The 30th anniversary in 2026 will not involve a new gen release. The TCG has now started a new series of expansions: MEGA in Japan and Mega Evolution globally. All of the sets that are in the series could easily have been included in the Scarlet and Violet series. After all, even in the previous generation, there were several TCG sets themed around Legends Arceus that were released under the name “Sword and Shield”. Why make a new series for Legends Z-A? Especially if it would only last a year until the new generation releases and a new TCG series would release alongside it.It makes a lot more sense if MEGA/ME is meant to last for longer than that. The series will go on into 2027 and the next generation will release somewhere around that time. There’s no way of knowing what could come next year. It’s just as likely as anything else that they won’t release a new main series game at all. They don’t necessarily have to.I welcome everyone else’s thoughts, opinions and autistic ramblings about this matter. Unless you’re going to troll or incite genwars like a gay cocksucking fag. Don’t be a gay cocksucking fag.
>>58205815>t-they’ll totally wont rush out a game to make free money this time goyslol
>>58205836Hello, gay cocksucking fag. Suck any good penises lately?
>>58205844Most calm and mentally stable legendskek
>>58205815Gen 10 games will definitely be released in 2026 and no amount of cope will change that. You lost.
>stop saying gen 9 is getting revealed next pokemon direct goys, we still need a dlc for Pla that send ingo back to present day unova
>>58205815They're simply turning legends into the new main series, and are about to rebrand the main games so far as spinoffs.>Don’t be a gay cocksucking fag.Don't tell me what to do
>>58205815There’s literally no way. From how central the 20th anniversary stuff was to the SM reveal trailer (“it all comes together”), they won’t miss that opportunity with the 30th. Plus, expecting a main series pair to differ to the TCG is absurd.
>>58205815Gen 4 had Platinum and HGSS series. There’s nothing saying they can’t do a smaller block of cards — and considering Gen 10 won’t be out until (presumably) next fall, there’s plenty of time for sets in the Mega block.
uh oh, the legendtranny is starting to think he and his sidegame matter again.
>10th anniversary year had Gen 4>20th anniversary year had Gen 7But I'm sure GameFreak at the peak of their greediness is going to do NOTHING for the 30th anniversary, even when the Switch 2 will be a year old, and Gen IX reaching its fourth.
