yknow what? everything about this fucking game is terrible. the community, the updates, the music, it's all terrible. genuinely one of the worst mobile games out there.the engine is an outdated version of aftereffects so all the animations are chopped. every youtuber who has to play a playthrough of this game has to spend roughly 1000 dollars on gems and coins in order to experience everything because you progress at a snail's pace to get anything. 99% of the time, you will not get the creature you want because it's a gacha game that has to keep you hooked by dripfeeding you just enough so that you don't lose interest. the only things that make it bearable are the double nests and breeding stations that you only get access to when you buy them.the devs are too open with the community. 50% of the new content is stuff that they only added as fanservice for the creators, the entire fucking mythical class is just them inviting random losers to be in the game as guests so that they can brag about it.the community is horrible. just one rumor of being problematic and you'll be hated forever, while actual pedophiles like mantisgirl and raw zebra get to exist peacefully and have fun with themselves while actual innocent creators like cheezedibbles get shafted.not to mention, half the fandom is autistic children adjacent to cookie run and dandy's world. you will never find a pleasant experience whenever you talk to ANYONE who has this game as one of their "special interests". everyone who plays this game unironically has brainworms and needs to be culled.
Not to mention all the older islands have a problem where they keep adding too much stuff to them so it all sounds like noise. Plant island sounds like noise. Cold island sounds like noise. Air island sounds like noise. Because every fucking monster needs to be noticable so they're all doing their loud ass parts all at the same time so it becomes mush. The new islands don't have this problem because the casts are so small, but all the older ones sound like SHIT.They added the new rapper fish thing to water island and the bbnos one to cold island and the add nothing but more noise. You can't listen to any of the older songs without getting a headache. And because it's a mobile game it's all the audio files are compressed to shit anyway. This game is ass
