicted at, since Harpies need to be relatively lightweight in order to fly, I've always believed that Harpy Eggs would generally be smaller than an Ostrich Egg, and if it's smaller than an Ostrich Egg then it's reasonable to see how one would be able to lay them.the egg sizes here are inconsistent at best and make no sense though, which also bothers me about them.
Are there still normal animals in the island? Such as actual cows or real chicken instead of cowgirls and chicken girls
>>1961064well "weird" isn't quite right maybe; I found Fermi's first scene to be intriguing and interesting, but for absolutely ZERO reasons related to sexual action or eroticism. I genuinely just like Monster Girl biology, so the whole thing playing out like a medical tape on her Harpy biology was just kind of enjoyable purely for the study of it, and not it being like some kind of sex thing. It's also the only one I feel like did the "egg laying" part in a way that didn't look really awkward somehow.Actually now that I'm thinking about it, I think part of the reason so many of these look awkward to me is, in a way, related to at least one of the reason why I ended up not really getting that invested in a lot of the 'bird girls'; I think they just didn't really give enough bird traits to them. Almost all of them have human arms and then wings on the back or sides, which kind of detracts from the Harpy/Bird-aspect and often makes them cluttered; I can only really recall Atheel Waemawa and Fermi (and the simurgh i can't remember the name of) having actual wing arms that didn't look like cosplay.A lot of them also lack a lot of feathers, and almost all of them have completely bare (literal chicken) legs devoid of any covering, to the point it makes the girl look oddly naked and the talons out of place, like they're just on a shaved stump that abruptly narrows down into the bird part. Some of them don't even look like they have an actual bird leg; the "talon" is drawn more like a decorative shoe at the end of a normal un-scaled human leg. And some of them don't even have talons at all! They just have full human legs, and at that point when you're without feathers or talons or etc then that's just a human girl with wings on her back like a serial number was filed off. Fermi's one of the only ones who actually HAS bird legs with feathers on them, but she still barely has any leg feathers.
>>1961097Yeah that's probably part of it at least, I tend to only really get attached to girls I get early on and then get invested in, but even then I got summer Atheel early on and yet I never really got that invested or attached to her. I wonder why. Maybe she just didn't feel that memorable?Or maybe I like Harpies so much that my standards have just been set really high at this point.Hmmm. I still like a large number of the Harpy/Bird-Girls, at least. I guess it's just one of a few reasons.>>1961093They have Holsteins, remember? They're cows, they're even named after one of the most famous dairy breeds. it's implied they either eat or molest people but it's dropped in a single line and then deliberately never brought up again as a joke. They're also shown to have chickens and other normal animals, and some fantastical animals (dogs/cats/snakes/birds/crabs/sharks/etc).
man it feels like this valentines banner has lasted for fucking everI want to roll for a new girl already
The kumafes girls seem to have made my newbie experience too easy in this game.Pressing Mahamut active solves like 99% of the maps I've played so far since now the entire map is just gone and Higanbana shreds whatever is left. Mahamut's iron balls also hit for a ton and honestly the rest of my box of characters feels bad compared to these two.
>>1960873What in the world is a Mushussu?
>>1961344In a lot of games, Collaboration Characters tend to be a lot more powerful than the usual balance, and I've seen a lot of people prior complaining that they feel like a lot of the collaboration characters have started to outshine the island's own residents. So it's very understandable if that ended up being the case. You could always bench one or both of them if you want to, and see if you enjoy it more that way. I think the early game isn't too difficult, but some of the later stuff can be really enjoyable and fun challenge if you tackle it the way the devs had intended you to, and it's honestly a lot more fun and intricate than I ever expected it to be.>>1961488The Mushussu (as it's an individual), is a babylonian dragon vanquished by Marduk (the patron being worshipped in babylon) who thereafter became his servant and a symbol for him in general. It's a pretty bizarre amalgamation of various stitched together body parts; it has the forearms of a lion, the hindlegs of an eagle, a long neck and elongated snake-like head with two curved horns wearing either a crest or crown, and a lithe serpentine tail that either tapers into a point or is simply another snake. It's main body is scaled (apparently sometimes described as "the torso of a fish"), and some depictions occasionally showed it as having bird-like wings as well.
>>1961667>You could always bench one or both of them if you want to, and see if you enjoy it more that wayIt's less that it makes the game not fun and more that I worry about the future since this is going to be the measuring stick I'll be using for future units going forward. Also, when can I expect reruns for certain characters? I like Lulu's design a lot and she's fun to play too so I'd love to roll for her but no idea when they rerun certain characters.
>>1961344Power creep has been going wild lately.Nonoa and Mamu feels like they're about to bring in the age of Ephtra here
>>1961679>the age of Ephtra herewhats that
>>1961667ok well actually a quick addendum to that>a lot of overseas* players prior complaining on it's wiki*I think there's only one or two anons in these threads who actually care to that extent, but I definitely saw a lot of japanese fans bemoaning how they felt like the girls they cared about were being 'replaced'. granted on one hand around the time I saw most of those comments they later on made Anniversary!Raikon who's the single strongest character in the game, but on the other hand she's also cash gated while the majority of worthwhile collab characters just have to be rolled for. I still think there's plenty of OG Girls who have plenty of strength and fighting power to stand out at least. Okyuu's basically solo'd several bosses at this point, and in three cases was literally the sole individual delivering DPS to them and she's pretty awesome.>>1961673>It's less that it makes the game not fun and more that I worry about the future since this is going to be the measuring stick I'll be using for future units going forward. In all fairness besides the "I want the resident/past characters to not get made obsolete by limited time collabs" point that's the other main complaint I generally see regarding them, but that one isn't limited to collaboration characters either, it's been coming up for newer girls in general. So it's understandable to have that kind of worry, yeah.>when can I expect reruns for certain charactersI asked the same thing when I first joined and I'll just tell you what I was told in turn, which is "No idea, old characters don't get reruns very often nowdays". All of the OG Girls who I grew to love and really really wanted I ended up luck pulling with based kraken riggingthe Heart of the Monster Girls, except for Atheel who I still haven't gotten. Of those girls the only one who had a rerun was Okyuu herself as part of a group banner a while back.
>>1961685>I asked the same thing when I first joined and I'll just tell you what I was told in turn, which is "No idea, old characters don't get reruns very often nowdays"That's a shame, I wanted to roll for the magical girl Lulu because she's cute and I think it's funny that she gets a gigantic laser that spans the entire screen. I saw that she has a more recent warrior version but it's both paid and it feels worse to use.
>>1961679Yeah. Hilariously it's actually Nonoa and not Anni!Raikon I seen most commonly complained about for that despite Nonoa just being broken for her ridiculous buffing, to the point I've seen at least five different users who confessed that they decided to just perma-bench her because they thought she made everything too easy. I've even seen some lamenting that the game is "solved" because of these overpowered characters.Even though, you know, you could just NOT buy them. Since those two are cashgated, after all. I hope no girl I like gets cashgated or given something broken to that degree but you still aren't required to use them. You can always just stick to the more balanced girls.>>1961673Oh right, I think it's important to ask which one of Lulu's costumes you're talking about now that I think about it.The Original Lulu falls into the "will get a rerun once in a blue moon" category, but if you're referring to the magical girl version of her that shoots laser beams then that's her school costume, and that one gets periodically rerun when they rerun school stuff, so you'll have a better chance of being able to find her without needing to hope and pray on luck-pulling her. I managed to luck into the original one at least. I'm not attracted to her, but I do think she's a very cute carbuncle. She's also just a neat healer, too.
>>1961690>magical girl LuluOk good to clear that up, you'll be more likely to find her at least compared to the original Lulu, since she'll get rerun whenever they rerun the other school alts. It's like how SS!Okyuu is more easily obtainable than the original Okyuu is, because she's always rerun with the summer batches. I guess appropriately both of them are also stronger than the original versions as well since they're both incredible DPS, even if their original selves are still pretty solid in their own ways.>>1961680I think he's referring to how MW Aigis got powercrept to oblivion; having played Aigis he's not kidding either as I only started at the end of last month and already got to the endgame content and it's still pretty much a cakewalk to clear them.
>>1961690>paid and feels worse to use.it's just not fair, man
>>1961692>>1961685The skill disparity between units feels weird honestly. You have characters where their skill is stuff like "Increase attack and HP for X seconds and maybe increase attack speed" that feel very vanilla then there's other units that suddenly turn into multi-hitters, deal AOE damage, get a stat boost, a massive range increase and some other good stuff buff thrown on top all in one skill. It's like they decided some units aren't allowed to be good while others get literally everything.
>>1961697Paid + Broken might be even worse since you'd feel bad at being locked out of a fun version of your favorite.
>>1961701I think that's just an unavoidable consequence of the game by design having to add new characters and older characters being balanced with a lower scale in mind. It's not even just their skills, this extends to the traits. In general this just happens in any game that goes on for long enough. Some examples are more extreme than others, but after a certain point the criteria for creation just shifts to something radically different from it's origin. That being said however there's a lot of girls who have seemingly complicated traits or skills that in-practice are actually pretty simple and fun in their own unique ways. And some of those girls are still top tier and incredibly fun to use. But there is an uptrend recently of more and more girls who have trait/skill combinations that instead of just doing one or a few things to give them a niche, they instead do pretty much everything in one.>>1961703NTA but I think "Paid" is just painful and unfortunate regardless of how the girl turns out. Especially if you like how the power-up looks.
>>1961710Yeah, paid is fucked either way but paid+good makes you sad but feel somewhat tempted to buy while paid+bad makes you just sad.
Also while on the subject of this I figured I'd mention that having actually tried SS!Drifnela's EX II now out of curiosity, it ironically doesn't feel anywhere near as overpowered as it was described to me as, because every time I used her 90% of the enemies just walk through the fire patches while only taking some chip damage off of it; she wasn't even able to deal significant damage to the restoration golems and the flying ones pretty much ignored them entirely, and she got killed pretty quickly when she couldn't deal with the poachers or the flying machines because the actual damage of her arrows themselves just isn't very good. On the maps where I used her, her range wasn't large enough to let her shoot the enemies being blocked at the bottlenecks without getting swiftly killed in retaliation either. When she was able to, she did leave a couple of patches that quickly killed several poachers but she immediately got nailed by the archers and didn't make a big dent in their numbers. SS!Okyuu's new EX II at that time was able to provide the AoE needed to clean out the poacher mob while staying out of their range, and I think I just ended up using Suzu and Monk Bombs to deal with the other side.So I think she's honestly not as bad of an example of powercreep as some have made her out to be. It just depends on if the map will let her position in a way that lets her set them up at a bottleneck presumably, and otherwise if you can't immobilize enemies during her skill then the only things she can really threaten are enemies that seldom move at all, which is why she just melts the bosses that lack physical resilience. She's not really that broken, she's just extremely powerful in specific situations and niche outside of them.
>>1961711That's fair, yeah.....alas........
yeah she has a scorpion tail, bizarre. the thing clearly always has a snake tail, so if you're going to go with a hyper-specific chimera I'm not sure why they'd change that part. Maybe they wanted to hybridize the thing with the scorpion-men?
I really, really love Waemawa's design and outfit, it's pretty peak. She's also hilarious in every scene she's in too. Plus she actually does have the proper bird legs. If she just had some feathers on her legs she'd be perfect but I still really like her either way. If I'd gotten her sooner there's a good chance I'd have gotten attached to her over Okyuu. But maybe not. Okyuu's just special. Also this game is letting me fulfill the Sea Dweller Only Run I always wanted to do but never actually did and Kansai Kino is exceedingly hard to beat. But Authentic Thunderbirb comes dang close.
Wow, the Chupina machine gun made me turn off the game's audio.
>Charis finally gets to show up again>She's trying to imitate the speech mannerisms of all the older girl's teasing behaviors but she can't pull it off>"Piii...... uh, uhhmmm......!">"I, I'm here too......you know~......?">It turns out the entire second training match this time isn't (just) for (you); it's actually for Charis herself, because the 'motherly' Monster Girls are trying to teach her how to be seductive and confidentI can't help but feel like this is unusually specific and also oddly directed at meis it because I stopped finding her attractive despite still really liking her a lot, and continuing to keep her around as one of my favorites? I can't help it her outfit is just a huge turn off. She looks like she's naked and shivering the poor girl, I just want to give her some clothes.I feel like an asshole now.
>>1962223I think Charis is pretty cute and attractive in both her designs. The contrast of the extremely lewd outfit and her shy appearance just makes her more endearing to me, like a shy girl trying too hard to be seductive.
>>1962228That's because she is very cute, and I do think she's adorable. I just don't see her in 'that way' anymore, is all, I guess. I'm not sure if it's just the outfit or if there's anything else that's why. But she's still one of my favorites and looking at her just makes me want to comfort her. Plus she's been a huge help, once Charis unlocked her EX II Skill (which is obtained from these Ranchiki Festival Events) it allowed her what she needed to become a surprisingly huge source of damage since it gives her a ranged AoE magic attack that can petrify things and spike her 2.5x damage conditional. I've seen her hit over 300,000 on individual attacks before and it's still pretty awesome when she does. I wish she got more screentime, like other girls have.
I decided to take all the tags (Except the element ones) on the first stage because I wanted a challenge and to my surprise I was actually able to clear. Hard as balls but doable, just the way I like it.What is worth picking up from this shop anyway or what is good?
