Scolipede could just be glowing, but it could also have random psychic wheels it attacks with, or it could be floating, or it could curl up into a ball consistently, or it could have giant horns instead of its normal ones, or it could be bulkier, or it could be slimmer, or any number of things. Heck it could grow longer legs and look more like an actual horse, who knows. We'll need to wait for leaks/reveal again before we get a good enough look at it.