>>1962237>Hard as balls but doable, just the way I like it.Based, congrats anon. Man of good taste. The EX II Skills you want to aim for depend on the girls you actually have, but if there's any I'd point to for "get this first" then it's Hariella's (the welfare harpy queen from the event archive) for just the sheer usefulness and practically of it and the options it can open up if you want to use it. For it's duration it lets you redeploy any girl within 12 seconds after retreating them and gives a near-full refund for their cost, and this includes Hariella herself so you can do a lot with it. At the bare minimum, if your team is about to get wiped by a boss attack or enemy flood, she basically acts as a safety net to let everyone come back quickly. But you can also do things like use it to turn Airen into a bomber plane by having her just airdrop everything constantly. If you do like Charis then she really does need her EX II skill a lot, too. The difference between how she feels with and without it is like night and day.
When is the next batch of limited stuff? TD fes? Anniversary? Need to roll for more strong characters
>>1962269Unless another collaboration happens, the next anniversary will be coming up in a couple months. TD Festival will be after that. They're currently rerunning the Half-Anniversary awakened girls however if you want to roll for any of them. The Banner they're rerunning them on is also a 'pick up' banner where you can choose the one who has the highest chance to appear if there's one you are in particular.Anni!Waemawa and Anni!Velatu are extremely powerful but not to the point of being broken (although Velatu comes pretty close), Anni!Petra is "decent" on a mechanical level but objectively one of the best team fillers in the game purely because she takes up no deploy slots as a bard and universally buffs every single character's health and attack just from being organized into the team, Anni!Tellu is mediocre, and Anni!Franci is tragically worse than her original version due to how the gimmick she was built around works when compared to how normal Franci's weapon can make her pretty bullshit when she's buffed enough.I've never really used Anni!Mauro, and I don't really know how good she actually is. So I don't feel like I can comment on her.
>testing his skills again, the monmusu lending their chest for battle this time is Muruazar>quite boisterous in nature, looking at MC's smooth hands, she asks if he's the ancient Shotamer prince>as MC asks what a Shotamer is, Vivi tells Muruazar to not eat MC's arm which alarms him>Tena and Wiwi show up, seemingly not for Ranchiki, but because Muruazar is the head of a famous doujin circle and wondering if this is where the OneeShota convention is today>Muruazar does not want the fact she's running a doujin circle to get out, so she tries shushing them and rushing into the Ranchiki battle before MC can ask more questions>finishing the battle, Muruazar wants to continue the training, but Wiwi and Tena are ready to start the doujin event and Muruazar shiftily joins them>MC got an energetic vibe from her, but he's not so dim to not realize what's going on as Vivi mentions having the gestapo keep their eye on the contents of their publications
>the next training partners are some of the more mature monmusu as well as Karice who seems to be receiving training is being more outgoing and seductive towards MC>launching their sexy attack, the battle begins quickly>MC wins the sexy contest however and Karice is discouraged>however, Varina, Lauren, and Miteras all swear their best to support her and Karice says she'll do her best to become the number 1 sexiest on Gespenst>as MC comments on the strange turn of events, Vivi hushes him along before they get caught up in it

It's true! When Charis asks the Master to put his dick in her to help her get out an egg that's stuck, it also turns out that Charis is a super virgin who's particularly more vulnerable to pleasure and the sensations of sex compared to other monster girl, to the point she completely forgets the reason she asked for it in the first place. She is literally weak to cock.
>>1962471I don't understand how those scenes work honestly, the "Dick me to get this egg out" though maybe I'm just not cut out to be a Monster veterinarian.
>>1962486>I don't understand how the "Dick me to get this egg out" worksIt doesn't.The reason I singled out Fermi's situation as being the only one that made logical sense for that purpose and also feeling like a medical exam is because that's not what actually happens in it; Fermi comes up to the Master and informs him that she needs help to get an egg out because while she normally does this just fine on her own, her wing is currently broken and so she's unable to do it herself; the protagonist 'fingers' her while he's trying to use his hands to get it out. When Perili tells him she's going to lay eggs and wants him to 'feel' them, it's made clear pretty quickly that she's telling the truth and is very proud of her eggs because she wants to have children she's also just trying to take advantage of the situation (she tried to bulldoze her way into forcing him to sign a marriage contract right before this and also proposed him signing with his blood) and leglocks him when he tries to pull out. they're unfertilized, and she only finds this out after finally laying them and then setting up a nursery and then waiting for them to hatch. she's mentioned to have gotten very depressed over this and it's never brought up again. I have no idea who's idea it was to end a scene with what feels like a bird miscarriage but it was needlessly cruel.By contrast if I'm remembering correctly Charis originally just had trouble laying eggs in the first place and the protagonist got Fermi to help her in his stead because he didn't know what he was supposed to do. She just comes back later when there's still a couple left and she can't find Fermi, and "idk just use your dick to scrape them out i guess?" is the best idea she can come up with because of porn logic reasons.the egg laying itself isn't sexy, in any case. I just find the stealth pun associated with charis to be kinda funny. the scene is good besides the poor justification and that one part.
I always love when these come around they're just so fun.
>>1962629Even Okyuu got to contribute a lot more this time beyond just raking in money, she was a massive wall and even took down a lot of minions as well as Leita! Also since I lack a lot of physical damage for water characters (especially for range) I gave SS!Okyuu the pierce damage subskill to go with octoshot and she actually contributed a significant amount of DPS as a result despite the -50% magic damage penalty, she even took down several of the other characters too and sniped Damstor out of the sky before she could get too far.Although the main contributor here was really Mystrana for her absurdly powerful whirlpool combo helping to deal with a lot of the mobs as well as the two starting enemies and then Yura the Hydra, because I just placed her down and then uses her EX II and she obliterated Titania, Belphagor and the Shadow Lantern and then moved her to deal with Thiele and pretty much everything else that entered her vicinity when she used it.For that one anon who just started and also pulled Yura consider picking her EX II up, since you can use her. Her normal skill is better for single target DPS but the EX II one buffs her block count to take advantage of her traits, gives her attacks HP scaling and has her shoot out rapid fire AOEs in quick succession, and it let her clean house here.
Do mc gets zero action in main story sex scenes? Lame and gay if so.
>>1963141Dont even feel like playing after chapter 3 it was THAT dogshit, please tell me it gets better.
>>1963141RinCHADS stay winning
>>1963141>Does mc gets zero action in main story sex scenes?yesand yes the vivi enforced mandatory rape is also easily the worst part of the entire thing, even in the cases where the girl herself isn't actually the one doing it they're still total garbage>>1963150you can just play the Main Story on the SFW version of the game, where it will skip all of the scenes by default so you never even have to bother with them.if you choose to ignore this piece of advice and decide to continue playing the main story on the NSFW version: no, it does not get better.
>Vivi enforced mandatory rapeAm I raping vivi or is she raping me? Either way, that's hot.
>>1963268>am I raping vivi or is she raping meit's neither of those; instead of just allowing the defenders to either kill invaders or beat them up and throw them off the island, vivi instead enforced 'punishment' in the sense of "x monster girl is going to either rape y antagonist or put y antagonist into a situation where something else will rape them", and there's an emphasis on it being intentionally as painful and unpleasant as possible. Vivi thinks this is somehow morally superior to just killing/detaining people and thinks it will either humble enemies or deter them from coming back. Instead it's proven multiple times that this just makes things astronomically worse for their island because of how much is galvanizes not only the victim's hatred but the hatred of their allies and turns what was originally just a job into a personal vendetta, in some cases making them far more dangerous than they would've been if they just didn't do this to them. A lot of the poachers go from "I'm capturing this girl for money" to "I'm going to kill every single girl on this island". It's even noted how some had their lives ruined, which I wouldn't think the game would feel the need to point out. I'm forced to assume this is some kind of retarded revenge fetish thing. It's really Vivi trying to moralize and justify it that makes me dislike her for her part in it though; it's one thing to have a porn excuse in a porn game to justify sex scenes taking place, it's another to try and grandstand over them. She stops doing this, and also stops having a part in them entirely after a certain point however, and eventually the antagonist rape scenes do taper off into not involving her/'punishment' at all (although they do still happen in the main story).she does have sex scenes but they're log-in day dependent.
truly, it all comes back to the volcano.
>>1963287I'm not the anon who was complaining, I'm just horny for vivi and want to engage in some friendly cum inflation.
>>1963292oh, well that's fair thenI just generally try to ignore that stuff since it's really the one and only thing I don't like about the game, and also the only thing I don't like about Vivi either since she's pretty great otherwise, so I just play on the version without it and it solves the problem entirely.>horny for viviYou will get your first scene with her at 183 Login Days.
>>1963303It's probably just porn logic and no real need to think about it too deeply. Writers/Devs likely thought "How can we insert porn scenes into main story" and came up with that.Ye olde DMM games like Kamihime, Magicami and others that aren't at the top of my mind right now used to think people wanted NTR and Rape in their porn games so they had a lot of hardcore or non-consensual sex in their game because they thought it was what players wanted. Turns out, it was not what players wanted at all and there was a push to move away from them or completely remove it/scrub it from the game like Kamihime did so the "hehe lets rape these adventurers hehe" scenes are likely just a relic from that era.
>>1963307I agree it's porn logic, and just an excuse used to insert something in that they then dialed back on after people didn't like it. The point I was trying to make was that their attempt to try and not make it seem like pure porn logic, and instead have Vivi or the narration start attempting to justify it a few times just makes it look a lot worse than it would have been otherwise. If they had set them up differently, a lot of them probably wouldn't have come across as poorly.Like it's one thing if you're going to do it, but it's another thing if you do it while claiming a moral high ground, you know? Although like I said before, they did also stop doing that as well, so this isn't an issue anymore. And thankfully you can pretty much disable them anyways. Since the newer ones are set up differently now, I think that's the reason why no one really takes issue with those ones. It's only ever the early scenes I see people complaining about.
>>1963330Well, games like Kamihime took it a step further and fully removed/rewrote those scenes to distance themselves from that sort of stuff. Surprised they didn't do the same here after people complained but it's not like every game went with the full removal anyway.
>>1963267I really didnt care about futas having sex with others because i wasnt interested in her, for that female knight in chapter 3 was low key looking forward for some decent fap material just to get that gross scene kek, and now you are telling my fav girl vivi is also a slut that has sex with others, yeah im done thanks for warning tho i would have had even bigger melty if i didnt see this coming. Im just going to stick with vns gachas are way to unpredictable.
>>1963336>vivi is also a slut that has sex with othershuh no i'm pretty sure she doesn't fuck anyone did you not read a single word of the reply chain at all
>>1963292Alright but the one being inflated is (You)
>>1963337I see what you meant idk if its just futas raping them i can overlook it, or something along of the lines neru? Or tentacle girl forgot her name first h scene then its excusable.
>>1963338But I don't want sex with the futa orcs, I want to inflate Vivi until she's leaking cum from every orifice. Fairy inflation is extremely hot and this is why they should lock me up with all the fairy girls in the game.
>>1963336at the very least it's heavily implied what happened to that knight was just a dream, and she wasn't actually raped: she just knocked herself out on accident and had a dream about it. I didn't watch the scene but I still saw the part where she wakes up and realizes she's actually fine and unharmed, and another anon informed me that's also how it played out too.>vivi is also a slut that has sex with othersthat's not what I said at allI said Vivi originally either forced or encouraged others to rape the enemy characters, or had them put those enemies into situations where something else raped them instead (goblin gang rape/orc gang rape/tentacle gang rape/etc), and then they dropped this from the event stories and toned them back everywhere else. A lot of the dungeon scenes don't get referenced again and seem to be ignored, while it's only really the early/original ones that got brought up again and thus seem canon, and Vivi stops being involved in the punishment scenes after the fifth chapter.Vivi herself does not rape anyone at all. The only character she has sexual interactions with is the Master.>>1963342>futa orcsI didn't watch it but in the scene leading up to it Podel's talking to the male orcs, like the giant pig-faced male orcs you see in the game and that she summons with her skill. I'm pretty sure it was probably those guys.
Magicami actually tried to stop the NTR scenes you get from beating their Towers so they could focus on collabs they were having like every other month but the backlash was so huge they apologized and continued making them.Really goes to show if you're catering to a niche audience, don't abandon them.
>>1963367Magicami kinda like, died though. So maybe the developers had good reasons for wanting to stop them? They had a collab with TSK and the entire thing was just pure love vanilla with zero NTR, rape or non-con implications.
>>1963367>>1963370that sounds like it was a vocal minority and the majority just ditched the game for catering to that, which got it killed
>>1963370>zero NTR, rape or non-con implicationsAll four girls' scenes had them in what if bad ends and the Magicami MC gets raped by them or influenced by a very similar virus that infected the monmusus in the main story. The villain implies that if she won she would have made the TSK girls his sex slaves. And that's why people don't like the idea of TSK collabing with Magicami.
>>1963394Yeah, the collab choice was terrible and honestly really out of touch but knowing that Magicami was the NTR and rape game, they defanged the game quite a bit for their collab with TSK since there was no rape, NTR or anything bad actually happening. I'd imagine the dev must have been a huge fan for them to seek collab with it but it just shows people aren't into that kind of stuff and just want pure love.
>>1963375I'd give them a golf clap for surviving as long as they did.Parent company shutdown in the first year in 2019-2020 so they lost their funding/backing. They rebrand the game to be under their studio.2021 was when they issued the apology for trying to pause NTR scenes.End of 2022 they sell rights over to Exnoa.2023 was when they EoS due to not meeting Exnoa's expectations.Dead parent company is the mark of death for most games so much of their continued existence for 3 years was from big whales I guess.
>>1963411that's fair
>>1963396I would put on my tinfoil hat and schiz about why they collabed but this is the MonTD thread.
>>1963423Yeah, the current Kumafes stop is Girls Creation so we should be discussing that instead. I wonder why people just don't talk about that game though.
>>1963429Well, I can't speak for everyone, but I'm not interested in any of the other games involved in this, I'm only really interested in MMTD, so I'm just not going to play any of them.
>>1963430The rewards are really good though and all you have to do is log into them once a day for 7 days, not even play them. And if you do bother playing them, you might discover a new game you like which is the entire intention of Kumafes.
>>1963432I don't actually remember what the rewards are, what are they again?in all fairness part of the reason is because I just have a lot of things I'm trying to do already, so I just really haven't thought about it.
I'm going to pull for these new aliens!
>Miteras EX2 is a buff equal to 15% of her max HPEven at a minimally invested Miteras with only like 5k HP, that's a 750 stat buff on top of the normal Shaman buff. Ville's EX2 is also pretty amazing being a 15 second instant that triples her attack buff and lets it stack to +150%. Seems they took off the limiters for newbie buff economy.
>>1963664And forgot pic. 20k HP is about the limit if you mostly stack everything in a stacked fire squad with 10-15k HP being more likely for more average investment.
>>1963664>>1963665probably won't get Miteras unless I get lucky with one of those free point lotteries, but I'm glad Ville got a good one since I saw her new instant and could tell it was a huge upgrade. Combined with her weapon also providing a small damage buff and she seems to be in a good place now.
>>1963649There's gotta be better way to design a robot girl than whatever this is...
>>1963649I cannot lie man that walker mech looks absolutely SICK, unironically the coolest design among the aliens the thing looks like a total robro>>1963867I don't think that robot girl looks that bad, I think her legs are pretty well detailed and the overall design seems fine.Granted, though, I'm not generally into robot girls that much anyways, and my favorite "Robot" Girl from anything in general is already in this game and got a slick makeover here too and getting to finally use her a lot again has been really really nice for me.Brynhildr is simply peak robot girl design. Her getting to use the Anti-Particle Railgun by transforming her right arm into it is also awesome.
>>1963876It's a futuristic robot girl tethered to a mech through her back I assume. That's just safe and lazy. They could've made her like an arachne.
>>1963649I like the slime girl thing on the right
>>1963885I'm willing to bet you that she's not tethered to the mech and the mech is probably just a set-piece in her background. Most of the other alien girls have similar things in their backdrops, like spaceships or minions or robots. I'd be surprised if you actually got to deploy a token version of that robot mech.I admit that since I'm not really someone who has a particular focus on robot girls though, I'm probably not the best one to judge on if a robot girl is too "safe" or just normal/average looking, but I will say that I do think making a robot girl with a giant tripod mech design would've been really cool. If she's getting outshone to me by the thing in the background because I think that the walker mech is a better design than she is, that's probably not the best sign.
>>1963867Actually, her name is Tripod. She's pretty canon-compliant with the other martian girls universe!
>>1963929nta but I thought everyone knew about the tripod martian mechs; I think anon's point was just that it would be more interesting if she's a robot girl for her to actually be that mech or at least part of the mech instead of her just being a normal robot girl and then there's also the mechIf it's another Lentora situation where the mech is the actual body and the "robot girl" is just so she can do other things like have hands for mundane purposes though that'd be a fine compromise
I decided to go back and get full Level 50 Clears on all of the stages with my Earth Team this time, since I'd finally gotten Lauren and Charis was central to one of them and I thought it'd be fun to use them again. It was a lot of fun.Although it ended up being "Earth Team and then also Okyuu" because I legitimately cannot build up enough resources to clear any of them without her, she's just too good at her job. Even the penalty for not being earth aligned didn't matter at all because Okyuu takes half damage from everything anyways and her kraken tentacle shields ended up being what allowed me to clear the second stage by just keeping the girls from dying during two of the rushes. Everyone did good damage though and played their roles very well, and I only needed to throw out kraken tentacles for the second stage, the team could beat the other two on their own just fine. Kinda funny that the third one isn't the hardest stage this time around, since there's a lot of ways around the stealth gimmick, although it's still a really fun stage. Needing to switch between physical and magical damage dealers for the two is also neat.
>>1963649When are we getting the aliens? Any date?
>>1963361Im going to keep playing, blood got to my head adter wasting my pulls before saving to 45k and that dogshit h scene on top of that after i was looking forward decent h scene, anyway its side characters anyway who cares i will just have to lower my expectations from main story.
>>1963973next monday
>>1963994Well, I hope you enjoy the game, but remember you can always just play the main story on the version that skips the scenes unless you really want to see them for some reason. If you're also just really displeased because you were trying to pull a certain girl without saving up to 45k but weren't able to get her, that's very understandable too.Out of curiosity, who was the girl you were hoping to get?>>1963973I'm curious if they'll start another storyline now or just make one-offs since they seem finished with the parasitic lifeform.I'm still kinda fond of that guy, he was fun. If only he read the instruction manual....
>>1963994beware of male goblins in a trenchcoat
>>1964013Valentines banner, couldnt help myself lol.
>>1964016Oh you were the guy who wanted Laplum, yeah. At least she's got her original version, if you have that? Still unfortunate, though. But you'll get another chance eventually, since they don't only do reruns of those in feburary. If you're really into fairy-sized monster girls than I can see why you'd like her.
>>1964047Not that anon but the one who's been making horny posts about the fairy girls and Vivi is a different anon (me). And I did get her but mostly for sex because I don't know what her arrows are going to do other than being master's personal onahole when the other ranged girls are equipped with flamethrowers and lasers.
>>1964052I put her in to dye squares for my fire team so they could get all their "gets x bonus on fire space" conditionals activated. She's capable of doing pretty decent damage spread out across herself and her tokens, and she also has her own conditional bonuses for being on a fire space, namely stealth and halved skill cooldown, so she can spam her skill more consistently and won't be attacked. If you already have something like the KumaFes collab girls then sure she doesn't look as good by comparison, but she is pretty useful.I wouldn't underestimate arrows in general though, Suzu's DPS can get pretty ridiculous with the right set-up for her and Petra's bomb catapult with her EX II does as well.
>>1964061On the topic of powerlevels though, where do alien girls land? Do they tend to be strong? I definitely need more strong girls for my roster and have the gems for it since I'm sitting on a few pities.
>>1964083It varies, wildly. Chupina is one of the most broken characters in the game, and the Reptilian Slayzel is also very strong. Besides them, the Aliens tend to be above average in general, so I would say they're strong, but not as much as a lot of the "normal" Monster Girls. Their gimmick is their skills have five second cooldowns but require costs to activate them in the first place.I will refrain from further comments on chupina.
ok i ended up trying it anywayi wish TD has at least half of what this game's budget seems to be on the surface but i can't really tell how good the game itself is, or how good any of the girls I have are either. I'm just glad I was able to get Airen.
>>1964815I played it a bit. The gameplay seemed okay but it failed to hook me in and I didn't feel like adding it to my usual schedule so I don't plan to log back in now that I accumulated my 7 days.Next up in line is going to be FKG then TSK and finally MTD
>>1964819Meant Mist Train Girls for the last one, my bad.
>>1964819>>1964821that's pretty reasonable; I'll see how it fares for meit's definitely odd and I'll probably not stick around, but the animation is quite nice at least, even if I definitely prefer TD's gameplay>the game actually lists some trivial information about it's girls on their profiles, such as their height and birthday>immediately pull up Airen>birthday>"I don't know">height>"it is average">size>"HOW SHAMELESS!"isn't learning new things about the girls involved part of the fun of a collab? >but she apparently likes the roasted duckwell, that's nice at least
>>1964829actually now that I think about it Airen supposedly existed from around the era of the original boy of genesis so her not actually remembering what day she was specifically created on or even if they had dates back then in the first place makes a lot of senseit's still really funny when put next to everyone else though
>>1964831>>1964829iirc, all the collab characters are like that and get flavor text that basically amounts to "No info" while the GC originals actually have their correct data in there.
>>1964832I looked at the other one and it seems to be just a bunch of [???]s while Airen has specific lines like she's actually answering those questions when asked.
>>1964836Oh, well then. My bad.
>>1964856nah it's fine anon, just think it'll be neat if I get to learn anything new about her or the island
why does van gogh look like that squid v-tuber from hololive
>Where's the 3rd leg? *lifts skirt flap up*
>combat's pretty fun and simple>turn based chess-board like combat with collapsing stages focused on skillful movement and combos, with both enemies and obstacles>once the stage progresses enough a boss arrives and defeating it clears the stage>from the base girls, even the special alts of base girls, things seem pretty fair>and then there's Airen>obtained two pieces of exclusive gear for her, both passively boost her damage>Airen has her total immunity to poison and stun>very high movement count, most skills have average or low cooldowns>her default damaging skills have huge range and deal obscene damage, hit multiple times while pushing/pulling enemies around (which damages them every more) on top of simultaneously buffing her attack and defense, debuffing enemy defenses and the rocket punch also gives her a shield>she also has a heal with a ridiculous radius that out-heals every healer by three times over, buffs their Max HP on top of the heal, and then ALSO summons the Valentine's Candy Golem from her Valentine's Alt>The Candy Golem has a ludicrous range, automatically attacks everything in it's vicinity at the end of the turn and outdamages every other girl's normal attack and even outdamages most of their attack skills>Unlock her final skill (attached) [Iron Girl's Pride]>It not only deals absurdly huge damage to everything but deals nearly double damage on stunned targets and GIVES HER A SECOND TURN SO SHE CAN GO TWICE IN A ROW>Fight the Robo Kuma underleveled>she manhandles it almost entirely on her ownSo, this is the true power of the Collaboration Boost......
>>1966185so, is she supposed to be some kinda Shoggoth thing? I can't find any source for 'cosmoblob'.>>1965565I've no idea but it is kinda funny; given they're also an artist it's probably deliberate.
>>1966223From the movie The Blob is my guess. That was an alien too.
>>1966240I mean, the NAME maybe, but at least so far she doesn't seem to be anything like the blob at all beyond the surface level "slime monster" descriptor, neither the original nor the nightmarish remake version of it. It would really need to depend on how she's introduced and what she turns out to be like in order to tell. But so far she's covered in tons of eyes and eye-motifs and is making objects out of sludge, so I'd say a Shoggoth is a fair guess. If not that, then I'd just assume that the origin is otherwise a japanese reference that I'm not getting at the moment. If she gets introduced falling from the sky and cracks herself out of a meteorite and immediately glomps onto Master's arm and tries to slime her way up his body to subsume him and otherwise wants to eat everything in general though then that'd be pretty "The Blob" like. I'm very nostalgic for that movie, honestly, with how corny the original one is. Melting Love would be the first thing that comes to my mind for "monster girl inspired by the blob", although I've never played the game it's from.the monstrous version of it's pretty grisly in a cool way though.
Hey anons, would you this thread be interested in having a player representing it in our 4cc team? >if you don't know what i'm talking about https://pastebin.com/nr9ujDMN tldr: it's a cpu vs cpu football cup with teams representing the boards, here is an example how -- a match looks like: https://implying.fun/video/spring24/2024-05-05/?t=2:21:00.0Right now we're taking suggestions for players/music and deciding it all in a roster poll next --friday so let me know if you want someone + a funny nickname being added to it. For --something more general you can let me know in >>1965520 too.
>>1966262Sure thing anon, thank you!I would like to request Okyuu (with or without her tentacles it's kinda understandable if the latter is too much) with her nickname being along the lines of either>It'sa Crazy (current situation)! [Octopus Party for default]>Limit Break Fishing/Kraken Fueled Economy>Wanna buy my Takoyaki?>SHOOTOsince those are jokes I've seen overseas repeatedly regarding her which I also find really funny.
>>1966283Sure thing, i will try to come up with something if she only exists in 2d if she makes it on the polls, except making a new 3d model from scratch, i'm only able to edit these things
>>1966318that's perfectly fair anon, thank you!
I logged in excited to roll for the new girls and realized it's tomorrow and not today
Grabbed Kazune and Lulu's EX II's on the way out while I had the chance, since I'd gotten the ones I wanted at the moment already and I might as well get some for the girls I do have. Also immediately had enough points to get all the friend tickets + weapon upgrade mats, and then used the vivi medals I got from those to buy the awakening boons so Okyuu's now 4/5 because I think it'd be awesome to have her fully awakened if I'm able to get enough medals from all those subskills during the second week of the alien event. That little +10% Tentacle Buff will just be really neat.
>>1950886I also miss Dragalia Lost, one of the best games ever made. My phone still tries to correct lmao to LKai to this day. That new cthulu game feels like it's going to be a lot more rapey based on the art style.
>>1966578Agreed. Loved fighting that bastard. Miss a lot of the bosses in general. I'll find a way to get the fan server to work on my end eventually, hopefully. I did save my savefile from at the time just in case at least.Game was just too good to last.....
I think due to how much drastically shorter it is than the prior story to it, I actually managed to fully translate Airen's little isekai adventure today. Although not much happens; the journey Master had on Gespenst Island was far longer than it was, it's only two episodes and there isn't even any combat or battles, those are solely for the past one or just flavor this time I guess.Although Airen has a one track mind the whole time about 'shamlessness' and everyone else keeps either noting or pointing out how she's the most shameless looking person they've ever seen. The reason why the girl named Anemone being there is probably the funniest part of the whole thing: namely, there isn't one.She just was minding her own business back in her own world and then fell down head first in a flower shop. She has no idea what's going on, has never seen anything bear-related, and is quiet and confused the entire time. When asked why she's spaced out in the flower store she claims she forgot where she was going; when asked what the destination she wanted to go to was she says she doesn't know either. When asked why she agreed to be guided to the art museum even though she had no idea what was going on and had never heard of it before, she pretty much says it was the other person's idea and she was just following her because it seemed like a good idea. She just got roped into modeling for a painting because she's very passive and didn't want to be rude. She (and Airen, presumably) just go home a few days later.the Baby Robot Bear is also rapidly multiplying.
>>1966698Time to play FKG next to continue the story!.If I recall correctly, it should be Monster Musume -> Girls Creation -> Flower Knight Girl -> Twinkle Star Knight -> Mist Train Girls
>>1966713Rembrandt is going with Anemone, intentionally this time even if the bears screwed up their portals again, so she's probably going to show up in it. The artist (Bouguereau IIRC) who was badgering Airen and Anemone wanted to go with Airen, once Airen claimed that she wanted to "show off" the """"art"""" she had learned from her, but Airen immediately told her "no, I will do it on my own" and she threw a fit about how she wanted to see a bunch of sexy beautiful otherworldly women and no one was respecting her, because of the antics she did, and no one wanted to partner up with her or take her along. She also vanished into the portals seemingly by accident but it's not made clear what's gonna happen to her or wherever she'll end up.Had MMTD not been first in line this time she probably would've found a way to clung onto Airen for a ride or something but she's likely going somewhere at least.I'm not very good at trying to summarizing stuff like this though so hopefully the anon who makes the summaries will be able to do one for the event chain if anyone else is curious as to what else happens.
>Chupina rate upSorry guysThis newbie's going to be tempted by promises of power and fall to the dark side
>>1966745Wow I even got a bonus lulu for my troubles, that's really good.
>when deployed, burnt enemies take 2x damageWell, now it's a 3 unit combo faster than I expected. However, at 5.7x damage, Yano and Trivera killed the boss before I could deploy Ruisha the first time.Lich is still awkward though. Needs another damage taken multiplier between 1.15x and 1.25x to hit the sweetspot and I don't think any exist in that range. Though an extra source of current HP damage should also work.
>>1966778Any thoughts on Slime girl and Mecha girl?
>>1966781The blob is the blob. Very obscene HP with HP scaling. The stattest of statsticks. Probably better to give attack subskills as she hits 1000% buff cap trivially. Alien instant skills that aren't Chupina suffer from hyper draining your DP though. 8 DP every 5 seconds should be sustainable, but giving her chargers isn't recommended. She is still mostly just a statstick though, but she can actually cover the map with her skill quite well compared to the other Earth berserkers.Trivera is 2x damage for everybody so long as the enemy can be burnt while also dealing massive damage herself with flame patches. She is fundamentally meta and absolutely insane with NY Yano.
Blob sex
I got 1500 gacha points and don't know what alien to pick. Pic related shows the ones I already have. Please help.
>>1966955Reptilian bow user's the 2nd best Alien
>>1966955>>1966959seconding that anon; Slayzel (the reptilian archer) is the second best alien. If you don't care about power though since you already have so many strong aliens, you could always just pull the one you think looks the best/cutest/etc.
>her skill summons giant sludge jaws that devour her enemies>realize partway through the quest that she's actually getting increasingly bigger the more enemies I allow her to beat>by the end she's nearly the size of Giga-Aqua
Honestly she feels pretty Shoggoth Like to me, especially with how she's introduced and having looked at the Tripod's description of being a former weapon of war who's class managed to suddenly develop sentience and then turned against their Martian masters; the Shoggoths were also a slave race genetically engineered to be beasts of burden for the Elder Things before gradually evolving their own sense of intellect and revolting against them in an uprising, so having a Shoggoth and a Tripod connected by the shared theme of "Rebellious Servants" would make a lot of sense and explain why those two were chosen to be together specifically. Blola is just a slightly toned-down version of them, complete with the myriad eyes and mouths and pseudo-pods.I'm assuming "Cosmoblob" just sounds cuter, and also they just wanted to have a good reason for her to constantly say "bloloblolobloloblolo" as her tic. "Blola" is a cute name for a blob girl.as an added bonus the remake version of The Blob had the plot twist that it was ALSO a genetic experiment created as a biological weapon before getting mutated into The Blob and falling back down to earth, and the remake Blob was SIGNIFICANTLY more nightmarish and visceral than the original version of it could have ever hoped to be and is also very much more "shoggoth-like" than the OG "rolling jello ball" was, so she could very well still be inspired by it too.
>>1966999>Blola discusses how sad she is that everyone else finds her scary, and tries to claim that "absorbing" them would feel good and make them friends>But then remembers that "Asu-Chan" told her that "absorption is forbidden" and starts to get sad because she just wants to be friends, prompting Master to try and explain to her that they can be friends without her melting and eating them>Shortly after they get a space phone call>It's Asterium, the Star Returner and Space Hero:>Asterium: 'I have just detected it, yes! It looks like you were able to meet up with Blola safely, that's good!'>Blola: Oh, this voice is Asu-chan~blo! Asu-chan, it's Blola~!>Asterium: 'Good afternoon! Blola! I'm relieved to see you're doing well, yes!'>Vivi-sama: So the Asu-chan Blola was talking about was Asterium.>Asterium: 'She is a Cosmo Blob Girl. She was once my enemy!'>The other aliens freak out about this because she's apparently from a species infamous for destroying/eating entire planets and stars>Except for Lumyuda, who didn't know this and pretends like she does>It's revealed that Blola is genuinely not malicious and just sees this as "becoming friends", so Asterium didn't know what to do with her in the aftermath since she's not truly "evil">Asterium then explains that ultimately what she decided to do was put her on Gespenst Island and have her be in the Master's care so she could "walk the path of rehabilitation" and be made a better person by him>Master IMMEDIATELY points out that she's dumping all the responsibility for this onto him>Asterium doesn't even deny that, she just reaffirms that Blola isn't evil but instead 'pure and innocent', which is why she wants the Master to teach her right and wrong and thanks him before hanging up the space phone>The aliens inform him that if he messes this up there's a non-zero chance she'll kill the entire planetkek
>>1966778>>1966796Hopefully they don't powercreep any of the other girls too badly at least; the Tripod getting to actually be the Tripod and it being a Rentora situation like I had thought/hoped is pretty awesome and I'm tempted to pull her solely just for that.>>1966747Congrats on Lulu! I'm glad you were able to get her anon! It's the Heart of the Monster Girls! Also while I learned during the last event that the Ultra Warriors turned out to be inspired by the Star-Warriors of the lovecraft mythos, which kinda furthered the shoggoth idea, I then realized that Ultra Warriors from my understanding of Japan's media are a very large and influential series in it's own right and is pretty likely to have it's own large roster list of space monsters to choose from, so I just went ahead and looked up "Ultra Warriors Blob".And it turned up pic related, which even has the exact same color scheme and giant blobulous arm of Blola, so now I believe Blola's true source is actually supposed to be this thing. It'd definitely make a lot of sense, considering she also fought Asterium and also becomes giant, so their fight probably looked exactly like this.
>two events back had Marzea>last event featured someone obsessively stalking Marzea>now the Tripod is hunting her (and the other one) down in order to kill them bothwhy does that one martian have so many stalkers?those eyes are pretty rad ngl
>Hmmmmm>Where could those martians be?
Are there any fast redeploy units in this game? Kinda like Arknights executor class
>>1967124Do you mean "units with faster redeploy times" or "units that let you redeploy other units faster"? There are girls who'd have both. Redeployment reductions do not stack at all either, only the highest one will take effect. However, it's not at all related to their classes, it's really just specific to the girls themselves. The former (naturally shorter redeploy) is usually given to Monks due to their bomb mechanic, either through the base trait, awakening bonuses, or their weapon. Meanwhile there's several girls who will give you reduced redeployment times for the girls on your team, such as the Anse and Atheel who have it as a natural passive, and Hariella's EX II Skill, which automatically affects every girl on the map (including herself) and is the single greatest redeployment tool in the entire game at 80% Redeploy Reduction (so 12 seconds instead of the usual 60) on top of a 90% Cost Return that will give you near-full refunds for every girl you're going to redeploy. Which is why I suggested getting her skill ASAP during the Ranchiki Festival since Hariella is free welfare meaning you will be guaranteed to have her in the first place. Combine that with bards not counting to the deploy limit at higher levels and Hariella's skill working on herself (so she can very easily loop it since the initial cooldown for Azure Revelation is very short) and she's pretty ridiculous.
>>1967143Arknights specifically has an "Executor" class that is colloquially referred to as the "Fast-Redeploy Class" since their redeploy timer is only around 15~ seconds. So their usage is usually just of assassins where you drop them to use their skill and retire them after their skill is over.Aigis characters are dead (or were dead, as far as I recall) if they get killed outside of characters with a passive that specifically allows redeployment so Arknights was the only closest comparison I could think of.
>>1967151The closest equivalent would be monks, but they do not innately have fast redeploy times nor are all of them built around monk bombing; you would have to use one of the girls dedicated specifically for that.So if you're asking if there's a class equivalent to them and not just "can I use someone like that" then the answer is no, there isn't a class that naturally works like that, there's just some girls who do.
>>1967124>>1967143>>1967151You can make any unit in this game a Fast Redeploy by giving them the redeploy reduction subskill(subskills are basically like equipment).
>>1967205that's true, but if you want to use a girl specifically for that job, it's better if they can do it on their own so you can get them subskills that will boost their performance in some capacity.
So many battles, I'm at 20 so far, then there's also the alien only battles.
>Drop Chupina>Press auto>Stage's overI wonder if they'll ever powercreep this
>>1967271she's fundamentally a design mistake so nothing short of stuff like Anni!Raikon is powercreeping her since they're never doing something like her again
>>1967278It's going to be a dark day if she ever gets powercreeped honestly because the power ceiling will get out of this world
Where do you get the Rapid Charger subskill that makes Chupina fire off like a machinegun?
green skin isnt cute
>>1967298Labyrinth challenge subskill craft.
>>1966982>>1966959How is Slayzel vs the blob and the machine?
bros, who is the third strongest alien? do I need a defender for the alien side-story? will it let me in with so few characters? complaining ahead: I got raked over the coals in the gacha. No SSRs in 100 rolls except for the robot. Decided to do two more 10 pulls for the L-ticket and got two more of her and no slime girl. Switched to Chupina on the other banner and went to the first exchange without getting her. Got Chupina, the neet princess, and the reptilian archer, recommended above, then spent one exchange on the slime. Only off-banner I got was a dupe of the cheerleader catoblepas(?), and on the L-ticket I got the xmas version of the girl you unlock from the abyss.
Ohhh blola can block 4 if she blobs 20 enemiesFinally got a tank that can actually tank
>>1967399>who is the third strongest alien?do you really need a third when you have chupa already?
>>1967399>>1967347Tripod might be the third best given how that burn multiplier seems to be but I don't own her and it's a bit early to really say. Blola is just a statstick, but those are plenty fun and good in their own right and she seems to be a really powerful one. It just makes me wish Aqua had an AoE of some kind.
>>1967534Blola so far seems really, really nice to have on my account but it's from a newbie's point of view. If she gets fed then she's truly the stattest stick and can hold anything easily with 4 block and gross stats that didn't need me to roll any limited or paid buffers to get her there.Other than that, I've been trying to collect the subskills that enable the chupina machinegun like pieces of exodia. Took me actually forever to get to Lab 14 for the slate but I finally got it after a series of absolutely bullshit stages.Kinda wish I had gotten Slayzel on the pity I dumped for Alien gacha but I feel like I'd be better served saving a pity for Yokai gacha or half-anni gacha than rolling anymore on alien.
huh the game suddenly went down for maint? wasn't maint supposed to be yesterday?
>>1967539they announced they were fixing several glitches today, so I guess they're doing them now.>>1967538The Labrynth was one of my favorite parts of the game as a new player so I hope you had fun with it; the slab missions are great fun and the varied enemies are really neat too. If you seek to enable the machine gun well I hope you enjoy it. You can always just choose to not use her if you want to experience a boss or stage with more challenge in the future. I gave Fast Charger to Okyuu because it makes her skill instantaneous, so she activates it the moment she gets deployed, which is nice. Or sometimes to SS!Okyuu since her skill rotation is great. Although honestly I think Okyuu ends up being my measuring stick for difficulty, because what I start marking as "needs actual effort" is anything that needs Okyuu to pull out her octoling guns for her to defeat. I've actually gotten her to beat more than I would've expected with some support, which is kinda nice.
>>1967512kinodo you think she can finish the all you can eat buffet?
>>1967539>>1967543Major glitch in purchasing going wrong locking some people out of getting into the game after buying something.
>>1967546That wasn't the only one I noticed today lmao
>>1967538If it's your own Chupina, you can borrow Futa Idols and instead equip her with actual subskills which is her ultimate form. If you give her a barrier on skill use subskill, she essentially becomes invulnerable.
such a shame that the cute monk loli is paid only
>>1967549What do the futa idols do? I think I have an idea of what character that is.Also, when is the Yokai gacha going to roll around again?
>>1967549that's what makes her actually broken, yeah, it's when something else reduces the cooldown for her so she doesn't need to do it herself. enabling her to have other subskills makes her truly obscene, and she's already pretty ridiculous without them.>>1967551>want a character>paid only>tfweven the paid only costumes and subskills kinda bums me out considering how much I really want some of those
>>1967546the ranchiki festival exchange also ended earlier than intended and there's a problem with blola's awakening bonus too
>>1967556>the ranchiki festival exchange also ended earlier than intendedYea I thought it was fucked up that the exchange was gone as soon as maint was done so I guess they're bringing that back?
>>1967554Honestly I don't really plan to make the strongest Chupina or anything, she just seems like the best "Get strong quick" package where I can give her two subskills and destroy content that doesn't allow me to borrow or allow me to borrow something that isn't a Chupina for once.Clearing content is my main priority then I can focus on clearing content with my favorites once I'm strong enough to be able to afford building said favorites.
>>1967562>then I can focus on clearing content with my favorites once I'm strong enough to be able to afford building said favorites.please post when you do, it would be very comfy to seebest of luck anon
Where can I get the gold "Fast Charger" and the "Respawn Time Reduction III" skills?
>>1967573Fast Charger is the gold sub skill drop from Gold Dungeon II, which was last weekend during the festival. If you didn’t get one then you’ll need to wait for GD 1&2 to cycle back around again, which will be a while. The other one you mentioned is from the normal Dungeon 4 iirc.
>>1967577Well fuck.How long is a while?
>>1966730I honestly wasn't planning to follow the collab story due to various reasons, but since you mention it, I'll likely get to it. I'll have to finally learn FKG though.>continuing from last time, we embark to Barberito to investigate the strange ruins suddenly discovered and possibly find the Chin Po>as MC thanks Pinda, Piperi, and Lumyuda for accompanying him, Pinda and Piperi complain about the sudden embarkment as they were here for vacation>it's apparently holiday in space and being grunts, work got pushed onto them>as Vivi ignores Pinda's complaints, we enter the ruins>nothing seems out of the ordinary, no erotic goods either which is making Lumyuda bored>suddenly Piperi notices something she finds quite alarming>a melted wall>and a trail>it seems something extremely dangerous is wandering here quite possibly dissolving us into mush if it touches us>it'd be sexy if it only dissolved clothes though which might make it an erotic good in need of containment>Vivi remarks it'd be best to avoid what is likely the lord of these ruins to fast forward the flag>is there someone there?>a mysterious monmusu is met and introduces herself as Blola>as she innocently peers at MC, suddenly a Gyaru-style alarm triggers due to intruders>Piperi and Pinda are surprised to find one here>their use is a bit controversial as the tone doesn't clearly convey if it's actually an emergency>anyways, we're the intruders it's detecting, so we need to fight off the spawning security, Blola joins us happily>where we learn her primary method of fighting is melting and absorbing things which is quite threatening>while she argues it feels quite good to get absorbed, she remembers Asu-chan told her not to absorb things which leaves her a bit conflicted>we too try to convince her it isn't necessary which also seems to be what Asu-chan had been doing>it seems she'd be quite dangerous if she were left alone, so we decide to bring her with us
>>1967599There's not much to learn about FKG, the game is powercreeped to hell and back in the year 2026 so collab should be extremely easy to clear if you can get your hands on a modern character unless they decide they hate newbies and make collab hard but I don't think they'd do that? Granted, I haven't played FKG in years and am kind of secretly dreading having to start the game from zero because my account for this game is on a different email from my MTD account but it should be a pretty easy and casual game since I don't recall ever struggling with event stuffs.I'm pretty active on TSK so I should be able to give way better advice for that one and have zero experience or knowledge on mist.
>going deeper into the ruins, we get a ring on Lumyuda's beta capsule>it's Asterion who has apparently sensed we've made contact with Blola>Asterion is Asu-chan it seems as Blola happily greets her>Asterion informs us Blola is a Cosmo Blob, one she once fought as an enemy>Piperi and Pinda are heavily alarmed>asking about it, they reveal it is an incredibly fearsome thing known across the galaxy said to devour even stars>Lumyuda did not know, but she doesn't have to reveal that while keeping a poker face>Asterion says to Blola, absorption is a friendly expression with no ill intent or malice, which leaves how to deal with her troubling>then she had an idea>why not have MC rehabilitate her>ignoring MC's tsukkomi about her dumping Blola on us, Asterion continues to explain she isn't evil and is quite pure at heart>so she earnestly begs we teach her right from wrong and ends the call abruptly>the most complete and thorough dumping of one's problems>we have no choice now announces Piperi, lest the whole planet fall to Blola's stomach who is currently being captivated by Lumyuda's tail>before we can ponder too much, the gal-alarm triggers again>but at a bit a distance away, so for somebody else?>clanging approaching them, they come face to face with another monmusu>she remarks disappointingly that there don't seem to be any Martians here despite detecting traces of them>Vivi goes, oh you mean Marzea and Blueberry?>Marzea and Blueberry, searching database, they are targets for elimination>while now exhibiting intense malice, it seems she considers us important witnesses for her search at least rather than also targets>there's still the issue of that alarm and security, but the girl seems to have been dealing with that already quite frequently as she searched this place
>after the very thorough elimination, the girl finally introduces herself, Trivera the Tripod girl>Piperi recognizes Tripods as being weapons of the Martians>yes, but since gaining a sense of self, I have rebelled and now seek to eliminate them all>Pinda very hastily adds we don't have anything to do with them>Trivera has not been able to escape from this place so she proposes a cooperative relationship>Lumyuda very bluntly states so you're lost, how clumsy>clumsy!~ also goes Blola>Pinda yells at them, but Trivera is not offended and explains this place is emitting some energy causing her sensors to malfunction>well that energy is why we're investigating here in the first place>Trivera decides she'll aid it then, so we can then leave afterwards>Vivi makes sure to remind us that while it's probably better to ally for now, she may turn against us due to wanting to eliminate Marzea and Blueberry>>1967605My accounts in MTG, GC, and TSK are all pretty damn built, so it's really only FKG that's any real concern. I quit MTG at least a year ago, GC is maintenance mode, and only also regularly play TSK for the Kumasan games. Mist Train runs on a weird stat grinding system, but frequently gives out special training mission tickets that just let you take units to 80-90% of max stats which are always slightly rising, so it's extremely trivial to get up to speed. It's extremely party building heavy though which is the real challenge.
>as Trivera leads us towards the energy source, she holds us back as she notices somebody>Suzu>it's most likely a clone, but what's a Suzu clone doing down here>Trivera intuits it was made here at this base>base?>yes, while it appears to be an ancient ruin, the technology here is advanced beyond anything normal to this planet>Pinda goes yeah as she notes Gal-Alarms are the latest technology, it's extremely strange they're installed here>before we can continue discussing much further, the Suzu clone that was just waiting gets fed up and attacks>Blola is not allowed to absorb her and doesn't absorb her as we fight it off, great job>progressing deeper, Piperi gets that adventurer's itch as she feels this must be related to Uchu and the Chin Po>Pinda's also feeling a bit itchy now that Piperi mentions it>it seems all the space girls are feeling a weird tingling>while everybody is excited at the prospect of the Chinpo, MC notes that it was thought to be on Gespenst, why would it be here in the Barberito Empire>as he ponders, a shadowy figure passes by mostly unnoticed>MC did though, but despite his claims, nobody else did and Trivera's sensors show no activity>oh...>the erotic goods sensor also isn't getting anything>I wasn't asking you>Lumyuda remarks that anything female must be erotic to a boy like MC>as he protests, he catches another glimpse of the shadowy figure rounding a corner>Piperi and Pinda also spot her and quickly run after>but past the corner is a long straight hall with nowhere to hide>Lumyuda can't even smell her>Blola claims she didn't absorb her>we know you didn't, don't worry>Trivera compares it to a ghost, but she has a hunch it's something else>her sensors truly detected nothing and they can detect ghostly energy>if they can't detect it...>and we cut off to the cliffhanger summary
>>1967614Oh, well FKG shouldn't be hard at all if you're already built in the others. FKG does do paid gachas and paid only characters a TON though so that's going to be very frustrating if you decide to stick around after kumafes.
>porting into Athenes, Airen, the Bearkos, and the baby robot arrive>while Black Bearko is nostalgic, Bearko is not>Airen tells them to stop quibbling and disrupting the morals of the other world >Kuro finds being scolded about morals by a scantily clad woman a bit exciting>anyways, getting down to business, the man they're here to meet is the director of the museum, Kuro pretended to be a painting at>Kuro should be able to lead them>she isn't>while she has snuck in there, dropping into the city randomly, she doesn't magically know how to get to it from where they are>Airen tells them to calm down as they can just ask around to find out where the museum is>overhearing art museum is Rembrandt>while her instinct tells her this will be trouble, ignoring it won't help>she offers to lead them, but she's already having regrets>they arrive at the museum meeting Sansovino who could be considered the museum's secretary>she can tell they're probably not just here for the exhibit and asks why they came>to see the museum man>I see... there's only one man here, so I'll take you to see him>Rembrandt's really starting to feel bad about this>meeting the director, he recognizes their voices as the Kumariza painting's and the Bearkos finally properly introduce themselves>past that, he just goes, uhhhh, so what are you doing here now?>I won't let you say you've forgotten about this child!
>the robot baby is revealed>the scandalous reveal of an unknown child panic the GC cast>the director claims he truly knows nothing about this>it's not decided you're the father yet>father!?>the director is clamoring and Airen calls him shameless>trying to refute it, he can only awkwardly ask about her and she finally introduces herself, Airen from Gespenst>they understand quickly about the other world business as they already had some visitors(Cattleya and Yoshino) before>to prevent the situation from getting more shameful, Airen will explain things>Rembrandt can only think her the most shamefully dressed thing here>as Airen introduces the baby, the director is already clutching his heart with want to spoil>the rundown is quickly given with Kuro wanting the baby to meet its dad>they thought maybe one of the men they met as they went through worlds could be him>that's a bit of a leap ain't it>anyways, there are robot bears investigating the city as well>like the ones that were rampaging last time?>they're different, those were cheer robots, these are research robots, they won't rampage>maybe>oi>Airen asks the director if he's the father and he responds absolutely not>disappointing, she feels she can't return home without results>the Bearkos just want the baby to be happy and as its existence invites love, the director decides to help the investigation>seems he isn't shameless after all>as the director lets that slide, he asks where to start as they don't really have any leads>it seems he'll have to get help from the artists
>as the director thinks about who to ask, the Bearkos run outside with the baby to play as it's sulking>Airen wonders if they just got tired of talking>she's also a bit worried as she needs them to return and travel to other worlds>well, it doesn't seem like there's much point to wrangling them as they likely won't sit still and will come back on their own>following the director, Airen asks if he has somebody in mind>well, if it's about babies, there's an artist who tends to paint young girls...>while it's a bit of a stretch, she seems like a starting point at least>coming into the studio, we find an artist admiring a new girl>combining purity and melancholy, how inspiring and beautiful!>the girl can't seem to get a word in>Rembrandt remarks another confusing thing has come again>again?>just a figure of speech>oh, director! today I just had the most wonderful meeting with this most beautiful model girl>the director quickly ponders if she's another other worlder which the quick realization surprises her>this is the first Bouguereau has learned of this!>you didn't realize?>how did you meet her?>Bouguereau was at the flower shop picking flowers to adorn her next painting's model>there she noticed the girl looking uncharacteristically sullen for buying flowers in a flower shop>upon learning she's lost and doesn't know where to go, she offers to take her to the museum which the girl accepts
>hearing that story, Rembrandt asks why's she here instead of the museum then>it seems Bouguereau shifted into heading to her studio and asking her to model at some point>were you trying to something inappropriate>so you kidnapped a girl and held her captive in your studio>Bouguereau defends herself claiming the museum's quite far so she just wanted them to take a small break>and then she could do a bit of modeling while they were here on the side>there were no other intentions, maybe, possibly, definitely!>I found a lost girl in a flower shop and wanted her to relax a bit by modeling, I was doing a virtuous and good deed>the director gives Bouguereau a thwack on the forehead and yells at her to not bring in girls to model for her own convenience>Airen asking the girl if she was brought here because of the Bearkos she responds she doesn't really know as a big hole just suddenly opened up, sucked her in, and dropped her here>seems she just got randomly caught up in transdimensional turbulence from the Bearkos warping>asking why she wanted to come to the museum>she just guessed since there's so much art here, an art museum might help somehow, anyways it seems you guys have your own business, so she's sorry to trouble us>Bouguereau finally asks why we're here anyways>a quick flash forward past the rundown, asking Bouguereau if she knows anything, she says no>she wasn't even around for the first Kuma Robot incident>by the way, Bouguereau tells Airen her outfit is sexy, like really sexy>this angers Airen who reveals she can't wear much due to her hands and accuses Bouguereau's eyes and heart of being shameless>this complete mismatch of dress and tone enchants Bouguereau who finds the contrast superb>the director says she's not the type to lay hands directly, so please be lenient with her
>we cut to finding the Bearkos and it's apparently been a few days according to Airen who says she and Anemone have been stranded for a while>it seems they really have just been searching, but also, whenever any guy sees the baby, they immediately become mad wanting to be its dad and then they have to run away>it's not like we were sightseeing>by the way, Bearko, have you been to the famous spa yet?>anyways, it seems it's time to go to another world>Anemone decides to help in the matter and Bouguereau wants to follow her because she's worried about her>however the Director is worried about Bouguereau>Anemone seems quite positive about it and earnestly invites somebody to come along to experience another world>she was considering Ingres who was a very nice caretaker, but it seems she's busy>the director suggests Rembrandt who's a bit surprised and asks why her>the director just thought since she's the researching type and has her studies on death, she'd be the right person for it>also he feels it'd be rude to reject Anemone's offer flatly, so Rembrandt accepts>Airen decides it'd probably be best for her to head back to Gespenst now, she'd like to share some of the art Bouguereau taught her to the island>Bouguereau asks if she'd like her to come, but Airen says she'll do it without her>why, everybody refuses me, I just want to see sexy girls from another world, I mean a strange other world too!>I'll just go to a different world then to investigate!>Bearko can arrange that>will she be okay?>the director says despite how she seems, she has more common sense than you'd think, so he's actually quite hopeful for her to aid the investigation>Kuro tries to set all the warping right and suddenly a big hole sucks in everybody but the Director and he wishes them a safe journey>elsewhere we see baby bear robots being ominous appearing all over Athenes>it would be a while before the threat was realized
>>1967533yea, I need to spend these 1500 exchange points, and I'm not interested in any of the other designs. I never rolled before since there was always at least one alien I didn't like. I would like the strongest one for the alien side story missions. also I'm probably still going to keep borrowing chupina for everything since other people have her with 5 unlocks.
>>1967853Having your own Chupina means you can rent the futa idols
was said before but I really wish MC wasn't a shotathe H-scenes where mc looks like a literal kid and the girl towers over him are such a huge turnoff
was said before but I really wish the girls weren't monster girlsthe H-scenes where the girls look like literal animals with claws and scales and fur are such a huge turnoff
>>1968094Monster girls are hot though, the only ones I don't like are the ones where there's no girl left and it's just full monster.
>>1967599Ah, well I guess thank you for deciding to go ahead and do it anon. I've no idea how any of the other games are, shame if they aren't as good or if flower knight got powercrept to oblivion apparently. It's a pretty good summary.Though I just want to note that with regards to >>1967692, Rembrant's studies aren't just "death, it's specifically "the Art of Death", a core facet of their world. Art is filled with the emotions and desires of the Artist who makes it, and if those emotions are overwhelmingly negative or become distorted, then the work of art can transform into an Art of Death, coming to life as a physical manifestation of the negativity that spawned it and often causing harm to others as a result. She's researching it's origin and creation, and says that the other more direct and intentional means that are used to transform artworks into Arts of Death is a blashpemous and heretical action that stains the soul, and she herself is drawn to it.The first Artist of Death enemy encountered is a child riding on a grotesque, frankensteined mishmash and it's very heavily implied that she murdered people and used their corpses to make it, and after she escapes, the next room shows a man being torn to ribbons by a Painting AoD with a description of his organs only barely attached to his mutilated body. That painting then later BEGS TO BE KILLED and is put out of it's misery. The first chapter is following the disappearance of Van Gogh's sister and it's revealed that having noticed Van Gogh's depression and angered that her sister can't find success, she either decided or was convinced to manipulate Gogh's depression to turn her into an Artist of Death because the negativity influencing her work has filled it with such despair that it would become an Art of Death that far surpasses any other. She had already turned one of Gogh's portraits into Art of Death; the suicidal Painting mentioned prior. As an aside this game is shocking dark
You're all being sent to the re-education centers, wan.
>>1968092Agreed, yeah. The ones where he either looks normal or is obscured enough to look normal are the best ones. It's too weird otherwise.
>>1968092fuck off retard
>>1968106Yeah, those are the best. The POV ones where there's nothing wrong and it just looks like a normal h-scene.
Great.Next this thread's going to start saying Luka should've been a fully grown fat man in his mid 30s
After getting to the map where you use Blola, I am not sure I want her anymore now that she has raped my ears
>>1968152Really? I didn't think it was bad. The only character I think that rapes my ears is Chupina where I mute the game whenever I deploy her.
My favorite H-scenes are the ones where the MC is quite apparent. It makes them feel way more personal and romantic.
>>1967882that's true, but there isn't really any content that needs that. The only time I'm going to use someone different would be during the youkai boss battles with selectable restrictions. Those are incredibly difficult and would warrant either paid igni or rakion.
>>1968152>>1968153yea, this. I play muted with chupina as well as summer okyu.
>>1968151>if you don't like shota then obviously you must want ugly bastard tier shitthat's kind of a stupid leap in logic isn't it>>1968154romantic stuff is the best yea
>>1968143>normal h-scene"I wish this game wasn't animay looking for weirdos and was for normal people" tier kind of shit. There are games that do exactly what you want, now shoo.
as a heads up for our newfriend, there's like five anons posting in this thread and not at the same timereplying multiple times on a thread like this just makes you stand out like a sore thumb
>>1968159I saw the word POV and immediately understood you just wanted the guy to be close to yourself is all
>>1968158I don't hate Chupina's voice but Fast Charger + Rapid Charger then pressing the auto button rapes your ears like no other thing in the game like nothing else comes close
>>1968158>muting the SHOOTOI can't really blame you given she screams it but I just love her voice and how she says things in general it's great, her interrupting herself during Octuple Shot just makes it even funnier.>>1968162yeah. i think this is the first time i remember it being this 'active' since the last collab.
>>1968164I'm not even the one who made the POV post, that just sounds like pure projection on your part anon. I don't get why you're even sperging out over this in the first place. If people can have different tastes in Monster Girls then people can have different tastes in the men who have sex with them.
>>1968169>yeah. i think this is the first time i remember it being this 'active' since the last collab. It's definitely someone new since we've had this discussion about H-scenes and it was pretty chill so it has to be someone new that picked up the game and has very strong opinions about it since I don't recall anyone replying angrily like this in previous discussions.
>>1968172Yeah, tastes and preferences come in all shapes and sizes. Miss when this site was all about through dick unity but these days everyone's too busy waging culture wars or trying to kill someone who has a different opinion.
>>1968173>>1968177Why do you play a porn game where the main theme is the monster girl x shota? This certainly can't be the only monster girl game out there.
>>1968172There's only one "taste in men who have sex with them" in this game though, so put up with it or fuck off, not exactly interested in your opinion about looking "normal".
Do I buy anything here? I am strongly considering buying 6 of the awakening tokens (that makes 2 right?) for my cute little chicken
>>1968186>>1968183You've convinced me to not advertise my other DMM games, thanks. I thought the other guys were freaking out about mass tourism but if there's a chance of attracting creatures like you then I'll pass.
>>1968186maybe you should be the one to fuck off if you can't put up with any differing opinions, newfaggot.>>1968187Pazuzu is extremely good for his passive ability and Space Vivi's skill is very powerful, so I'd suggest one of those two.
>>1968191You sure are one to talk about tourism, huh. Take a hike already.
>>1968192I guess I'll pick up Pazuzu soon, when I'm ready to upgrade it.
>>1968192Not that anon but I've been saving for space vivi. Picking up beastgod lulu is extremely tempting because she's so cute and I really like her but saving for space vivi takes priority. And on the topic of vivi, I really dislike how the machine translates it to "bibi" or "bivi" so I ended up adding a preprocessor line to translate all instances of it to "Vivi" or "Viviace". Already very used to the game so I should just disable the MTL patch given that it fucks up a lot of things that I am far too lazy to fix (and not very motivated to fix if it's just going to bring loud idiots to the thread) but the convenience of having the game tips that show up whenever a new mechanic or new monster is introduced be automatically translated is huge so I end up keeping it enabled just for that. Ideally bepin has a key to enable/disable translation for things like these but I was never able to summon the command menu in the game so it is what it is.
>>1968199Alt + T is what turns it translations on and off, I don't know why but at first it didn't work for me but it does now.
>>1968206Yeah, there's a set of keybinds that do shit. It didn't work for me at the start so I gave up on them but if they work now then that's fantastic. Thanks for the tip.
>>1968198I ended up having a similar dilemma when I first started myself, but I was eventually able to get them and Pazuzu's been pretty much locked into the sub slot since then; the Beast God in the front varies sometimes but the skill cooldown and reduced attack interval is just ridiculously good>>1968199Very understandable, Space Vivi's skill is extremely powerful. I was able to get Pannier thankfully, so I haven't felt the need to go for them yet. If you already have duplicates of the alien clone subskills though then they give you a lot of vivi medals when you get them the next time, which is nice.>bibiyeah correcting that starts to be a pain after a while. Glad the tool seems to be getting better for you at least. I can't really blame you for the lack of motivation, though.
I've been getting this bug recently with the last patch, retreating gets bugged and cost accumulates while the time and enemies/units are frozen.
>>1968186>only onei'm late to this but there isn't, evidently, if they were discussing how they enjoyed the scenes that weren't that. meanwhile you're throwing a frankly embarrassing bitchfit over them not liking what you like and then demanding the older anons leave for the crime of you getting your feelings hurt by their opinions. i deeply regret there ever having been a mgq crossover given that octopus/harpy loving faggot keeps bringing over spastic retards like you. do us all a favor and go back to your own general.
>>1968247Actually, now that I think about it, every single time it happens its her causing it.
>>1968254So guess she ended up gamebreaking but not in a good way
>>1968247>>1968254Huh, I wonder what on earth could be causing it....? They'll definitely have to fix this soon at least, if it's freezing both units and enemies then the game itself becomes unwinnable or at least incredibly broken and unstable so long as Murazar is there. Poor girl.......she just wanted to research Ancient Shotamerian legends.>>1968256She seemed like she had a pretty fun kit at least, I really like the flavor they put into her. I hope they do more obscure Monster Girls like her in the future, it's always a very nice surprise. All things considered she's pretty well done.>>1968248I was gonna say "I pulled Cliffo the Griffo!" but uh, huh, I didn't really think of that like that. sorry. I just really enjoy discussing the stuff in this game, and I had some fun conversations about it over there too.I did pull Cliffo though, who I've also been hoping to get for a while, and I am still happy about that. Thank you, Okyuu, for Kraken Economy. Now Rycliff can finally fight things together with her.
>>1968248I'm more surprised that the MGQ general is still alive enough to shit up other generals personally. Isn't that a game from 2011? How come discussion survived all the way until 2026?
>>1968295yea, saw that after I scrolled down, my bad.
Well I did all the 65 maps and got no aliens for it, I guess I'll have to ignore the alien only maps for now.
>>1968183Genuinely curious question. The game wears its tags proudly and for everyone to see so I find it strange that people would dislike a core theme of the game and remain for so long.>>1968248The anon throwing insults is someone else btwThe one that brought up the MGQ comparison was me though.
>>1968311it's not really that hard, anons just like monster girls and there's a serious drought of actually good monster girl content. if they just like the scenes where it's just focusing on the monster girl and not the shotacon x monster girl i don't see a problem with that when they aren't shitting on people who do like those scenes. it baffles me that has to be brought up, frankly.>i brought up luka but i'm not the one insulting peoplethe guy spazzing out also claimed to have made the post specifically referring to mgq so "one" of you is clearly samefagging at this point, and you'll have to forgive me when i say i believe you're probably both the same guy and you aren't helping your case.>>1968268yes. survived because of the rpg they made. anons also just tend to like the game in general. it's good, but i never cared for turn based games so i never really cared.>>1968261i appreciate the effort you put in at least. it is kind of nice to see you do actually like the game that much.you could just stop bringing it up in the other general if it's gonna attract retards though.
>>1968329Not just monster girls in general, game gets the TD fest and Kumafes that encourages and rewards players of other DMM games to check out this game regardless of their love for monster girls or not. I personally don't have strong feelings towards monster girls either way and do dislike the MC being a shota but I do like tower defense games and have played both Aigis and Shiropro along with other Kumasan games so being here is only natural given that the games I play are encouraging me to play this game and rewarding me for doing so.
>>1968329There's a difference in nuance to say it's not for me vs "wish MC wasn't a shota" or "a huge turnoff".Not to mention there's an even more bigger drought of shota.
>>1968345I don't think anyone cares if there's a drought of something they don't like to be quite frank. Even worse if you're new to the general and start making demands from people from day one, that will just make people dislike it even more because now they're associating something they don't like with a clown having a meltdown over others not liking it.
>>1968347I've been here for awhile. The last time you all had this conversation I just let it go because the conversation wasn't leaning into shota erasure.
>>1968248I wish you would shut the fuck up about your strawman that I'm not, I've been here before the MGQ collabs, and the most that I can say is that I appreciated the MGQ collabs. I'm not your strawman. And they aren't "enjoying scenes that aren't that", they are enjoying scenes that they can delude themselves to not be with a shota, but it is still with a shota. I like the content in the game, YOU faggots are the ones demanding it to be something else, and you act like you're the fucking target audience and I should be leaving? beyond delusional. I'll be here until the game dies because, you know, unlike you subhumans, I LIKE THE H-CONTENT IN THE GAME.>>1968347>you wouldn't care about having a drought of a content they don't likeAnd yet more proof that you morons are the ones that don't belong. Literally saying "well would be nice if this game would stop being what it is since "I" don't like it. No, I'm not here "day one", either. I've seen you faggots cry and whine about the scenes once, and I thought "wow, what a bunch of faggots, but I suppose that's the audience we'll get when collabing with games that aren't shota". Acting like there wasn't some push last time this has been discussed is objectively wrong because this is NOT the first time I've told people to stop crying about the main content of the game. It's rare for an event story to not bring up oneeshota in some way or form. People who appreciate this content are happy, people who don't? tough luck, this game WAS NOT made for you. You can still play it, demand it changes to be something else? fuck off.
>>1968422And a fun fact: MC is obscured or "looks normal" almost entirely on old scenes from when the game had just released, you can see this just by playing the scenes of release characters and so on, that MC's hair would be over his eyes or it would be in an angle that you can only see half of his body, just take a look at the gallery on the panda if you're lazy to check them personally yourself, pretty much 100% of them were like that early on, compare it to latest characters and you'll see that most of the time his face is visible, besides a few blowjob/paizuri scenes and so on, and even those often show his face. This was something the JP fanbase asked for, and I'm glad they listened to them, I prefer it that way as well.At this point I'm glad they'll never listen to the west side of things, and maybe the IP block was deserved.
i was gonna express disappointment at first that this wasn’t just some spastic tourist but honestly now im just impressed at the sheer level of seething assmad on display here. are you the same retard who was whining about “muh gameplay niggas” and said he’d hunt people down if it eos’d because he only likes the scenes and doesn’t even care about the actual game? because I don’t think you get to bitch about target audiences and japan’s player base either.
>>1968507Only person assmad around here is you, seeing as you're desperate to try to make that connection, I have no idea what the correlation is between this and that, I appreciate the gameplay enough, I'm not here only for it. How about arguing with the point made instead of just trying to call names and strawmans?
>>1968508i'm sure>the only one assmadis the one who made three posts in a row malding in a very embarrassing fashion, which was (you). i don't need to argue with the drivel of an idiot who whines about 'muh namecalling' 'muh strawman' while writing paragraphs of the same thing.
>>1968509I didn't make three posts. You are living and dying by pretending there's only one person who's telling people who don't like the game's H-content to fuck off, and you're wrong, gotta say I'm not interested in arguing with someone who goes>you must be that one faggot, no? then you're that other faggot. no? well, you're a BIG faggot and samefag!Either. Have a nice day.
>>1968512you're honestly gonna pretend you're not a massive samefaggot when this thread has like five or six people at best? it's kind of pathetic to not be able to stand by your own liquid shit, but what should i expect from such subhuman tardrage.do us all a favor and leave. or at least refrain from embarrassing yourself and shitting up this thread any further.
>>1968517Maybe I should teach you about how 4chan works as well, since you seem to be a tourist in this regard too, a slow thread like this just won't have people consistently posting all the time, some people will just check it once in a while, and if they see something they're interested in engaging with, they will. No, there is NOT only 5-6 people that browse this thread total. At best you could say that those are the ones who post every day, if you want to sell your narrative this badly.
>>1968519>three posts with the same writing style within hours of each other continuing the same train of thought on one long tirade against the big mean people that he doesn't like>"wtf it could've been anyone who made those"this is just sad lmao, you're dumber than any character in the game
>>1968528The first post in the "three posts with the same writing style", was not in the same style, as it's not schooling people about the game's history, so no, they're not in the same style. Will leave it to that anon to bother with this if he even sees a point, I got better things to do now, at the end of the day, you people will never be heard, and it seems like it is a good thing.
>>1968532>you people will never be heard, and it seems like it is a good thing.i agree, your bitching will never be heard or acknowledged by the actual developers, and i think that it's a good thing. now stop making yourself look like a moron. my point is the same even if there's two of you retards, anyway. don't be a spaz. it shouldn't be that hard. unless you're a spaz.>"schooling"lmaohis face wasn't even mentioned by those anons, it was solely just how he was drawn by some of the artists.
>>1968537>I said this before, I wish the MC wasn't a shota>i-it's just about how he's drawn!!!Yawn.
>>1968538>anon says this>then clarifies it's the ones where he looks like a five year old, and not a short manlet/14 year old, that turns him off, from the size disparitypersonally i'm only bothered if they don't draw him well, but either way it's a retarded thing to have such a hangup about. game has scenes for everyone, let them like the scenes they like.
>left for a day after making fun of the shota hater>come back to a warzonewewalso>you need to respect my heckin wholesome different opinion that a fundamental aspect of the games setting sucks actuallydegradation of a fanbase/hobby moment
Quality posters right hereThank you /mgq/ for sending your finest
>>1968641This completely retarded deflection pretending that it's fans from monster girl quest that are supposedly attacking the poor non-shota fanboys is honestly the cherry on top of the shit cake. It's delusions on top of delusions, all to pretend that it's some evil bad guy raiding my innocent core content haters, couldn't possibly be people who like this game and aren't interested in playing nice with people who directly dislike the content they do.
>>1968648it's okay, you'll be free to fuck kids in peace after everyone leaves and you're alone in here having your mass spergouts
>>1968649>you like monster girls x shota? you want to fuck a shota! You got me. I'm a monster girl. You're leaving now? best news so far.
Never expected to see some retard have a meltdown that lasted over a day in this place but I guess this thread had escaped shitposting for too long
How the fuck did we even get from "I think some of these scenes turn me off" to "shota erasure" to fucking pedoaccusations in here?? All under twenty-four hours even?? And solely directed as The Master, out of all characters?? People horny post over Vivi and Fairies and Cute Carbuncles and the Dwarf-In-The-Flask and the Blob, but HE'S where you draw the line?? I'm just totally bewildered.Especially because I think The Master is one of the best parts of the entire game, which he SHOULD be because he's the bloody protagonist and he's unironically a great one. It's not even just about the setting, although I agree with that too: the very concept of Gespenst Island does not work without him, you'd have to redo the entire setting from scratch if you tried to replace him. Yet you shouldn't want to because Master is just a really endearing guy, and part of the point of him is that he's actually a really masculine guy in spirit and he's just insecure over it because of his appearance; he's very competent, empathetic, harsh but fair when he needs to be, and he's always doing his best in the sex scenes (that I've seen anyway) to please his partner and make them happy and even tries to take the lead a lot of the time. Gespenst Island is also just something I find very relaxing, and a lot of that comes from him and his interactions with the Monster Girls. It's just a really comfy place and I really like the adventures there. Do I find all the scenes I've watched good, no, but that's just a given with any h-game and I'll tell you this pretty much all of them are better than 99% of what's in MGQ and he's unironically more masculine than nearly every male there.I just like this guy a lot, and I wouldn't change a damn thing about him.also, there is no "/mgq/", it's "/mggg/", for monster girl games general. it's not exclusively just about Monster Girl Quest, that's just de-facto the flagship game for it.
>>1968736>How the fuck did we even get from "I think some of these scenes turn me off" to "shota erasure" to fucking pedoaccusations in here??Pretty common in /vg/ or the other faster threads on this awful board to escalate the issue and go full scorched earth until you drive out the things you hate or either side gets tired.I think it's pretty normal to be uncomfortable or not like the scenes where the master looks like a five year old or some tiny creature since there's nothing erotic or arousing about that but somehow that ended up as wanting "Total Shota Erasure" and some idiot having a giant meltdown because others don't like the same things he does and are 'degrading the hobby' for disagreeing with him.Just another example why /vg/ was a mistake and how a single idiot can poison and ruin an entire general for everyone since the thread went from civil discussions and people understanding different points of view to angry shouting and everything taken to illogical extremes.
>>1968741You're just going to keep trying to push the blame on some /vg/ raid forever, pathetic that you're trying to paint yourself a victim while acting like all opinions that disagree with your side was some newfag/raid, you poisoned this well, you just keep grouping up my posts and other people's post as "this one guy", and I'm sure you'll only double down on this.
>>1968760"All the opinions" when this thread is so small that it has like five anons posting that have never had these sorts of issues, problems or complaints in the past.If this thread never had these issues on previous days and other DMM games also do not have these issues, I wonder where the problem posters could have come from. The thread also sped up exponentially after being advertised on another board and comparisons to a particular game keep popping up, surely that must be a coincidence too.You might be experienced in arguing people down in shitholes like /vg/ where you can hide behind large crowds of posters but there's no such thing here so your posts really stand out with how they disturb the status quo and normal order of things around here.
>>1968771>when this thread is so small that it has like five anons postingStill going with this retarded tourist take that simply doesn't understand slow threads, I see. Really is a waste of time to reply to you, guess you'll have to live with if "there's only 5 posters" that ever lurks this game's threads, one of them will always reply aggressively to complaints about the MC and the game's H-content now. That is all.
>>1968777>yes i will spitefully derail the thread in the future if someone dares not like the exact specific kind of scene that i likenta, i don't care if you aren't a tourist but you are still the one who shat up the thread originally by sperging out like a retard just because you immediately leapt to imaginary claims of "they must want to restructure the entire setting" and not what the anon actually said which was just he didn't like the size disparity in some of the scenes. and now you try to claim you aren't the well poisoner here. you are delusional. so i hope you're able to put up with you getting shit if/when you pull this again, too.
>>1968788Sure, now, nta, reply to the post that leapt to those imaginary claims and let's see if you are talking with who you think you are talking to.
Guess we'll just have to deal with a local retard now, I mean, Shotard.
>>1968792i'm not giving you a brick of (you)s, and it's irrelevant regardless; no one was "leaning into shota erasure" just because one anon said he finds too big a size disparity a turnoff, no one was "demanding the setting be changed", so this spaz attack was all over fucking nothing but a severely autistic individual being unable to put up with different opinions. i've noticed that this happens every once in a blue moon, so there's definitely one anon here who's simply unable to handle any differing opinions and disproportionately defensive over perceived attacks against the game. are you that anon? i'm unsure, it's impossible to know. although i do believe they are the one who had the autism melty, i do not know if that is (you).but it wouldn't matter because my reply to you would be the same even if your only post in this thread was the one you just made about "i will always aggressively bitch and moan over anyone who has a complaint for any of the sex scenes": you are retarded, and you are the problem. this isn't your hugbox, and not everyone who likes the game also likes exactly what you like. grow up and deal with it.
>>1968826You're right about one thing, this isn't your hugbox. Goes both ways.
>>1968827yeah, it does go both ways. and i can put up with people discussing stuff i don't like. can you? evidently not. maybe learn that skill because you're going to need it.
>>1968827I'm glad you're taking time away from masturbating to little boys to shit up our thread but what happened to it being a "waste of time" to reply or how "that was all"? Have you decided that this thread deserves your full attention after all?Every post you make just digs your hole even deeper and outs you as the cancerous fucking cunt you are and just makes your position worse since it's clear you're just some parasite looking to shit up the thread for cheap entertainment
>>1968832i'm going to point out you're not really better either if you're the one who leapt to slinging PEDOPHILE PEDOPHILE PEDOPHILE over this, it's certainly not helping your own position either. i don't have double standards, i'm perfectly capable of thinking both of you are retards. it's a monster GIRL game first and foremost, so using this as evidence that he wants to have sex with goushujin over all the cute girls is just as ridiculous as 'i don't like the size disparity' leading to "he must want to remove all attractive young males from the game"
>>1968832You just managed to bait me with going about me being a shotacon or someone from /vg/'s monster girl thread. You're trying to make an enemy out of a general who's been obviously the most fitting collab we had, as an enemy, because of me, someone who's never browsed that general. It's such a schizo take, that I really don't know how you're not getting ganged up for this. But you're not wrong, it's has been a waste of my time, you win on that.
>>1968838I strongly believe people deserve the same energy they give. If someone's nice, polite and respectful then they deserve to be treated the same way and it'd be a disservice to do otherwise regardless of their opinions or beliefs. On the other hand, if someone's going to be a cunt that then they deserve to be treated the same way they treat and address others because it's a waste to treat retards with respect. And to reply to the local clown, I'm not "looking to make an enemy of a general". I'm making fun of your retarded ass specifically. If you're going to enter a thread slinging shit, derailing into shit and shitting it up then don't cry when the same shit is flung back at your face where it belongs. If you don't like it then contain your autism and treat other people the same way you want or simply hide the posts, there's no reason why a random throwaway complaint should have derailed the thread for two days just because you couldn't handle other people not liking the same things as you.
>>1968850You're the only one crying around here, and I just made fun of you for trying to push a narrative about me being this person, being this other guy, being a raider from /vg/'s monster girl quest thread, because supposedly monster girl quest fans are very interested in ruining this game's thread, I suppose. You're the one who's ranting that I destroyed this thread, so who's crying? You. I'm perfectly fine with the state of the thread.
>>1968850anon i understand the idea of replying in kind, but leaping to screaming pedophile does literally nothing but make you look just as retarded, and if that IS what you actually believe then it would also retroactively mean that anon's grievances with you are either now personally motivated by you accusing them of being a pedophile or entirely justified regardless of how much they did indeed end up derailing the thread if you actually do think everyone who likes those scenes you don't like is in it for him if he looks young enough and not, you know, the very hot monster girls that are the actual focus of every single fucking scene in this game. it is, perhaps, the single worst possible response you could have made unless you want to make him look like he had a point. if you want to sling shit i understand, but don't be even more disproportionate.>>1968854in all fairness a good number of the samefagccusations are actually mine (and i stand by and still believe that you are a massive fucking samefag, i'm not afraid to own why i say), but evidence was provided that you are not a tourist which was also why i expressed disappointment over that prior. if the anon is still of the belief that you're a newfag then, well, i think i would have to say he is even more retarded than you are.
>>1968867Tourist or not, spending two whole days shitting the thread over the dumbest shit imaginable then proceeding to brag and gloat about it like they just did something amazing and would do it again deserves zero respect because anyone who does that is the worst possible sort of person and the type of poster that killed this site for everyone since it's now very hard to find actual game discussion on this website due to autistic freaks like that always needing to be in control of a thread at all times and start screaming whenever anyone says something they do not personally approve of.Plus, if your opinions are so strong that you'd go to war saying dumb shit like "shota erasure" or "shota droughts" then there's definitely something suspicious in there.
>>1968875>if your opinions are so strong that you'd go to war saying dumb shit like "shota erasure" or "shota droughts"I didn't make either of those posts, but whatever makes you sleep, I know this is going to go back to samefagging accusations, and since the other anons involved are just not bothering, hey, guess I do end up looking like a samefag.I said this before, I'm just glad your braindead takes are going to be only in this thread, and JP has no issues with oneeshota stuff. Good riddance.
>>1968877So let's walk through this one: You "didn't make any of those posts" but still got irrationally angry, still bragged about shitposting, still felt personally attacked and still continued this awful argument while being an absolute cunt and continuing to be one despite "not being the one responsible"? How is anyone supposed to believe that? And I'd imagine JP has no such issues because they don't have any idiots derailing or vandalizing entire threads for days over minor disagreements, just a thought.
>>1968875i would have to agree with that at least, spastic mongoloids who just can't keep their tism in check and have melties over the dumbest possible things have been a cancer on every board and there's definitely one in this general who's had tantrum spirals like this before whenever someone said something he didn't approve of.>i said before i'm glad your braindead takes are only in this thread>but i'm NOT the anon who said that at the third post during the climax of the most extravagant meltdown this general has ever had>i'm also not bothered and don't feel like responding which is why i'm still responding and also am very proud of my shitpostingget your story straight you retard, holy shit you couldn't out yourself more obviously if you fucking tried
>>1968879>You "didn't make any of those posts" but still got irrationally angry, still bragged about shitposting, still felt personally attacked and still continued this awful argument while being an absolute cunt andYou're the one feeling this hurt around this whole thing. Can't have a disagreement in a thread without thinking the person involved is fuming and about to have a breakdown? My strongest thought about this is genuinely that I've wasted some of my time. I'll have no issues having a discussion with other posters by tomorrow. Unless someone feel like randomly mentioning they don't like the MC being a shota, then I'd drop a "fuck off retard" and go on my day. Now there's a post I made earlier.
>I'll have no issues having a discussion with other posters>Unless someone hates on shotas then I'll sperg out again
>fuck off retard>AIIIIIIIEEE HE'S SPERGING OUTGuess people are going to have to watch out for this snowflake's fragility from here on.
>Guess people are going to have to watch out for this snowflake's fragility from here on.Man did you type that looking at a mirror or something? The irony of saying something like this when the entire situation is caused due to some special snowflake that couldn't handle different opinions and wants to hold the entire thread hostage if they ever mention his trigger words ever again.
There seems to be very few rerun banners that I've seen, If I wanted a Christmas 2025 unit, will I have to wait until Christmas 2026 for them to show up again in a banner?
>>1968741youre shitting up the thread with your samefagging retardation and projecting out of your ass because you were called out for being a tourist faggot who cant stomach the literal main conceit of the video game this thread is aboutif thats not degradation then nothing is
>>1968902Not necessarily; I've seen them rerun summer alts out of season and I got one of the christmas costumes in the middle of the summer when I joined, so they might rerun a christmas banner before then, even if it's odd to do so.
Is there any point to these type of subskill slates, they look too expensive to be worth making and there seem to be quite a few meaning its not worth making the first few which are possibly weaker.
>>1968920What's your issue with that one? Tokens can be very useful, and with certain characters those multipliers will always be up when needed. But if you're hurting for subskills you shouldn't bother with those slates just yet, no.
>>1968920They're mostly for trophies; the tokens usually are just for fun, but some of them can be actually good. The Medusa Soul is one of them, due to the Medusa it summons, and the bonuses being pretty good for teams that can inflict those conditions; those damage bonuses are pretty huge. I'm also pretty fond of Cerberus Soul and Kraken Soul, the latter has a massive 1.5x damage bonus against blindness, which is only balanced out by blindness being mediocre and surprisingly very rare to begin with (barely any girls inflict it). That being said they're also very costly so you should only really get them when you really want one in particular or you have enough subskills to spare. It's better to go for some of the other Labrynth Skills first.unfortunately Okyuu cannot actually summon the Kraken due to her own Kraken Tokens overriding it so you have to give it to someone else for the two to be on a team together. It is very funny to do this though.
>>1968924>>1968927I'll wait until I have more subskills then, I barely have enough as is and some of my team still use the purples and one blue one.
>>1968930that's perfectly fine anon, some of those will probably be useful for a long while anyways.
I swear someone said you could solo these alien only maps with Chupina, I got a lvl 90 Blola as my sole alien and I'm struggling halfway through these maps. I'm at the point where Blola kills everything and a borrowed lvl 150 Chupina with two subskills that reduce skill time kills mandragoras
I see no way at all for these two to do map 6 with the big alien mothership, it sounds like its weak to magic so I can't even dent it.
>>1969131>>1969155You can have Chupina solo almost any enemy or level; the only ones that she cannot are ones that hard counter physical attackers or gimmicks or that will very quickly punish you for trying to spam damage.Which, granted, is not very common, so she can still bulldoze almost everything, but as far as the Alien Secrets goes the sixth stage really is the only one that she will be deadweight on and I think that was absolutely by design because there's just no way the developers didn't anticipate people trying to cheese the entire thing with Chupina: hence the spaceship necessitating magic damage. The trouble is aliens are already limited enough as it is, especially if you had to rely on the loaner. I myself only own two aliens, one of which was the welfare handed out during the last time when they added the Alien Secrets (Lumyuda, who was likely added as a healer so you could at least be guaranteed to have SOMEONE who could heal) but because of how the rewards for past Alien Events in subsequent ones work you'll need to wait for the second week to obtain her. The other is Marzea who I just happened to obtain, who ended up being a big help since Empress is good for locking down lone corners.I ended up clearing the stage by loaning the Moon Rabbit Girl (otherwise cashgated) and having her and Marzea work together to deal with the thing and the mobs, but now that Trivera's come around, judging by that huge burn damage multiplier you could probably kill the Mothership by using her too. Thankfully for you Blola has healing and AoE, so she might be able to just sit back and wall off the goal.
just started, any way to play on 60 fps?
Blola's h-scenes are terrible and that alone makes her a bad unit
>>1969323they are? I don't own her and wasn't interested in rolling for her anyways, but that's unfortunate, then. what was it about them?
For those who care about it, Rembrant is indeed the focus of the next collab event, and the other girl is actually Nidra the Fafnir Girl, which I guess was why she also happened to show up in the event this time.I'm sure they'll release a better quality version of this image eventually.
is this game generous? how long does it take me to build a pity?
>>1969320>>1969370Welcome anon, hope you enjoy it.The game is generous when you start out, if you're dedicated at least: it takes 45,000 to guarantee a girl via sparking them, and you can easily amass that through the Boss Challenges and all the gem rewards. However the gems from all the generous rewards are finate so I'd suggest you use them carefully until a girl you know you want comes around. Once you burn through all the generous gem rewards, it takes longer to build them up again. You'll need to make progress through the main story to unlock those bosses to get the gems from them though. Also, if you can, try to make sure you clear the Seven-Day-Starting Dash: you will get a bonus subskill from it that's unobtainable otherwise, and it's a very useful one. You'll only be able to make progress on it one day at a time, but the rewards for it are worth that. The only troublesome part is clearing the first bonus stage from Silva's Event as it requires careful management of the cows, but you can worry about that whenever you get there.
>>1969370During my first new years event a few months ago I hit pity twice with no regrets after that it slows down a lot.
>>1969487you burned through that twice on the same banner, damn man what girl got you that down bad for her
>>1969492Obviously I had to get Ruisha several times but I did spark Platina as well
>>1969487>>1969374how long does it take after it slows down
>>1969521you get 5000/month without promos, but you get so much free rolls (that can roll limited) from promo you get about 1/3rd of the entire L roster without spending any gems at all. I have 700k+ gems, trust me.
Finished all the alien stages with 3-stars by borrowing a chupinaWas expecting harder honestly
>>1970167>Used Chupina>"Was expecting harder honestly"then do it without her
>>1970220Game has weird difficulty curves where some stages make you wonder how the fuck I'm supposed to clear that versus stages that look hard but everyone meltsI was bracing myself for one of those ultra bs stages but it never came
>>1970222you're using the most broken character who isn't paid for and then get surprised that nothing's hard because they're broken. i don't know what to tell you. it's self-inflicted.
I did it, I beat the 40th floor and with an earth team too, though I use the term team very loosely. Also fuck the 29th floor, I can ignore that I didn't even 3* it.
>>1970924Congrats anon! I really enjoy the Dragon fights, I had a lot of fun fighting them with various teams. The Earth Dragon was a pretty big trial for my Earth Team though since I had almost no one who could do magic damage off-skill for it at the time; killing him took the team eleven minutes, which I admit I actually enjoyed since the minions helped keep my attention and prevented things from just getting stagnant or turning to auto-mode. If I redid it now that I have the original Lauren and Pannier though it'd probably go a lot faster. Love the Labrynth; I'm looking forward to the next floor set.>floor 29ah yeah I don't think I had too much issue with it normally but completing the Rare Only Challenge required a lot of RNG because it came down entirely to Fermi and her weapon giving her skill a high instant-kill chance, which the Will-o'-Wisps are weak to. So it was dependent on if Fermi was able to immediately kill both of them the moment that they spawned in because it's just a massive pain otherwise.
>heading deeper into the ruins, it transitions into what seems to be a laboratory, but still similar to what would be found on the planet>it seems these sort of bases mimic the structures of the planet they're on for camouflage, but it's strange for this double layering which only trend-savvy space girls would catch onto>while there's a lot to be wary about, Pinda knows she can't back out with nothing to show for it lest she get viciously mocked by a lazily gaming Pupiperuza>as Vivi remarks on the high quality of the space princess impression, a third party remarks that the malice in it seems to also reflect attachment and love>the mysterious woman has finally revealed herself unceremoniously>she was hoping for more of a surprise, but it seems she popped out unintentionally due to the flow of things>intimidating SFX>the girl has a very strange presence, speaking somewhat flatly despite being quite expressive in appearance>Trivera still gets zero biological readings or any other readings for that matter from her>the gal-alarm blares again and the mysterious lady vanishes again>while there's a lot to ponder, we must deal with the defenses which include undead somehow this time>people who perished here or some sort of synthesized version we don't know, but we must deal with them>Blola responsibly defeats the enemies and asks for praise which we do>while assimilation is scary, she does make for a reliable ally Pinda notes>thanks~>if MC allows it, I'll absorb Pin-chan too~>Pinda is freaked out and very scared as she is being hugged by Blola>being like that while truly showing no hostility and it simply being her nature is impressive in many ways>Piperi says it should be fine as long as MC holds the reins, so let's go onward without being scared>Pinda claims she's not scared in a way that sort of plays off Vivigami's name>Vivi just tells us to get a move on before the alarm goes off again
>heading in further, the mysteriously lady nonchalantly reappears and acts like a boring tour guide as she introduces the nondescript walls>she finally introduces her name, Euphora(could be something more plain like Yufola too)>it seems she wasn't intending to hide it, just she didn't find a good time to introduce herself before now>if you miss the timing then you've missed it, so just act like you already have introduced yourself until the very end>Trivera asks what type of space girl she is, but Euphora chooses to keep that secret>it seems she just wants to be coy about it after the reaction she got from just her name>anyways, she says she'll be our guide and then brings our attention to what seem like poachers hostile as ever in the back>biological readings are suddenly positive for humans when they weren't any before>it seems like they're clones, but Euphora says not quite, they have a certain mass/weight taken from this base>anyways we'll need to intercept them as it seems we're approaching the base's core now>they're defeated, but Trivera notes they were strange>Euphora claims it an example of technology so advanced to be considered over-technology>she seems to know a lot about what's going on>Euphora starts unveiling her story, but says it will be a long one>Blola asks for the short version as long stories make her sleepy>alright, this appearance isn't actually me and my true self is in the deepest part of this place and she'd like us to reach it to help her>Pinda surmises she must be the core then and Euphora compares herself to a captive princess who needs rescuing>Pinda and Piperi are confused>we're very near the core now, so go to the restroom and save your game>the restroom's at the end of the corner while the save point is in the second stall men's side>it's not actually a real save point, it just makes a sound, it's just for playing around>MC concerned about what may be hidden in the restrooms chooses to go straight to the core
>Euphora calling us a prince on a white horse or maybe chosen hero instead, we've reached the deepest part, finding a box>Trivera's readings show a 92% similarity to the Tin Po>is it really it?>the space girls all show excitement>as Vivi again asks why is it in the empire, the gal alarm blares again>this time it's particularly serious as we're at the deepest part entering gal-style alert final ignition mode>Trivera describes why the gal-style alarm is well-received due to its warm and babyish messages being good for easing tension in times of crisis>are you supposed to ease the tension?>anyways, the gal-alarm defense system is finally defeated as it announces it's going home>Euphora now tells us to not focus on the box, but instead going even deeper in>we find a spaceship, one not matching any records or data>then it starts activating>did the Gal-alarm have one final defense?>Euphora reveals what she is>a UFO girl>explaining, she is that spaceship's control system and this is her holographic projection>explaining her lack of showing up on sensors, she advertises her stealth capabilities as UFOs are unidentified, if identified, they're not UFOs anymore>Piperi comes to the conclusion she must've been built here knowing so much>wrong>she ended up here due to a warp accident and since she was stuck inside, all she could do was explore the place>Lumyuda brings our attention back to the box, but Euphora protests>please fix her first, if you're done with the box, then you could just leave me here>also the box emits strange energy, who knows what will happen if you open it, might cause everything to explode into space>while the space girls would probably be fine, not the boy, so she offers herself as suitable protection once fixed up>Vivi says you can never be too prepared and so Pinda impatiently gets started on the repairs
Does anyone know why they're completely recasting Franci and Petra and redoing all the voices for them? I was surprised to see that in the announcements, so I wonder if something happened with their voice actors.
oh also they added another round of new weapons for Monster Girls, and this time included some new year's alts in them, so they seem to be getting around to giving weapons to alts now as well which is nice.Hariella's is just hilariously overpowered with her EX II for how simple it is.
>>1967050She looks exactly how I thought she'd look and was an AI just like I thought she'd be, that's neat. Although I thought she was the base's AI, instead of a ship inside of it, but her being a ship makes more sense for her being recruited in the future. Either way her expressions are great.>>1971122>Euphora(could be something more plain like Yufola too)A direct translation would be Eufora but I think it's supposed to be Euphora. Given she's a spaceship I looked up the name and there's a spaceship in the Aliens series name the USS Sephora, and given the fondness for wordplay their names are the same but with the first symbol changed so that the 'Se' is 'Eu', like it's Euphoria, because it's MMTD.Though that's still kind of a hazy connection, so it'd just be an name-only reference at best as far as I can tell at the moment. Could be nothing.I want to believe that I'm right though because if I am then there's a non-zero chance a not!xenomorph girl shows up next time and that'd be rad
>>1971401actually now that I think of it she might be named after "Ufora" instead, but the pun on her also being someone who's euphoric and also a UFO would still be the same either way. It just changes if her name would be better translated as Euphora or Eufora.Or it could just be from eUFOra.Hmm.Probably no xenomorphs then, alas.
I want to fuck an ufo
>2262 vivicoins for freegod I love the alien event
>>1971373Yeah, I had to check the news for that to make sure I wasn't going crazy as I've been looking at them daily trying to make them and completing new floors this week, then all of a sudden I get a new one I can actually make for my Platina.
